Summary: Guy rushes into marriage, gets left 2 years later for not spoiling her enough.

I was visiting my cousin yesterday and we were talking about all sorts of shit and then as we head out for a walk she says, you won't believe who got divorced. Who? I'll call him S. S got divorced. Apparently, he came home from work like 2 weeks ago and his father in law was sitting in the living room. He said my daughter is leaving you, don't try to contact her just leave us alone it's over. Why? My little girl is a princess and you weren't providing her with enough (stuff, money, etc) and she had to work to help you guys make rent etc. She is too beautiful to have to work and thats why she is leaving you because she deserves a better man.

I remember having met her before they got married and there was something about her, like she had an urge to get married cause she was all over any dude that gave her attention, even me who didn't really give a shit about her. Apparently this guy S and her had met a few years earlier in florida during a school trip or something and then they found each other here in california and they hit it off great and dated for a month before they got engaged. Even at the time I thought that was an extremely short amount of time to date before getting married but they were in love or whatever so they got married without really thinking things through.

She cleaned his bank account (AWALT) of what little money he had saved up and took off to live her little princess life with her parents back home. I've only recently started taking the red pill and this story just drove the point in hard that this shit is real.

Lesson learned: It's better to be prepared against this type of shit than to have to learn the hard way like this poor dude
