Hank Moody has frame. Sometimes he cedes it to more dominant males temporally but usually he's got it

When I want to see realistic examples of frame I watch Hank Moody in Californication. Never mind the fake women throwing themselves at him but observe the way he interacts with everybody. For example, there's a scene in which he walks into Karen's house and she yells out a question/request at him. He just ignores her request and proceeds to get on with what he came there to do. Lot's of time just not responding to the other person establishes frame. And this thing about 2 people with strong fram…

I was guilty of this during my 28 year marriage. I didn't have boys though, just 2 girls, who don't seem to be that damaged. I blame it on the equality thing I was raised on, which I realize now is a crock of shit. Unfortunately I blew up that marriage before discovering red pill. But maybe it was never salvageable anyways. Things are different now, that's for sure

Although it not a movie I keep going back to Californication. Not for the fanasty pickup scenes but more for how he keeps frame in everything he does

Did the collarbone thing back in high-school. I'm 62 now and it still hurts when I crank it hard :( Take this time to heal, read, control your diet and loose weight if you want to. Walking might help. The collarbone is so integral to upper body movement - give it a good 3 months to heal up and even then take it easy on the heavy stuff for the next while

150 is not a high number for some (not talking about myself). I know one guy that did 80 in 3 months. Another over 2000 during his lifetime. You'd be amazed... again, not bragging about me here

Cool. Just treat them like sport. I dated a single mom once when I didn't know any better. She was in the process of suing the 2nd ex-ltr for child support of the 1st husband's kids. Something should have clicked

It's just another shit-test and another step in 'let's communicate' - part of the betaization process. Agree and amplify here. The medium is the message. She'll probably get her nose out of joint over any answer but more importantly is she's starting to pry you open with this line of questioning after 18 months. After all this time she should already have a good idea on your character so she doesn't really need to know the numbers. She's just following the betaization processes.

picking her up while you are inside her and stay inside her. I've done this - I would just say "hold on to my neck" while on the couch, lift her and walk up the stairs (1/2 flight) to place her on the bed, all the while still inside. She weighted around 120 and I 155 so this was easier when I was lifting hard. So remember boys, lift. Both steel and flesh

Just buy the different components separately. This way you can judge the levels you need yourself and experiment. Probably cost less too. I take them all with no issue, Maca might be a problem - I found the gelatinized version (black) easier to digest, although I was dealing with an diagnosed lactose-intolerance at the time. Also, D3 is measured in IU. I take 6000IU daily in D3/K2 for

What's truely sad here is not the bed she made for herself but the fact that multiple generations of young women have been duped into following the same pattern. That, my RP friends, is the true tragedy.

Yeah I’m sure he lifted heavy. Not sure about the the juice but who knows. I’ve been doing lighter weights and higher reps and am seeing results. I did see results lifting heavy when younger (benched 220 at 25 when i weighed about 140) but at 62 with back, wrist, and knee issues and a repaired hernia I find lighter does the trick

I consider myself straight and boring too but I learned you can make an effort to come out of your shell if you try. It helps to have a younger gf that hasn't yet been crushed by the routine of life. I was dancing in the kitchen, twirling her around, taking on different personas from tv shows, spontaneously having outdoor sex, and a bunch more than I would have never done in my previous life (28 year marriage, 2 kids). Just do it (tm). Life is too short to hang on to who you are for too long.

As an old guy (62) lifting heavy is no longer an option. Lifting light with higher reps to failure and do breaks is now working for me. I follow Ryan Humiston on YT (funny guy) who preaches this. Not sure how he initially obtained his bulk/mass but his lighrt-weight workouts make sense to me.

Reminds me of myself when I started living with my ltr. I didn’t know any better. 28 years and 2 kids later I split. I couldn’t live in a sexless relationship any more. After that I discovered RP. Either go full hardcore RP and dread her hard or get the fuck out. I personally wouldn’t stick around. Many other women out there...however, this maybe a symptom that you need to work on yourself.

My simple solution at age 62: -eat meat and veggies -decrease carbs -avoid sugars -20 minutes high-intensity cardio (either hiit or just go as full-out as you can) -stronglifts or comparable to build muscle mass -lighter weights/higher/slower weight to better form those muscles (this might be controversial but at my age everything hurts to a degree, I just found this is a reasonable compromise) -take your vitamin D3/K2 -get better sleep

Funny, I bought and read this book when it first came out and frankly wasn’t impressed by it at all (although I sped-read through it and perhaps wasn’t in the right frame of mind). I just returned to it in a different mindset since things haven’t been working out for me in the past year and I wasn’t happy with my basic attitude to women. I must admit that the 2nd reading really impresses me (only 35% done) and I don’t understand how I could have missed the point on the first reading. One basic m…

That's just high-school shit... it'll pass. But if it really bothers you then that should motivate you to lift (and eat) even more. You mentioned your muscles aren't that prominent. That's a problem if you want people to move aside instead of you. My old man was 5'8" but he had big fucking shoulders (and was a highly aggressive asshole, but that's another story). Nobody fucked with him. He lifted at 18-ish with pro-wrestlers and local hoods. Increase your muscle mass. It can't hurt in the long r…

I'm in the same boat... I've done a bunch of 'interesting' things that normal people can't really believe. I'm 62, look 45, have tons of energy, and had money to do things... Trickle it out during normal convos. I've got OLD profiles listing a bunch of things I've done. I get hit up occasionally because of that and it starts there. I've also found whenever I just dump it all out in one evening my dates tend to lose interest. Maybe they get intimidated or just think I'm boasting. Who knows. When …

I've done several hobbies (or 'deep interests' as I call them) in my life. I'm 62 and and don't see these interests ending anytime soon. They tend to last around 10 years or so and they frequently overlap. There's usually 2 or 3 of them in various stages on the go at any one time. You grow as a person and your interests should also grow with you. There's nothing wrong dropping something because you've exhausted its potential or because you can't afford the time/space/cost sacrifice. There's alwa…

What's your age and what is your diet? You may be low-T so you need to investigate that. It's normal to be sore at the beginning but keeping up with the lifting works. At the beginning don't lift more than 3 times a week in order to recover. I'm 62 and still lifting. Not so heavy these days because of aches and pains associated with over-use.

The betafication process produces this result. You haven't described the relationship dynamics in enough detail. It may be you had an 'equal' partnership and no one was in charge. The fact you wrote 'd' is telling - you might be expecting sex but you are not expressing your day-to-day as a sexual being. Same thing happened to me in my 28-year relationship. Read RM and study up on proper dynamics of male-female relationships.

I favour black girls and find them much more receptive to older white guys. I'm sure there's a crowd of young white girls that favour older black guys. You just have to find them. There are swirling facebook groups that are pretty active.

I was common-law in Quebec for 28 years. There is absolutely no divorce-rape in this sort of arrangement in this province. When I walked away from the relationship we split the assets. That's it. I raised my 2 daughters living on a 2 acre lot in the woods for a while and for 10 years on a 120 acre farm with horses. No electronics until age 15ish. No computers in the bedroom. No shopping centres. Ridiculously small private schools. Everybody at supper together all the time. Cost me a lot in terms…

I read it soon after it first came out and it was written more like a joke or comedy book than an actual reference to life and that's the way I mostly read it and how it was perceived (imho). However, it did reveal many 'truths' that I still remember specifically today from that book. I don't think there actually was a 'Red Pill' framework or knowledge back in those days (must have been around 1984) so it's easy to dismiss this book as purple pill from today's viewpoint. It was pretty bad and I had to go back to it a couple of times in order to finish it. The reason I finished it was I heard some of the bondage scenes were much better than that 50 Shades of Crap movie. I wouldn't say those scenes were much better but rather that they were more brutal, 'harsh', and visceral which I think was the whole point of what I heard about it. But yeah, 365 was pretty bad as an acting/plot vehicle.

Perhaps if she had dumped me for another guy it would have acted more rationally but the fact she left for a cult kinda got to me. Like I was partly to blame for that. Who knows? 586 at the young age of 19, that's a red flag, right? In my humble opinion, that's not a bad level. Most MDs (in my country) will refuse treatment. Try 5000 IU doses of vitamin D and more red meat (less chicken). You seem to be feeling quite good and are pretty active, which are good signs your T is ok for your body/genetics. I used to read/belong to the db subreddit for a while. I finally figured out that my case wasn't unique and I then blew up the marriage (28years). This was before discovering RP/MRP so it was useful in opening my eyes and changing my situation. That groups isn't all bad. But yeah, if someone sticks around there crying without having the luck of discovering RP/MRP then that sucks.

I listen to new country, which is 90% BP, because I like the tunes and the tone. I also listen to 90's gangsta rap, which is 99% RP, cause I like the tunes and the tone. I also listen to Bach and Mozart, but they just say shit in German and Italian. Can't tell if they're RP or BP, But I like the tunes and the tone. Whatever floats your boat - if you like it then listen to it

The even newer procedure cauterizes the ends of the tube to seal it - no metal. Glue is used to seal the incision. Done in about 5 minutes. Easy peasy. I myself am an older fart who just had it done but I know of several young'uns who had themselves snipped. In today's social climate it's hard to fault them.

You might want to get a surgery eval (usually free) before you've worn contacts for too long. Contacts change your cornea (?) and might render eye surgery unfeasible. I wore glasses since the age of 12 and had laser eye surgery at age 57ish. It's great to be able to see your partner in bed :) Best $ spent in a long time

She contacted me about 3 weeks later and we are in the process of getting back togther (young and hot - how could I leave her out in the cold) We discussed this issue of hers recently.…

help their men alpha-up They do this because they just can't relinquish control (leading from behind). Just the fact they are RP "aware" invalidates their efforts. RP knowledge should be used by MEN to live a masculine life and lead. This works better when women aren't aware of the strings guiding their actions.

Well, yes I guess. But the thinking that weight-gain is normal upon cessation of smoking just suggests (to me) that there's a certain fatalist view of the situation. If you know weight-gain is 'normal' after quitting smoking and you gain weight, haven't you failed in planning your quitting-smoking plan. If you had known about the 'normal' weight-gain, why wouldn't you have taken steps to prevent it. Put another way, I would expect naive non-thinking people to fall into this trap (not thinking of…

why do some men feel that after years of a "pump and attitude" they'll be able to sustain a LTR? According to some sources (TRM, etc...) men are pre-wired for this and are not psychologically damaged when they choose to settle down in an LTR. Men love women differently than women love men. There's plenty of talk of this in the manosphere. How is it somehow only men are able to reform in this regard, but not women? Dogs are not cats

Try avoiding watching TV with people. Go do something active. For direct questions just respond "I don't know never thought about it" and change the subject. Makes a lot of sense - I'm considering just avoiding the 'why-I'm-divorced' subject altogether. Seems to be a healthier place to be. I guess divorced people carry their scars with them for a while - men at least. Lot's of women I've met just don't mention anything like that from their past. They've war-brided it out of their consciousness.
/r/MarriedRedPill13/04/17 12:34 PM

Good post! Older divorced men like myself (56 when divorced) might have it easier. Certainly things will be different. Like the ex NOT being in the picture at all! The kids are older and there's little need to interact with her. When I do it's thru email. It's important at all ages to stay fit and take care of yourself. Double so for us old farts. This pays off when older since the 'competition' mostly hasn't. Unfortunately this applies for the women our age so dating down in age is the norm.

Cool. I've been saying the 'no sex' thing (which is true) in a manner to emphasize that that's what I want now... kinda setting the stage. This gets them talking about sex and how it's important to them too... The DLV angle kinda makes sense but I'm divorced and wasn't at fault - kinda goes with the territory

What I meant was I talk more about me relating to people rather than machines. This way they don't categorize you as being a BP nerd but rather a social person. This is how you raise your value - by being a people person and showing socializing/flirting with her is just more of what you do naturally. I don't think women care about the value your bring to work. They just care how it relates to them. Edit: typos

Don't your high paying job. Big mistake if you do. I avoid discussing my software engineering work and when I do I play up the management aspect of it and slide into how managing software nerds is like taking care of children...

I was 5'5" 1/2 when young. I'm pretty sure you've stopped growing if your initial puberty run is done - voice change, muscles & beard hair etc. There's always exceptions though but I stopped growing at 15. Did a bunch of weightlifting which I still do to this day. I'm 58 now and probably closer to 5'4" due to old age shrinkage :( But I lift hard still and can pick up my girl...

Yeah I've got that 'problem' too. Part of it is older age (57) and part of it is psych. With some petite tight women I've been with it's over in 2 minutes. With my last ltr it was finishing twice in the span of 3 months - she wasn't that hot but the sex was pretty intense and kinky. She didn't complain much but after a while was wondering if I was into here or not.

Not sure about the monk mode thing and the dreaded hair. There's no reason to not develop yourself and meet the ladies at the same time. Cutting out one or the other sounds drastic to me. Well said Click! I think there's 2 levels of want and reason here The one we think want: revenge sex, getting back, plate sex The subconscious one: our neediness/thirstiness, wanting to prove she made a mistake, sense of loss, lost sense of stability. It's easy to say you just want to plate her or P/D but if you were not needy or thirsty and had already moved on to other women then this overt need would just not be there. You would just have nc'ed her and that would be that. In my case I'm still…

Girls are children. Do you negotiate with children or give children ultimatums? Depends if you've hand children - I negotiate and question with mine all the time. Helps them see the error of their ways. Teachable moment. The "yea go, I won't be here when you get back tho" approach is kinda scorched-earth policy - akin to dumping your child off at the spca if they want to do something you frown on?

I started in the 80's when there were no sissy indoor gyms ;) There's a big difference between a real rock face and an indoor climbing gym - people should do both. Leading will also develop your self-reliance. I remember plenty of do-or-die moves that I still think back on 30 years later when confronted with a non-climbing stressful issue. Current issues usually pale in comparison. Oh yeah, and it does wreck your body if you go hard all the time.

As a woman, you are not meant to be RP (or even be aware of it - omg the secret's out!). You might be more satisfied to just follow your RP man. I don't think 11 years is much at all - my current girl is 12 years younger and she still feels like an age peer (46/58). A 'real' age gap is 20-30 years... Don't overthink it - just follow your heart. If his other criteria fits then there's no issue (RPM might help. The Surrendered Wife also.

I know some couples with more than this age gap. As in any marriage, it can work if he knows what he's doing (in a RP kinda-way). Also helps if both partners take a realistic approach to long-term health. i tend to view these age-gaps as being generally necessary. I'm 57. It wasn't pleasant to see my 58yo LTR degrade and go through menopause in the years I most wanted to 'get-it-on'

TRP is knowledge. What you do with it is up to you. There's nothing wrong with sticking with an LTR that's raising your kids and taking care of the household. Life isn't just PUA and banging chicks. TRP may help you increase sex in marriage so that's where AskMRP comes in.

Sorry dude, it's hard to agree on this. Yeah I totally agree on that - everything is a point on a spectrum... One interesting data point - children will often develop a stutter as their brain develops. One of my daughters did this around the age of 6 or 7. One morning she just started stuttering and was basically saying "Daddy I can't talk anymore!". You can imagine the panic (although as parents we were very careful about showing it). Some speech therapy followed and about 6 months later she was all better... I can't really say if th…

I think it depends on your age. I'm 57 and look pretty pumped now after re-starting lifting last year. I'm short but getting jacked. I'm now being called 'hot' and 'handsome' by a 19 and 26 year I'm gaming gaming on Tinder and getting getting serious attention by a 20 year old. Suppose to meet the 19 year old hottie this afternoon for a fuck. Stepped into new jeans at work and got seriously eye-fucked by a late 30's waller. Nothing like the above has ever happened to me in my life so yeah, I say…

If there was no brainwashing, then the husband from OP could've put the wifey on her knees and made her suck his dick in the most degrading way imaginable, while he slaps her around and talks about what a little go-pro whore she is. Both of them enjoy it greatly, their sex life comes back together, and the family can happily go on. This is gold. Fully agree here. Become the Chadest of the Chads and live happily ever fucking after. Edit: then dump her sorry ass

I'm gaming a young black girl and hopefully it will develop into something. She's very dark and pretty - calling her nigger is the last thing on my mind and I'd never do that. I will, however, enjoy and appreciate her darkness but I don't see the connection between that and racial slurs.

Awe man - perfect storm... Self-analysis might be good. A good book when I was younger was "Pulling your own string" by Dyer (but it seems to be poo-poo'ed these days). Well, I call her the ex-wife but she was a common-law spouse. After 28 years I bailed. Here in glorious Quebec, there is no cash&prizes with common-law. So I should be saying ex-LTR...

/r/askTRP21/06/16 12:36 PM

Dude - you need to stop screaming. The wife is the problem here. You need to teach her a bit about parenting. Kids that age will tantrum - you both need to ignore that screaming and get into behavior modification - ignore the bad, praise the good. This is part of parenting. If you don't change you'll just fuck the child up. This is RP - work on yourself to be a better man and the effort will overflow to those around you. Edit: it gets better. Keep at it.

Gotta agree with others here, but, being in software myself I keep thinking it's not that much effort to be better than Tinder - that POS keeps crashing and there's so many bugs. If you really want to go down that path, check out Clover (only on ios). It's pretty slick. Then make the calculation considering your time and effort to what the competition already has. And remember the back-end - dating apps are not just front-end.

Also trying to combat a life-long oneitis tendency so it's all good. I'm the one taking it sexual most of the time. Kind of enjoy shocking them but hey, they can easily unmatch me on tinder. But they don't. It's a shame though how men are so ready to commit early on and mostly just get tossed on the garbage heap by today's women.

Yeah, cultural differences between the two are enormous. I straddle both cultures and I see the anglo side just not comprehend the franco culture and the base differences. The franco side general regards the anglos and stuckup/square so if you can correctly game them with the dominance/sexy vibe then it's a win for you! I myself am now concentrating on anglo girls mostly because I found after being in the french world for the past 28 years I need a better way to express myself - my french gramma…

Couples with both partners with stressful jobs are really hard on your sex life. I noticed it affected my ex alot more than I, together with taking care of kids and meals. Maybe that's a large part of why we fell apart. Still, 3 times a week isn't that bad considering. If everything else is going ok with her (and it looks like it is) maybe foregoing weekday sex isn't the worst thing in the world. Maybe taking more 3 day weekends together might be a reasonable compromise.

Be aware that age of consent and statutory rape are different things. Age of consent means the person is free to have sex with other minors who are also of age of consent. Once you are over the majority age (18 here) then statutory rape laws affect you. Where I live, if a minor has sex with an 'adult' person that is not over 5 years older, then that is not statutory rape - example a 17yo with a 22yo. Once that 5 year gap is reached - 17yo with a 28yo then statutory rape laws will hit you, even i…

There are 2 reasons to list as far as TRP goes: Increase muscle mass in order to look buff and dominant. Increase muscle mass in order to boost testosterone levels. I take a largish amount of fish oil every day - 4 1200mg capsules (from costco). Sardine and anchovy mix with 420 EPA and 280 DHA. This avoids the heavy metal buildup that top-of-foodchain fish get. This is basically all you want from salt water fish. There's studies out there about how this stuff is good for your heart, brain, and general mood. Believe or not, it's up to you. Atlantic salmon is what you want to stay away from. It's mostly high-fat farmed fish. Pacific/Wild Sockeye is mostly wild-caught from the west coast. Cranking rock climbing moves and road biking hills. Some people get micro-surgery done to scrape out the inside of the kneecap but my knee doctor wouldn't do it to amateur sports people - it can cause arthritis over time. He dealt with pro figure skaters to I believed him. I'm 57 now and just grateful I can still mountain bike. That's the typical parent/child relationship. It'll get better once you live on your own. Just ignore them - they're doing the best they can given the 'education' they've had. Do fuck up the relationship - it should get better with age.

That's why I advise people to read Rollo's archive (and comments) instead of picking up rage shit from the echo chamber. This gives you a good foundation on the 'why'. After that go the PUA route - that gives you the 'how'. Hopefully you skip the anger part but that's sure to come up as you work through the archives.

In Quebec, Canada (not really part of Canada :) ), co-habitation incurs NO legal risk. I walked out of a 28-year live-in scott-free (except for my share of child support). Across the border, in Ontario, you're hooked after 3 years.

I've watched 2 parents die from cancer. This is 2 things - the process and the event. The process is slow from cancer and a bit faster from an on-coming truck. The process in cancer allows you to settle things in your life, communicate with your family, and find your peace at being ripped off by death. So, no, I don't think you are alone in that context. The event in cancer is also slow - your body slowly shuts down and the pain meds and shutdown put you in an isolated state. Not sure what happe…

Somewhere there's a list of phases you go through, like when faced with death (denial, bargaining...acceptance) so what you're feeling is natural. If you get stuck somewhere then that's not so good. I liked Rollo's essays alot - they tied the various strings together. I found the comment extremely helpfu in a practical sense. Rollo is the Why and the comment are more like the How Do I Cope. If you're a younger guy then you have a really good chance at adapting. I'm 57 and spent 28 years in a blu…

Yeah, this. Once they hit a reasonable age (around 14-15 I think) then they got ipads and iphones. I still don't allow game consoles in the house. The youngest now is on an ipad-centered program in high-school but it looks like the majority of kids in it prefer books.

No you don't. Giving a 7-year-old an xbox or a cell phone is just retarded. Let them go outside and play. I don't understand those that deprive. Attitudes like this are part of the problem. You've bought the high-tech life hook-line-and-sinker. There was an article a few years back (I have no reference so I may be making it up) on how silicon-valley execs were doing exactly the same thing. They know what their products do to young children.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/16 10:30 PM

Yeah, that sucks. There's always exceptions. Physical labor kills you faster. Not taking care of your body and mind also. Sex drive in men diminishes mostly because of constantly-lowering levels of testosterone. This is why men need to lift heavy weights, eat the right foods, and stay away from foods that bind estrogen like soy. Lot's of RP men are doing this and the result is more sex drive and aggression, which a man should have. But that's a whole other subject. If the 2 partners share a heal…

I'm 57 and I was with the same woman for 28 years. She's now 58. At my age and experience I now realize there's a reason for dating younger. Even much younger. I'm fit, active, and horny. She's been through menopause and seemed to be more 'worn down' by life in general. If she had been much younger than me and 'viral' I might still be with her. Men's sexual appetite tends to not decrease over time. All these negs here are probably from younger people with a textbook sense of modern 'morals' - wa…

There's different reading levels that writers will write to. Most popular literature is targeted to high-school reading abilities. RP has nothing to do with my having daughters or not. RP is a framework and strategy for dealing with modern women taking into consideration the biological and physiological aspects of human relationships. Not really - in Quebec (next door province) you are not considered legally 'married' no matter how long you co-habitat. In Ontario its 3 years. I lived 28 years with my 'ex' and walked away with no cash and prizes given. However, we did agree on custody of the 2 kids so this remains a sticky point in all types of relationships I guess. The parents can choose too fight over them or not - this has nothing to do if they are legally 'married'

That in itself is a discussion that can fill up many pages. The idea of setting limits when a daughter reaches a certain age will cause the rebellion, since you're suddenly trying to restrain her implicit freedom. I have 2 daughters - 16 and 20 and I think we the parents did the right thing. Early on we lived on 2 acres in the woods and later on on a farm with horses. No circle of gfs and/or shopping centers to loiter in. Small private schools. I grew up in downtown Montreal and I certainly didn…

Yeah - you could rent it and hope the renters don't start a meth lab. I own large farm - the only reason it has value is it is close to the city and yuppies with money. My advise - sell the thing before it drains all your money. Use the proceeds on blow and hookers.

Some states don't mix assets brought into the 'legal' relationship. So theoretically if the house is in your name and there's no mix then you're safe. But who the fuck knows what really happens once the knives come out.

You need to research civil laws in your area. Some states/provinces consider you common law spouses after 3 years of co-habitation. If that happens she can potentially kick you out as part of 'divorce' cash and prizes proceedings.

RP is about understanding the sexual strategy of both sexes. What you do with that understanding is your choice. You can go the PUA route, the MGTOW route, or use it to manage your LTR. RP is power; use it as you think wise.

Sometime stuttering can be decreased naturally as you age, as you get more confident, and, if you are a pot smoker, stopping that. Been there, done that. I still get hung up with certain words and letters that I try avoiding, which works well dating since its all upbeat and free-form. The increase in muscle mass is the most obvious reason but the underlying reason for lifting heavy weights is starting up the positive feedback loop of increased testosterone levels: lift heavier->more testosterone->able to lift heavier->more testosterone->able to lift heavier->... Also helps preserve your skeletal mass, which is a concern as you age. Enjoy other sports too but those don't serve the same purpose

Adding muscle never hurt anyone and depending on your age it's not just about the muscle. You seem young so getting some bulk on your chest and arms will do wonders for your self-esteem. It will also make other guys think twice about messing with you. If you're older then it's about preserving your bone density, muscle mass, and testosterone. I'm 56 and I starting lifting off/on at 20ish. No regrets there.
