Sagging Skin?

I've been where you are. I lost a little over 50lbs and have the sagging skin issue. It's diminished over time. I do cable crunches that have seemed to really make a huge difference.

I'm also taking in a lot of protein but still cutting to try and get rid of that last little bit of fat at the very bottom of my abdomen. I also had a little bit of sag under my chin. Time has helped.

Make those abs bigger or just get fat... Seriously, stomach vacuums (youtube it) and specific hanging bar crunches helps.

Welcome to the 50's (57 here). I'm finding my neck skin is wrinkling up and also starting to sag, which shows up a lot more than belly skin. All that sun exposure adds up...

Possibly the way you are wearing your clothes. You wear your pants below the belly button? Is the skin going over where you wear your pants? Make sure your pants fit and are in the right place.
