Not necessarily, males can go as low as 6-13% and still be very healthy, it's when you get to the essential fat levels that your organs and whatnot need so around 2-3% that you'll run into problems. And that's only if you stay at that body fat for an extended period of time. Many bodybuilders peak (for competition) at as low as 2-3% but keep that only for a few days. Hope that helps

I'm a huge tomb raider fan, and the new reboot is actually really great. Exactly! I was talking to a female about this video, simply because I lost my shit and wanted to rant. Bad idea, although it did give me a laugh when I told her that if she was actually employed she would know that it is illegal. Actually, I did mean to write in my post that I dropped out of conventional schooling to pursue an education in performing arts at National institute (like a uni) as well as doing certificates in fitness online. I totally agree with you, education is important
