Kind of getting tired of the same posts about "women doing this and that". I thought the whole point was to go our own way and not obsess about women yet 90% of the posts are about women.
Let's get some posts on accomplishments and self-improvement instead of talking about women.
I'll kick it off: I just hit my PR for half-marathon @ 1:33:42 which is about 7:10 mile pace.
Yearly PR stats:
2018: 1:33:10
2017: 1:42:44
2016: 2:01:33
2015: 2:30:44
Followed this routine:
Total weekly mileage: 24
Run 3 times a week, clock in 8 miles.
Spend another day doing HIIT hill training for an hour. This is to help for race courses that have hills on them.
Next year's goal: 1:25:00 (6:30 mile pace). It'll be tough, but I think I can make it. What about you guys? What have you been working towards?
