I had similar situations often before red pill. I tried to not be an asshole although sometimes I'm sure I was when speaking matter of factly, but I straight up told her what I often find hi I about in my mind (sex), and that I expect to have it in my marriage. I never said if I don't get it from her I will get it somewhere else; but I asked her what is the reason she thinks other men cheat in marriages? We had conversations like this for a while. I'm sure there's a better way but this worked. I…

I'm happy for you bro. So nice to say I feel your joy instead of pain as it was pre TRP. Congrats man You've kicked ass w weights man. Good job. I just met a bodybuilder at the gym where I work out. We're gonna workout some together. I'm more than pumped.

So true man. It's hard to accept. I had to accept I had become my wife's damn tampon. I'm still new at this and I still slip up, but it's an upward trajectory that starts to get a little easier after the initial two steps forward one step back routine. But thanks a lot man. How long since you swallowed the red pill? Been good since then?

Ok, unsure how much time I'll have. I'll get done what I can now, comeback again later in needed. Weight- when I started I weighed 245lbs, all fat. Now I weigh 225lbs and I've lost more fat than just the 20lbs. My beginning workout stats were not horrible, but I've gone up a lot in weight I lift. I don't have stats in front of me, I actually did record my exercise stats. But beginning bench was 1rm 150 or so, squat 175 or so. Last time I tried my barbell bench was 250 at 10 reps. My current regi…

From finding this sub and actually trying to enact stuff, start to present time around a year. At the beginning of when I started this a year ago, I was typical beta. When we first were married I was a mix of alpha/beta. As time went on I basically gave her my nuts and said crush them. I'm now more alpha than when I first met her. Your last couple of questions I will answer but I'm running into work right now. I'll check back in when I get a break and I'll go into detail.

Ya I lift. I'm changing and working on myself. I know it's w work in progress and will not happen overnight. I am changing and bettering myself step by step. I have read side bar info. I've almost finished NMMNG, I bought two others to read; I'm working on this for real. I do lift and am sweating my fat ass off also. Dropped 10 lbs last three weeks w lifting and eating better. I'm doing my best. But so many holes to fill, you know. I can't go as fast as I'd like to because I feel I have so many …

I had a couple small things to do. After the pool I took us all back home, I then left right then with the kids for me and the boys to all get haircuts, I also provided dinner; all without asking opinions, or what she thought... I'm getting there. I'm changing how I word things and it's already starting to pay off; but I can tell I screw up at times. But I'll get there.

Yes there was another woman present. I am a fat ass, I have muscle but a thick layer over top of it. Since swallowing the pill I'm hitting the gym hard and lifting harder. I will get there as soon as humanly possible.

Hey Sep, that all makes sense. Especially the fluctuating deficit thing. So you fast till 2pm, how many meals do you have to spread the calories over?
/r/MarriedRedPill11/07/15 06:04 AM
1

Ok. Great info here. I understand the lifting explanation for aesthetic you gave me. I understand the eating part too. So I bed to make sure and get about 1g protein per lb of lean muscle I have. The rest of my cals I use up to my ceiling which should be about 1000 cal deficit to drop this awesome warm fat blanket I've had for years. I have only one question from this because you explained the rest awesomely and I understand. My question is with caloric intake per day, where should I really be? …

I know what cut means. How do I know what to do? Lose a couple lbs per week right? Cal deficit of 500 per day someone else said earlier. Am I on the right track?

I've worked out on and off for the last 20 yrs, not putting much into it at all really. I let life get in the way. Last 12 months I've made the change to where it's now habit. I've been back to weights for about 6 months now. My knowledge of lifting is archaic. I'm reading a lot and catching up and learning, but there is so much I haven't learned yet. Like aesthetic. I still don't quite understand it except I think it means you're ready to make sexy muscles for girls to see. I just don't know sh…

Just from prior experience I easily need to lose 40 lbs. But 60, I don't know, that's down to 180. That might be too thin. Dude, I've been fat for so long I have no idea honestly.
/r/MarriedRedPill09/07/15 07:22 AM

Thanks for clarifying the aesthetic program, I did not know that. I'll modify my plan.

When I was tested more than six months ago it was above 30%. I can visually see it's less now. My weight has only dropped 5 lbs since lifting but I look different; it's a different 240 than when I started at 245 lbs. But still way to much fat. I want to lift for strength right now.

I need help in this area, you're right. Any direction in the calorie area is appreciated.

Ok fair enough with the good mornings. You're right. And the love you just the way you are; I've heard that for years now. I know you're right. That's why I started lifting. I've asked or read here and there and I'm unsure how many calories to consume per day. I eat 1g of protein per lb of lean muscle mass, but I'm unsure of an overall calories number. I know I'm eating too much, but where should I be? I've read when lifting a lot that I can lose at 2,600 calories a day. Others say only 1,500 ca…

I currently lift 4 days per week. I'll put a link for beast mode baby killer in my original post right now. I'll look at your PHUL too. Thanks.

Ok, so maintain weight where I'm at but do lots of hiit. I can do that.

Like a trainer, right? I've never used one. My goal is to have a power lifter physique. Muscles but not bodybuilder, more logger physique. Like a strong ass farmer. There are trainers at my gym, I always thought I had to basically hire them for a period of time, not just to sit down and figure out how to attain my goals. I know and can figure out the exercises, but help planning it all would be awesome if a trainer does that for people too.

You have so much info here. Cherish it. Unless I missed it, I just want to add another good program I found and liked when I was starting to get back to the gym. Wendler 5/3/1. Good workout program focusing on big muscle groups only. FYI incase you don't like 5x5. Good luck my man

Dude, I already took the first step once I recognized what I was lacking and what I needed. I have no idea how open any one person wants to be on an open forum, especially w people like you around bro. I'm too scared to take the first step? Fuck you man. I already took the first one and I'm figuring out the next steps in sequence. No need to reinvent the wheel when it's already been done. That's why I'm trying to learn and plan. That's why forums such as these exist; to learn from each other and…

Where did you start on the journey? I appreciate your input. A lot of great info. I will do it. But ya you're right, I'm in between right now. There is a ton of anger. I've directed it to other people and things before. I finally realized it should be directed at myself. I finally learned no one does anything to me, I let them do it to me. I'm working out of it now. It's hard to gain traction initially, but I'm slowly pulling myself up and lifting. Thanks man
