If you’re going for tangible strength/endurance (known as Farmer’s Strength) just keep along the plateau and up your weight incrementally (like 2.5-5lbs every 3-5 weeks) until you feel like you need protein supplements. It all depends on how badly you want to be in the trades. Trucking would be best for you if you don’t want to burn the midnight oil on learning Algebra II and basic Calculus (for electricians) and don’t wanna be stuck as a labor journeyman (for HVAC) as even in that trade the better mathematician tends to be the one that strikes out on his own or leaves the best impression.
