Make sure you build a rapport with the girl. Using apps is almost like the first date, be direct but patient.

Yeah sex is never my primary goal, it's defo a nice to have, but I felt we could have danced longer and not worry about where it led to. She was complimenting my dancing as well so idk, girls be like that I guess.

Thankfully I'm not a messy drunk so I can usually stop girls from doing stupid shit. But that's a very fair point and thanks for sharing!

You're a good guy! That made me a feel a lot better about it as well. I just need to also find my clubbing scene, I have too many friends who like EDM which just isn't me.

Thanks for the comment mate, I do disagree but you probably have reasons to say what you're saying. I think I just need more experience I vibe out with the girls I dance with and it just comes naturally. Maybe with the goal of taking them home you might be right, but I'm there to also have a good time and I'm not gonna let that get in my way.

Thanks for this man, I think you're right. I'll pull out of it in future and leave em wanting a lil bit more. Also gotta pace my dancing cos I get way too into the music and it leaves me a lil less than my normal smoothness.

Exactly. I used to focus so much of my efforts on flirting and being witty. I realised I don't need to actively do either, they should come naturally.

I've realised very recently that girls want to just talk. Find out more about them, be interested in who they are and what they have to offer. Looks are a plus but many girls see themselves as much more than that. No clue how I got girls before this, primarily by luck, but this approach is working amazingly for me.

Fair enough mate, it happens to the best of us. Just gotta accept this reality, you won't and shouldn't try to win her back. Work on yourself, accept you're a high value human who deserves better and find yourself someone who likes you for you.

Stop overthinking and have a good time. You'll figure out what works and doesn't through experience. Telling anecdotes online will only get you so far when there are so many other subtleties to consider.

I have no idea what that means but use it flirtatiously.

Just don't use it to mask your insecurities 😉

Just live your best life man, I think the best thing you can so is just put yourself out there and learn what helps you make more friends. When your social net is so wide, your net for girls also widens. I'm in a situation right now where I moved to a new city during the pandemic, so I'm gonna have to start from scratch again soon.

If you're dating older people, it's likely you gotta mix your game up a little bit. Otherwise, try not to overthink, it could just be the odds playing you right now, and so you'll get your mojo back.

You just need some need friends mate. So do I tbf so I guess the first question is how do we find them?

Just focus on being your healthiest self, don't focus on numbers. Try lift some weights centred around compound lifts and cardio and eat at a slight calorific deficit (300). Give it 8 months and the flocking will begin.

If you don't live too far, just rock her world in person 😉

Mate you're a natural. Cheers. Funny how I always have streaks of good wit and then after a while it dwindles.

And don't rush into anything. You will find the right girl who will gush over you as much as you her

You are right to feel hurt, she was a dick and dont let her being a bad person change you.

Or perhaps I just wanted to work on myself? Don't overthink it.

Oh I see where you're coming from. I think what you've been experiencing is you're dealing with women with a lot of hurt themselves. Especially if you've been hurt yourself by women, you're not the right person to help them work through it because they will lash out at you. Women can definitely hurt men and a lot of women are aware of this and are sensitive. If you meet an insensitive women, you should reject her and not the other way round.

It just sounds to me you're hurting man, and it's normal. But don't let it cloud your perception of the world and actively try to work through what's going in your head.

Girls are subjugated to so much unwanted attention. Creeps, cat calls, etc. They have the right to be a little skeptical of any guy they talk to. Look at life in their perspective. It isn't easy for them at all, so stop feeling sorry for yourself. Furthermore, you clearly lack a growth mindset. "I have done everything on the checklist". Even with my success with girls, I haven't. Keep working on yourself, don't just stop because you're feeling a bit down. Take care of your mental health.

A life that's together according to the timeline of your age my man! I think you're reading too much into what I'm saying. Just have a look at yourself and have a look at where you want to be. Do everything you can to be the latter and your missus will find you in the process! When I was younger I struggled with finding myself an identity, I was confused about who I was and girls noticed that. I had a long period of depression straddled with deep existential thoughts, but when I finally reached …

Because as individualistic as you'd like to think people are, humans do have certain instincts that lead us to be attracted to certain positive characteristics of people, that's human psychology. This isn't the same as being an asshole to women, but having your life together, knowing what you want to do certainly is much more attractive and my life story isn't the only testimony to this. There is no harm in what I'm saying at all, my overall message is to be positive, and spend your time growing…

Oh definitely mate, I'm not saying you are. But believe me the most attractive thing to a girl is a guy that knows themselves and knows where they want to be. The socialising part is the most important part of my comment. If you are awkward, it's better that you acknowledge this and either embrace it or work on it. Adopt an abundance mindset, you may have dates but there is a good chance that you just didn't fit. That is not a fault in you, try to take 5 and move onto the next! You will find som…

I dunno why Reddit suggested this forum to me, but I've gotta say. You don't need to be an asshole to get girls, I went gym, got some hobbies and got to know as many people as I could. I care about the girls I see, but I don't put them on a pedestal. I've been as successful with girls as I want, and there's no reason why you couldn't too. Stick to your principles.
