Good question. For me I tried both and found that leaving a bit of mystery is good, but being too vague and mysterious can stifle conversation. Say I know how to juggle, I won't go around telling everyone I know that I can juggle unprompted, but if it comes up in conversation or something similar I will mention it. Have the cards ready to play but don't lay them out when it's the wrong time.

I think that's what the hardest part for me was, that it's a long process. I started 6 years ago and have finally started seeing the results I wanted about 2 1/2 years ago. It takes time, and patience to really make this stuff stick. So it's good not too be discouraged by lack of results at the beginning.

I agree, I definitely talk about how things make me feel more and use a bunch of metaphors in my examples. The only thing I try to do differently is instead of turning on charisma I try to make it a constant flow in my speech / gestures. So rather than a pouring it out in certain situations, I let it drip out at all times.

Good question. For me I enjoy the company of people who have interesting stories, are artistic, and do cool stuff (travel, go to shows, see nature stuff etc). So for me to hang with those people and keep up socially I either have to do the same stuff or know about it so I can keep up conversationally. Even if I don't know anything about it, I ask questions am curious to learn more. So if you wanted to attract an artsy person who paints you should either paint yourself, do something artistic, or …

I based this post from most of the tips I learned from Models by Mark Manson. This has been my go to since I've read it since it doesn't really focus on scripted techniques or tricks to attract people ( that stuff always felt weird for me). When it comes to looks, I would say don't focus on things you cant change about yourself. That will lead you nowhere. While I do agree it would improve public view, I think the essence of it is to attract the people you want. Self improvement is the process you go through to achieve seduction goals.

Truly dude. I honestly hate the feeling of being uncomfortable, but I know it's what I need. When you are uncomfortable it shows vulnerability and you learn some great lessons on the way. It takes courage to do it and the next time gets a bit better.

Within the last year i've read 3% man, no more Mr nice guy, models and, subtle art of not giving a fuck. Models for sure was the one that clicked most with me. I never liked doing bits or routines because they seem forced and too rehearsed. The idea of being my best authentic self is what makes me feel the best and gets the best results. While I think you can take something out of all of them, models for sure has been the best for me.

I've read a few books on the subject and have found that models was the most earnest and effective approach. I always felt weird trying to go through techniques and performances to attract women. It worked a few times but this book has changed my pick up and how I am in general. I definitely recommend it.

What I did was ask them if they wanted to do something, (cook a meal, watch a movie, etc) and invite them. It makes it seem less like a booty call even though you are still alluding to possibly hooking up.
