Hello r/seduction,

I've been here a while and wanted to say thank you to you all for the bits of advice I have read here. Not only have I been able to attract more romantic relationships in my life, but have also made a bunch of new friends using these lessons. I've read most of the books recommended (the game, models, no more Mr. nice guy etc) and found a few common themes that were not only important, but resonated a lot with me. As a thank you I wanted to share a list of some of the things I learned and really internalized to make lasting change to attract women and people in general.

- Make yourself happy first: Find a hobby that interest you, (if you can) work in a field or job that you are passionate about. Passion is attractive.

- Learn to be uncomfortable: nothing good ever comes out of staying in your safety bubble following procedure. Take calculated risks.

- Be informed: whether it be about the news, books, music, etc know whats going on, have opinions on them, and be able to verbalize why you have and believe in those opinions. You never run out of ideas or things to talk about if you are constantly learning.

- Take care of yourself: physically and mentally, work out, eat right, and do mental checks on yourself every so often (seek professional help if needed). Respect yourself and people will do the same.

- Don't try and get people to like you, find people that you like: You are vetting other people if you want to be with them not the other way around.

- Don't rely on your romantic relationships to provide all your happiness: You should't be looking for someone to make you happy, but instead someone to share your happiness with.

- Find your target audience: find the type of people you really like (for me its nerdy people) and be the best option in that category. I'm not saying don't go for people that don't fit your usual demographic, but I've had better luck narrowing down specific type of people I go for.

- Be the person you want to attract: You cant expect to date or have sex with someone amazing if you have nothing to offer.
