Here are some fun things you can include as part of your personality while having fun talking to each other. Aim to have fun together. Sex comes naturally as a result of genuine fun.

Talk about doing bf/gf things in the future. Anything. Road trips, going to Scotland, or whatever. It does not have to be realistic. Talk about cooking together. Calibrate it with words like maybe/ We will see.
This is one thing that helped me kino at the start with plausible deniability. Talk about hand size and personality. Look it up. Basically, if you have large hands, ur more of a perfectionist and if u have small hands, you're more of a risk taker. Teach her how to measure hand (its on the net) and compare hand size. this breaks the ice with touching.

Don't put the cart before the horse. When you talk to her, try to have her talk about herself, and show genuine interest. Don't hide your intentions, and you can do this by not eyeballing other girls as they walk by only focus on her. Kino, fuck that its for amateur PUA's.
