Long and short of this question is no. The Redpill does not make life formulaic and boring. I would say that internalizing the Redpill actualizes a person's true self, giving them the confidence to be what they want to be. On the surface, much of what is said on the sub seems to be so methodological that it seems dogmatic. However, I believe the true essence of the Redpill is loving the self and not giving two shits about the unending noise all around trying to push one narrative or another. Jus…

Do you know what I say to that? Fantastic. Good for you. Congratulations. High five. I wish you nothing but continued success and fulfilled happiness in your life together. My situation is so similar to yours in so many ways it's a little weird. If that shit worked for you then that is your story, that I what you will tell people because that is what you have to go by. I have a story too. One injected with more red pill but one that led to success nonetheless. I have nothing against BP working f…

RP. Awareness is practically a lifestyle choice for me at this point. Would I give it up because other people do not like my tactics? No. Do I care that fragile betas use the sub to protect their ego and externalize their issues instead of confronting them? Even less so. People use all variety of methods to partner up in a multitude of ways. Some for long periods some for short. As long as consent is a given then it is neither my concern nor responsibility. You find fulfillment in a BP dating co…

Best advice. Honest from the heart advice given to me by a woman about women was from my grandmother two weeks before she died. She told me two things. The woman you need is different than the women you want (syntax important). She completes you without you knowing it and wants nothing in return except loyalty. The only code that matters in life is your own. If your first responsibility is always to what is best for you, then you will live life fully and without the burden of other people's judg…

Why isn't this at the top. Sexual preferences subjective. How people feel about others choices irrelevant. Stay out of my consensual relationship and why I agreed to in monogomosly.......its so fucking easy right?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/17 10:42 AM

Like, maybe for some people but I think that is highly subjective. Some people's relationship is a dynamic convergence of opposites and as long as that relationship is conducted in a consensual and ultimately gratifying way for both parties there is no reason why it should not continue. But I guess in terms of stability, there is safety in assuming as much with someone who drifts so hard to the Alpha end of the spectrum and therefore some kind of generalization can be made and a value judgement …

Pure Alpha or Beta is either extremely rare or bullshit ideals. Most people, even stereotypical Alphas have Beta traits. Thinking Beta traits are objectively bad or unattractive is one hundred percent absolutely a fallacy. They have their own usefulness in a relationship that are at equally important in the long run to a good Alpha frame. The thing to keep in mind with Beta traits in a Redpill context IMO, is do not allow a female to project soft power through your sensitive weaknesses. Especial…

Yay. You identified confirmation bias. Let's be productive now. Rape has been a confirmed social element since at least writing and likely before if one assumes tribal communities practiced stealing women before earliest records. Over time as society grew more advanced, monogamous marriage became the norm and rape became a flat out capital offense. The Romans believed rape was a violation of both civility and ones rational locus as it was a primitive urge overcoming duty to state, order, family …

A feminine woman who wears dresses and heels who can also shoot a .50 cal and go to comicon with you is at least marginally appealing to some people..... IMO. This conversation is stupid. I have had hypermasculine and hyperfeminine partners and a lot of mix in between. I found attractive qualities in all of them but liked at least an optimal partial ratio of qualities. People preferences vary....Go figure it's like trying to pick a favorite ice cream.

Red. Yes. I have female friends. The nature of our friendship however is very different then that of my male friends due to the fact that they are often (but not always in the case of a few lesbian friends) highly feminine people. I have such friends but not all friends are obviously the same. No. I have no female confidants other than my sister who is of my only sibling. Having been someone who went down a path of transformation to some degree to get where I am now. I will stand by saying it's better to put feelings even terrible ones in the open somewhere where they may be confronted. For some people TRP is the only place they do it. I concede that not everyone sees TRP for it's positive impact on life, they use it as a platform to revel in their own pity, self-doubt and extreme disregard for their own agency. Yet I believe the philosophy stands on it's own, pe…

Again. I understand how those conclusions could arise but there is also the idea that within the poision contains the antidote. People that go through the isolation, anger and rejection are better prepared to confront it in others. Often times people listen if they feel a bond of shares experience. Like anger management or AA.

Because I am honest about the situation. If I were to want to have a lot of sex I would pursue people that have a lot of sex with new people. If I want to go into complete stable monogamy I would do the opposite and look for someone who could bear the burden of exclusivity. When I want to have sex I am out for sexualized looking people. I think Hoff Sommers makes a few good points. Feminism is a broad movement anyway. Some feminists are not even pro choice, and feminism gives them the right to CHOOSE that opinion for themselves without anyone, including the "patriarchy" from telling them otherwise. I think its pretty awesome that I can talk to two free thinking women with two different opinions and be like "they are speaking their minds like an individual, Such feminism".

I have been on the sub as a lurker for maybe three years now. Here are the thing I think the sub gets right.: TRP recognizes that men struggle with issues that are unique to them and which are products of the changing social fabric of the planet. Even acknowledging the fact that these issues exist and are important is a step above many media outlets in terms of men having a voice. They promote an ultimately personal avenue for dealing with these changes. The most generic advice is dieting, exerci…

I calculate about 707,200 spread over eighteen years given the mother completely gives up the child no strings attached whatsoever to the complete custody of the father who will pay for all child rearing expenses and not counting medical expenses for birth and things like food, diapers and college. While I agree 80/20 might not be accurate, It's far easier for average women to grossly outperform average men in both casual sex and ease of finding any partner. When men want any kind of companionship they will torpedo anything close to a standard to get it, even making that relationship purely transactional in the case of prostitution. Ever notice how prostitution is almost exclusively a male paying a female?

I already admitted that so many men are not well educated. There are also powerful economic and social advances that have made marriage inefficient and dare I say it, obsolete in some cases. My rebuttal is actually quite simple, you cannot tag one side of the lazy nuanced gender divide masculine/objective and the other feminine/subjective and then on top of that claim that one side of the divide opresses the other based on that distinction because there is not enough evidence, too many critical outliers that do not fit the distiction and too many nuances that make such a simplistic view of gender impossible. Are there similarities between cultures in regard to gender? Yes and they a…

This was really great and I think it really does touch on an important distinction. Any time an interaction between two people occurs that has to be hidden from or purposefully distorted to a third person who is in a relationship with one of the two. Its at best a breach of the relationship's fundamental trust and at worst outright cheating. The physical aspects are the most obvious forms of hidden or distorted interaction but they are simply the tip of the iceberg

I think you are right on this one. Cultural norms regarding what is and is not cheating are much different in Europe. France is a good example, fluid relationship dynamics are more common. Its not a cookie cutter fact but its a different cultural norm as opposed to the American convention.

As much as I hate to say this. This. The more mature a relationship desired, the less options one has regardless of gender. Point three however, needs more work to be properly rebutted IMO. Pre-selection is a powerful tool in the female arsenal (GIVEN) due to the fact that most men are socially expected to be the inital and even sexual agressor. Good post regardless, despite the fact we are on different sides

Look all other things being equal (and I am conceding the existence of Deadbeat Dad (TM) and Moron Mother (TM), face it both exist to a degree). Women hold all reproductive power to terminate a pregnancy conceived through consensual means. If a father (Deadbeat Dad (TM) or no and again I am conceding they exist) wants to opt out of raising a child that they do not want, they do not have the reproductive power to do so. Furthermore the legal system considers them responsible for this child despit…

Is this really what kind of paper defense you want to use right now? The point of the argument is men (no matter how kind or harmless) in this day and age do not feel comfortable approaching anymore because if they do they will become "the rapist". This is especially true of men who lack social skills, who come off as creepy for trying to have a conversation with a girl whom they might be interested in without knowing they (the girl) are trying to walk away or deflect their interest. I do not think that TRP give men a pass on this. I think that you have convinced yourself that they do because it conforms to your narrative. Of course "deadbeat fathers" and "delinquent mothers" exist. However labeling either groups as scum due to the mere fact of penis or vagina is worthy of severe condemnation. I mean that on both sides of the argument regardless of what fringe groups might say. I do not think however that you give this issue of reproductive autonomy any real merit and that i…

This. Thank you as always for hashing this out yet again. TRP has many factions like any social theory. I have no issue with single motherhood. I have a problem with the systemic and often ignored issues that lead to single motherhood. Issues that are conventionally misconstrued as to present the male race as evil people who willingly abandon children. As such any attempt to label single mothers as "delinquent human scum" is a no more elegant attempt at resolving the issue as labeling absent fathers as "broke deadbeat assholes" As far as TRP theory goes, the "delinquent human scum" post was a bomb…

I do not think that this is what goes on in TRP. There may be some who flaunt personal responsibility as a silver bullet while simultaneously playing the victim to the all powerful female conspiracy but this is obviously hypocrisy and worthy of every bit of condemnation. Yeah the argument being presented is that hate groups = reductio ad absurdum. If one has no objective criterion for establishing what is a hate group then anything can be a hate group based on the relativistic perception of one or more people regarding something they subjectively think is hateful. Thus any group can be a hate group so long as what is being said is positively identified by another as hate. I dont think its misogynistic unless what you are saying is in an attempt to incite or display hate or perpetuate prejudice against women because they are women. I think it was a good attempt at trying to address the fact that men and women might generally be better or worse at certain social functions due to physical and anatomical differences. Outliers exist, and that is not bad. Neither gender is more important, they just perform different functions to perpetuate the species.

You could definitely say 90% of men are rapists, I would then call you out on that for Misandry because that is a pretty offensive thing to say and then I would throw wrenches upon wrenches of contrary statistics You did not actually make that claim so I will not have to do that. This is not an academic paper, this is a subreddit. If I wanted to submit my ideas for actual publishing I would not be writing them here. Its …

That is not a defense. Giving bad reason to an argument renders that argument unsound. Attack from a better angle than simply. "All Autists are Grunty neanderthals."

Many modern social movements are structured the same way. New wave Christians, Feminists, Political Islam, Atheism. Just go down the list. You have to qualify every movement that practices utility over morality

It is not central to the argument. You want to make it a premise, but culture is not race. For instance just because you are a black man with ethno-linguistic roots in Mali does not mean I can assume you practice genital mutilation despite the fact that is a common cultural practice there. That would be racist. Just because the thread says "Is TRP directed at strait white men" does not mean I cannot say NO race has nothing to do with it, neither does sexual orientation. Lastly, You have wikipedi…

Autism is a tremendously wide spectrum to be digesting here. In my opinion however, people diagnosed with autism are no less capable of self-improving and attracting a female as anyone else unless it is a really severe case. However, autism itself bears social stigma. Not your fault but I would not advertise the fact because many people will be judgmental on the fact instead of giving you a fair shot.

Circular reasoning. Making a collective estimation of a singular group of people ie) autists

No I do not mean white men, to be honest I would rather leave race out of the conversation because it really isnt a central point of the argument. Culturally speaking many African and Middle Eastern societies tend to have ideas of masculinity that are practiced and reinforced that tend to align with TRP thinking. This is by no means a rule, simply a tendancy

How I feel about it or what it means to me is immaterial to the catch 22 problem of collective responsibility that we are arguing about. And intent is all well and great, and might mean something to some people however that does not mean that one does not have to admit consequences of ones actions, benevolent intentions or not. A court of law and international agreements too numerous to count would agree with that statement

That is a narrow perception of what I was doing. I was pointing out a contradiction, which is what you are supposed to be doing in good discussions. I was in no way taking a side. Unless what you mean by taking a side is pointing out bad justifications, then yes I am on the side of not calling each other names and putting straw man labels on one another.

Ad Hominem is not an argument. Nor is denying causal relationships and making arguments that appeal to a mass mentality. I personally have no ill will toward the subject of the post. I have ill will toward anyone who would waste their time beating on a potential victim. I also have ill will toward OP excusing themselves from any and all responsibility in potentially inviting a controversial exchange. BUT THATS JUST ME, I do not claim nor have I ever claimed to represent the people of the subredd…

Admitting that I can does not exonerate ones actions from potentially harming a victim. I do not walk up to a person who I believe is violent toward society, offend them, give them an avenue to attack a blameless victim and then walk away as if I did nothing to enable a potentially bad situation. Sitting here defining one persons terms does nothing to root at the problem that by posting that no one should harass this person, OP invited some people to do so if they so chose. Therefore they are pa…

Right now I do not think that you need motivation or even guidance, which is what a mentor is there to give. You have done all the necessary steps to get the ball rolling. You have read the sidebar, you have begun taking your physical and professional self seriously. These are things that will improve your SMV even if you do not know it yet. Game on the actual level is not something that that can be coached or studied. At some point it is something that must be done. For something to be done, it…

He just did, either admit collective responsibility is universal or omit it. OP handed a blueprint to stupid people who might want to hurt a victim. Accept collective responsibility or omit as collateral damage. Its a catch 22 and you know it

TRP is a set of social tools to be utilized by all men of all ages. It tends to attract western and asian men specifically because african and middle eastern men are already familiar with many of the concepts of trp due to their different cultural norms regarding sex. That however does not mean it is closed specifically to any race, age or ethnicity.

Let them go without burning bridges would be optimal. The best thing about the Red Pill is that one can walk away without hard feelings, without burning anything. I would advise OP to be overtly friendly to his former tormentors, smile and wave his shit eating grin around. By walking away he won, now he can treat these stupid idiots like he always should had, with childlike politeness. Thats what these adults are to him, fucking children

Yes I was regarding her when I spoke. What I meant was, the only thing that she should view from you is a polite veneer of superficial bullshit. You smile, you laugh, you chat. However you never let on to what you are doing, where you are going and generally and politely discard her from your goals. She has been able to toxify your relationships because of proximity, the antidote is a proper concealment of goals and projects so that she may not utilize her current superior social position to den…

The best thing about academia is that attrition wins out in the end. Statistically more women go to college, but they only succeed to a point. Graduate school is still dominated by those who can actually contribute to society on a higher level. Undergrad being highly inclusive benefits women whereas Grad being highly exclusive and focused (especially in STEM) will benefit only those with drive and agency. Don't worry about the slag heap that is modern undergrad in the West. Just keep self-improv…

Most of the characters in your story are no friends of yours and are actually counterproductive to your self-improvement. Dump the lease as soon as you can, politely remove yourself from the situation and cultivate your better attributes while surrounding yourself with people who actually benefit you. Move in with new roomates who are beneficial to you. That would be my advice The mere fact that you have tracked this petty infight as long as you have exposes a weakness of character, namely insec…

Was fourteen when I had my first romantic encounter. I orbited around this girl and she steadily broke me into a tiny obedient idiot. All of my relationships at this time were textbook BP due to this pervasive oneitis. Went to College where I was separated from this now woman, broke down more until I inadvertently entered what you all call monk mode and just focused on school, philosophy and health. Discovered proverbs from the philosopher Kukai that made me realize that no one cares about you t…

Just got back from the concert mentioned previously and I am already bearing fruit in this respect. Yes, I get that there are many strategies that I can employ. Most of the time social situations are not that hard for me to deal with using basic agree and amplify or amused mastery. That being said I have to learn social skills as I am naturally introverted and prone to deductive arguments as conversation My problem is their automatic assumptions in many of these discussions is that I am a bad person for the way I conduct my relationship.
