are you saying that looks are very important for cold approach?

I agree that the people who think you need to look like a male model to pull are ridiculous and annoying, but at the same time, I think it's silly to completely dismiss the importance of looks! Being a very good looking guy makes things INFINITELY easier! You instantly have one foot in the door. Some girls (not all girls) will simply not even want to talk too an ugly guy in a bar or a club

Never quit!!! You might get laid on your 10,000th approach!

I'm waiting for this self confessed ugly guy to get laid a few times! He writes FR's here quite a lot. Hopefully he carries on writing them because I find it interesting as a fellow Brit - His mindset seems fairly positive, but he says he basically never gets attraction. At best the girls like hims as a friend: https://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/6paify/sunday_approaches_fr/

This 'dry spell' talk kills me when people are talking about a few months or whatever, lol. Try years and years! haha. And i've also been approaching a fair bit in that time compared to any real life friends.

So you're going up and hoping this technique that you learned will make the girl like you There's an elment of that, but then, isn't that kind of the idea of 'game'? that you use the principles to make the girl like you? This sounds like you're very outcome dependent. Probably true. Trying to change that, but it's kind of natural to want success Also are you writing field reports? I have written some. But the general philosphy on seddit (mantra which is said time and time again here) is that ''w…

that's some very strange advice ineed. I don't think i've ever seen an infield by the best PUA's in the world where the guy DIDN'T ask the girls age/name/where they're from etc very early into the convo I'm curious how your interactions look during night game? Can you give me an example? After you open and say 'hey', You don't ask them any questions? What sort of things to you talk about? Just start telling them stories or making non-stop observations about the environment or something?

If someone like SaschaPUA posted his FR's here, can you imagine the armchair pickup guys at seddit telling him what he done 'wrong' and how much shit he'd get?! lol ''Dude! You jumped in front of her and said ''Don't be alarmed! This is my real haircut!!!??'' That's why she blew you out, bro! You gotta be man-to-woman!'' ''Wait, you asked her what she's doing today!? Dude. She'll think yuo're a stalker!! Don't ask a girl a question for the first 3 hours of a conversation!''

I always open indirect at night, personally. And I also tend to try to have fun with it. If you are not very handsome and you open directly, you are basically 100% guaranteed to get rejected at night in a bar with a hot girl surrounded by her hot friends RSD Jeffy has a similar style. He opens in ridiculous ways and very 'fun'. He turns on the sexual side later on in general when he peppers in 'statements of intent' Reading the OP's FR actually reminded me a little of some of Jeffy's infields. I…

and when you do approach you're not being clear with your sexual intentions, which is why approach 3 responded positively at first but was then surprised when you tried to escalate beyond just being friendly. That's just the nature of opening indirect (which lots of very good PUA's advise) He didn't do anything wrong. She just didn't fancy him and so didn't allow him too escalate

I don't think that's what he's saying. Have you honestly got no good looking friends who girls approach all of the time due to the way they look? It's not about his 'vibe' or the special way that she notices him talking too his friends or that she can somehow sense he must have an amazing life etc It's that she thinks ''Damn, he's cute!!'' and then goes over and says 'hi'. And in that sense, you're correct in that most of us will never be able to achieve being someone like him. This can't be 'le…

I'm running out of time, lol. But I've done about 700 approaches since I read my first pickup book a year or so ago. And yeah, film more infields!

You beat the national average of sex partners that men have in their whole lives (6) on your first year? Sick. I'm lots older than you and have only had sex with like 3 girls, lol. But i'm short and ugly so no surprise there! :) I hope you bang like 5000 girls in your life!! ;) PS - You need more infields!!

I don't know whether he's legit or whether he just fakes his infields and stuff, but deepak of waynedatinglifestyles appears to be banging 16 year old virgin girls non-stop on his travels, and he's 40 odd!

what tips in particular do you feel help you the most? (things you do/say now that you didn't before)

Come up with a plan ahead of time (before you go out for the evening) So use the same pre-planned opener in every set? Have some go-to follow ups after you say "hi". I tend to always ask the typical AFC questions after I open (name, who they're with, where they're going that night, age etc), but only because I can't seem to find much in the way of alternatives. Only to 'make a cold read' but that also doesn't really tend to lead to 'fun'. Do you have some planned 'go to' questions/statements tha…

thanks for your reply and the examples. That's what I wanted. hopefully others will follow your example! :) One problem is however, the idea that you 'get better' with practice. I don't seem to have, and I know from reading other peoples posts that i'm not alone! It's like my brain will always stall at a certain point in an interaction (even when i'm practicing on, as you say, random strangers/cashiers etc) -A bit like I could never count to 10 if I was only taught to count to 9 - no matter how …

Change what you are doing until it works How does that work in practice, and what should one change specifically? Like, If I keep trying too open girls with a 'fun' vibe and they think i'm crazy or odd, do I start opening girls in a very serious vibe instead? Are if you try to force a certain vibe, won't that come over as fake and your subcommunications will give you away? Or are you referring more to changing the WORDS you use to open and what you say after the open

I kind of think direct game is cool and all, but it's only gonna work if she thinks you're hot. And if she thinks you're hot, then you could have gone indirect and it still would have worked. If you go direct on a girl who doesn't like your look, you'll likely get rejected on the open which won't give yourself a chance to try to 'game' her and try to build attraction

Then maybe it shouldn't really be a statement in the first place. If we concede that looks matter, then we can never know if the rejection was simply a matter of being too ugly, no? Theories in seduction seem very wishy-washy

But if we agree that there are limits (and I agree by the way) doesn't that undermine all of the principles of 'seduction' and 'game'? If we say it's all about confidence(game) shouldn't we be able to better explain the theory behind these 'limits'? We are saying that game doesn't work if one is TOO undesirable (be it age or 'looks' etc). An old guy teasing and negging a girl simply doesn't have the same effect as a guy who is her own age doing it to her? I'm just wondering if this 'threshold' i…
