You make the person who you're talking with more vulnerable and you can get in his mind more quickly while at the same time he likes you more because he finds your questions interesting. Exactly, more people should start to notice this. "Stop giving a shit" makes you charmy and confident. You should stop thinking that your that important or that everyone is looking or judging you. No one does and no one really cares about you. Even if they do, how does that affect you physically ? It simply doesnt. You dont actually. You never ask for her number directly. She may reject you and there your game ends if you dont know how to continue. You have to approach a question similar to "Give me your number". Like "I enjoyed the discussion but I have to leave . How could we continue this ?" or anything similar comes to your mind.
