Fundamentals of Female Dynamics by Michael Knight is one of the best books I've read on male-female dynamics. Ignore the slightly amateurish cover. The writing is very insightful and concise. I would put this book on the level of often cited classics like Models by Mark Manson or 3% Man by Corey Wayne.

Thanks for the article. I've heard TFM and others reference this study many times. The article doesn't make it clear why the disparity exists. Do men pay more tax than women solely because they earn more (because they work more demanding jobs and longer hours)? Do women receive more public expenditure than men and why is that? The article makes it clear that there is no disparity in public spending between men and women because women are more likely to be raising children.

I believe that Buddhism was not originally conceived as a religion but later generations turned it into one. The same thing happened with Taoism. Life in earlier times was harsh and unfair so people needed the comfort that religion brings.

I can't believe I haven't heard of this. I've watched many of Mifune's samurai films with Kurosawa. I've also read Musashi's The Book of the Five Rings. I'll put it on my to-watch list. I'm very influenced by Buddhist philosophy, especially Zen Buddhist philosophy. I don't follow Buddhism as a religion. I don't worship Buddha as a deity. To me, he was just an ordinary man, albeit one with extraordinary insight. I agree that Buddhism is a good fit for MGTOW. Attachment leads to suffering.

Read Pure White and Deadly by John Yukin. It sets out all the chronic and often lethal diseases sugar can cause. The sugar industry tried to cancel his career because of this book. Learn to live frugally and invest your money. Even on an average salary you should be able to retire before you hit 50, maybe even before you hit 40. I love calisthenics. It's more fun and it feels more spiritual in a way than lifting weights. I'm at a decent standard with calisthenics. I experimented with incorporating gymnastic moves a while back. After a lot of practice, I was able to do an L-sit to handstand and a front lever. /r/bodyweightfitness is an excellent resource for calisthenics. Check out their recommended routine.

You don't want to do BJJ on the street except as a last resort. BJJ doesn't work against multiple opponents. If you take someone down and he has friends, they will stomp your head into the sidewalk while you're getting your arm-bar on. With boxing or Muay Thai you can hit and run, even against multiple opponents. Source: I was taught this by a guy who'd worked the doors for 10 years in a rough part of town and had survived multiple street fights.

I do keto and intermittent fasting and I'm ripped. I work out too obviously. More importantly it's good for my health. I believe that sugar and grains (particularly wheat) are the root of many diseases. I do have a bowl of white rice a couple times a week, but other than that I'm strict keto. I should add that I also believe that processed meats containing nitrates are very harmful so I don't agree with the "bacon with everything" keto approach.

For me, TFM is a brilliant and original thinker who has blended the thoughts of Thomas Sowell, Nietzsche and Lao Tzu into his own personal philosophy. He's gone way beyond discussing female nature and can talk knowledgeably about philosophy, politics and economics. I'm always interested in what he has to say, even if I don't always agree with him and even though he inevitably repeats himself. Also his video "She will never love you" may have saved my life.

MGTOW saved my life. I think the most important lesson was learning not to need external validation to be happy. Buddhist philosophy helped too, particularly the teaching that attachment leads to suffering. I remember a Joe Rogan podcast where he interviewed a sleep expert. I think it was Dr. Mathew Walker. He said that if you average 4 hours a sleep a night you'll end up with dementia. Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan ended up this way. Pretty scary. I routinely get 8 hours sleep every night.

That's interesting. I'm not aware of making any conscious attempt to appear fake around women. I do try and employ "anti-game", no sexualisation, no demonstrations of higher value. You're that it's better to have female friendships who are not so close. I actually have a female "friend" who's in another country. We correspond electronically. I enjoy chatting with her. But we've never met and we never will. That's probably the safest way to do it. Kind of funny that this is how it has to be.

I looked into getting a vasectomy but I was scared off after reading about some of the horror stories about complications that arose after the procedure. Apparently it can trigger an autoimmune response. As someone who suffers from autoimmune issues, this is something I want to avoid. There is a male contraceptive called Vasalgel that's been in development for years. I heard that part of the reason for the delay is vigorous campaigning by feminists to prevent it coming to market.

The main drawback I can think of is that it's unconventional to live this way and people might think I'm weird. It's not something that bothers me too much. I suppose would be harder to be truly minimalist if I took up hobbies that require a lot of equipment, but if that was the case I would try to buy only what I really needed.

I use a virtual bank (Monzo) which comes with an app that automatically sorts my spending into categories when I make purchases with my bank card. I quite liked Ogami Itto, the exiled samurai from the manga Lone Wolf and Cub. I came across a possible explanation for this: Many families in China, especially in rural arears were desparately poor and life was a constant struggle for survival. Having a child would place a strain on already scarce resources. But a male child, in time, could be expected to work on the land and thus would become a net contributor to the family's resources. I follow a keto diet based on low carb vegetables (vegetables that grow above ground), eggs and healthy fats (olive oil, coconut oil and coconut cream). I have a small amount of fruit and nuts as a treat. I believe that grains and sugars are the main foods to avoid as they can cause inflammation. Legumes can be problematic too. I personally would never go near mental health programs or take psychiatric meds. I have dealt with my own mental health programs by taking up meditation. I learnt the Zazen style. If you look up Zen Buddhist groups in your location you should be able to find a class. You can even learn it yourself off the internet. It's about learning non-attachment. Attachment leads to suffering. I know nothing about you but I'm almost certain your suffering is caused by attachment to others.

I'm sorry to hear you have Crohns. Have you tried the SCD diet? It helped me. I also tried a raw vegan diet advocated by David Klein. From keeping a regular food diary I've found a diet that works for me which combines the above two approaches. I basically live on a diet of non-starchy vegetables, green smoothies, boiled egg whites, olive oil and almond flour. I find that gluten, starchy foods and sugar [including natural fruit sugars] make me worse.
