You appear boyish and wannabe alpha. Also problem may be that you wasting time chatting with girls you don't even like. Like, HB4, are fucking kidding me? Who is that, a feminist snowflaky whale from your class? Did I mention that chatting with any girl, even HB9 is useless, weak and beta? Stop looking for validation, it's a feminine behavior.

Same problem here. Women is by far the most motivating factor in my life. My life is pretty decent and comfortable now and it's getting better, but most of the things I do, I do it having "getting girls" as a goal in mind. It's not that I have a lot of girls, it's that I do a lot to get them. My advice is to go see the therapist, the thing I'm planning to do myself.

Judging just by the length of your post, the best answer is to next her right away man. You have terrible if you're capable of writing post of that length describing your "relationship". You aren't married, don't have a child with her, there are no material losses. You're lucky. Forget her and move on.

"I love you" only means "weak" and "beta" is you say it more often than she does, if you say it first or in a wrong context. Otherwise it's perfectly fine. She may think whatever she wants to think - who the fuck cares. If you care what she thinks about you, you're definitely weak and not emotionally independent.

If you know that you're prone to oneities then it a very natural behavior. You have to control yourself to not to say too much. But sometimes you just have to say it. Which gives you exactly push-pull.

He is not a very good friend if he knows (and he undoubtedly knows) that you're upset about the situation and still continues to see your gf. If he wishes her well, he will stop seeing her. He is hanging out with her to fuck her one day, I'm afraid. Or it already happened.

What if you're so busy during the day that the morning is the only time to spend some time with yourself? Anyway, it was merely an example. It's not a good idea to allow girl to decide where and when you're going. You're a leader, she issue follower, not the other way around. However you may be right and it's an open invitation for sex. It's up to OP to decide since it heavily depends on context... sometimes breakfast is just breakfast.

"Breakfast in bed" etc suggestions will 99% scare her away. It's too early. I'd say something like "I prefer to eat breakfast alone, how about dinner next Thursday/this Friday/whatever".

One thing I've noticed - most girls tend to be way more picky in Tinder than they are in real life. It applies to any dating service. There are always more men than women using these services, and for girls it's easy to conceal physical imperfections on pictures. So even the ugliest can get an overwhelming amount of attention which in turn makes them thinking they are queens of some sort. Another thing to mention - it's safe to deduct 1-2 points for any girls you see there. If she looks like 8, …

Another bookworm here. I spent a lot of time thinking about this issue and came to conclusion that reading is beta only if it's the only thing that you're doing for yourself, or the primary thing, aside from your job and other commitments. I.e. reading with no goal in mind is beta. Reading random books just to kill time is definitely beta. Reading a shit ton of self help books and doing any action is super beta. Bragging about the books you've read is ultra-beta. You get the point. Reading to le…

It's a shitty excuse. I know people who moved from another country to the cities like New York - with no money and career prospects. Some of them weren't able to speak a word of English. And you, a US citizen, are telling me that it's not feasible for you to move to another fucking city. C'mon! Set up a goal and a deadline, save money and move the fuck out.

20-something male struggling with the same question here. What I realised recently that male friendship is a game of numbers. So simple, I know. And yet. For example, I 'really' get along with quite a few people. Say, 1% of those I meet. So, to make 1 good friend, I have to meet - and get aquainted with - 100 males. That's it. The answer to your question is actually simple - meet as many new people with similar interests as you can and try to make anyone you meet into a friend. So, first, move t…

Move to the big city man. I'm pretty sure you will regret it if you won't. Rural areas are worth living only if you're old enough to completely lose your sex drive, ambitions, thirst for adventures and knowledge.

Proper skin care, better diet (more fruits = better skin color), low body fat, good haircut, proper mimics (no frowning, no screwing up your eyes etc). Also, fix you teeth if they need to be fixed & smile more often. However, even with perfect haircut, glowing skin and neon white teeth you'd still look worse than genetically gifted Chad even if he hasn't been shaving for 5 days has a skin of junkie and messy hair. Learn to accept that and work on yourself despite of it.

Never wanted kids and/or family, changed my opinion around 25 yo. And not because I met 'the grrl of my drimz' or any of than bullshit. Anyway, sterilization seems like an overkill to me. Yeah, gives you an ability to bang w/o protection. But, considering the DRAMATICALLY increased risks of catching an STD, do you really want that?

It's supposed to take time. Why are you in such a rush? You're likely very young. So calm down and work on yourself, pussy will follow. Remember that man attractiveness grows with time. Also, stop running when you are not fat anymore, and concentrate on lifting. You cannot effectively do both at the same time.

Getting 5-6 girls is an easy thing to do for literally anybody who is not fat, extremely ugly or anxious. Almost any AFC is able to do it. You don't even need playing games or anything lile that. So... If you actually lift, take care of yourself yet still get absolutely nothing, it means that your problems go well beyond anything internet forums are able to solve. Go get professional help. Though I'm still convinced that you're just seeking a 'magic pill' that will help you to get girls without …

"Should" is a wrong word. If you feel genuinely interested in literature, philosophy math or whatever - go for it. Otherwise... Well, try to become interested, if it doesn't work, fuck it, try something else. Life is too short to torture yourself. Nabokov, despite being one of the brightest writers of all times, had zero interest in music. Nobody if universal.

Models isn't a PUA book. Don't judge the book by it's cover. I was thinking the same initially, but it turned out it's more of self-help positive masculinity breed (see NMMNG, Pook, Rollo). RedPillReadingGroup is currently reading Models, it's not too late to join.

To fail, you have to actually do things, not just read about them. Of course. I'm not denying the need for practice. But thinking what you're doing is no less important. You can hit the gym every day and get zero results only because you wasn't armed with a good theory. Same about losing weight. Same about approaching. I recently learned the correct push-up technique. After doing push-ups for 20+ years. Turned out I was doing them wrong all that time. It's never too late.

I can easily read 200 pages of a good book w/o meditation. Though if there if any kind of meditation that can help me to read 200 pages of a technical report or 10 pages of academic article, I'd certainly consider it.

The original (Russian) article is most likely fake, since it's coming from the untrusted news resource and they don't provide any proofs. However... Been in Murmansk a few months ago, the plane was half filled with refugees. Locals haven't seen so many immigrants since the end of Ice Age I guess, so they hate these new ones by default. For those who's wondering why they are coming to Russia - Murmansk is really close to Norway, and apparently it's the cheapest way to cross EU border.

Of course being a feminist progressive she may. But such things happen to average/ugly girls all the time. Heard a few reports from girls in my past beta girl-friend AFC life. I mean the same or similar situation - the girl is wearing black winter jacket, winter boots and a shapka and the guy compliments her on her looks. Like, wtf. Betas want to fuck too, so they approach HB4 and HB5 (during the winter almost any girl would look HB4) with the lines or methods they found online. These lines aren…

Thanks. Reading 'medical' articles on HPV scares the shit out of me. It's all cancer-cancer-STD-warps-fuck-shit. I suspect that it's the latest trend, after they found the connection between HSV and a few types of cancer. And now they developed the expensive vaccine, so they need more shit to scare you and make you buy it. This is how I see it now. The fact that in 99% cases body clears it on it's own is rarely mentioned. Heck, I read like 10 articles before I discovered that it's all bullshit. …

Just google it man http://www.cdc.gov/std/hpv/stdfact-hpv.htm Use latex condoms the right way every time you have sex. This can lower your chances of getting HPV. But HPV can infect areas that are not covered by a condom - so condoms may not give full protection against getting HPV.

Just switch from partying to healthier types of socialization. Join a club, team, start a business, talk to strangers, approach girls, whatever. If you stop partying it doesn't mean that you should sit in your room fapping on your future self. Go out and do shit.

Thanks dude. It's my first experience with STD, and it's probably scares me more than it should. Also the fact that there are no reliable tests is pretty frustrating. Anyway, main point here is not HPV by itself, but the intolerance to girl's inappropriate behavior. I know for sure that I'd 'forgive' the girl if I had the same situation year ago before reading NMMNG, Rollo, Pook and other stuff. Now I fucking don't. It's fine if it's your plan. I don't want to wait for sex but I'm literally make myself to wait, making obstacles and searching for excuses to not just go for it - typical Nice Guy behavior as seen in NMMNG. It changed quite a bit after discovering TRP but still far from perfect. Developing a healthy sexual strategy and control over your impulses is a part of TRP 'therapy' as I see it.

"At some point of their lives" yes. After she hits the wall and stops giving a fuck. It's funny that Merck markets their anti-HPV drug Gardasil to the girls <26. Apparently it still works after if you don't have HPV, but after 26 most of them already have it, so it's not cost-effective.

It seems to me that everyone has his own definition ;) But let me quote MachoMonk: When you don't talk to people for a month and you suddenly have lost weight and put on muscle they think your some kind of god. So for HIM it does mean cutting off social contact. Yeah some other kind of MM may be beneficial. But not this one.
/r/TheRedPill25/01/16 12:14 PM
6

True, but if you was obese for many years or/and in the childhood, then you're going to have problems even after you get fit. I've seen too many AFC who lost weight but stayed mentally obese. I.e. shy, anxious etc. There is mental shit that you have to cure as well and its not about hitting the gym. This is why I think monk mode is a mistake.
/r/TheRedPill25/01/16 11:57 AM
7

Good for you, but since you're on TRP I suspected that obesity is not your only problem. I can be wrong, of course, since I don't know you. There is a simple rule of thumb to decide if monk mode is good or bad for you. It makes you feel comfortable = bad. Uncomfortable = good. AFC - google it man. And read the sidebar.

Going full monk is very likely a mistake especially if you're young. Being young = little or no social skills (unless you're natural extroverted alpha but that's another story). Social skills are at least as important as being fit etc. And you cannot get them from the book, TRP blogs or reddit. At 18 I tended to think that I have no problems with social skill. Since then I had thousands of opportunities to see how wrong I was. I'm 26 and I'm still learning something almost everyday. Approaching …
