Just stop guarding your phone and talking about friends. If she asks, play it cool and tell her your friends were losers and doing drugs or some shit. Gonna get new friends. Chances are she never asks you about them if you stop mentioning them.

If you are good enough at being a leader for her she will follow you down whichever path you put forward. If it is one of fitness and weight-loss she has to want it too. But if you vetted right then she should WANT to look good for you, so it shouldn't be a problem. That's my experience anyways.

As others have said, breath control is super important. Taking your time and focusing on her instead your time is important. I have also found that if I can find a way to fuck while standing up I can go forever. If the beds tall enough that's great, one thing I have at home is a foam plyo box that I got for home workouts but is AMAZING for fucking girls on in different positions while standing.

You need to capitalize on it. I'm brown (hispanic) and not every girl is into that. The girls who are (and there are a LOT) usually prefer it and almost always think white guys are not attractive at all. It's exotic and exciting for them. It's an easy fantasy to fulfill for them, especially if you play the part well.

Depends on the person. Not likely you'll need more than two or three shots. It's easy to put that or more in one glass so just be careful and put some room in between shots or drinks to feel it out. Drink water during if possible.

The trick us to drink just enough to not care and be more aggressive. Drinking too much can lead to E.D. or you embarrassing yourself far worse. This is personal experience talking lol

I don't have a ton of advice except don't get drunk first. Dont ask them to do anything tell them what you want them to do and don't rush anything. As far as ways to loose your virginity this sounds pretty awesome. Most guys first time they are awefull and it ends up being a pretty embarrassing situation. God speed and good luck!

Keep a small calorie deficit and focus on calisthenic training would be my go to. Focus on your form and when that is solid and you're leaning out, then tart heavy lifts. I feel like people on the sub NEVER mention how important form is. If you've had that long of a break yours is probably shit (if it wasn't already). A small amount of cardio is fine but not necessary imo.

Sex god method is very helpful, the torrent I found had a few other various helpful vidoes as well. I struggled with my stamina for a long time and finally have it fairly well under control. The one thing that helped more than all the regular advice was meditation. Meditation teaches you how to clear your mind free of thoughts that lead towards orgasim and control your breathing. Thanks a lot for this, luckily, working hard on self improvement has changed from a chore into a passion. Yeah my probation from the d.u.i. is finally over and I have almost dug myself out of the financial hole I got myself into from it and bad some bad choices during my relationship. I plan to start a career change real soon and have a plan to get back into court for better custody but It will take a while. In the mean time things like this are discouraging but I REALLY appreciate the kinds words. Thanks.

Her jokingly calling me a bitch here and there is not no, but as in the instance I gave previously, If she senses it bothers me and pushes on it ( saying it to be disrespectful, or saying it disrespectfully in front of others to test me, or saying it until I have to tell her to stop) It has the potential to become an issue.

I had the same problem for a while. Are you building enough comfort on your initial interaction(s). Just because they think youre attractive enough to talk to doesn't mean they trust you enough to meet up. Just a thought. Maybe before asking for a meet up. Text her you need a short phone call because "as a rule, I must screen for wierdos." Build comfort, tell her when and where you want to see her or whatever.

Im still learning cold approach and day game so during our first interaction I didnt spend enough time gauging her. We talked on the phone after and she was more lively. I dont plan on spending anymore time on her but I know could have played it better. Thanks for the reply.

I think it depends. If she's in a stable committed relationship/family I wouldn't, simply because I wouldn't be able to stand a girl like that as im still a little bitter myself. However, if its a clear ending of the marrage (their seperated or she has stopped wearing the ring) i think its ok, but still more drama than its worth probably.

If you can/have access... snowboarding, surfing, quading/dirt bikes in the dunes, wind surfing, ect. You will feel so badass and confident learning an adrenaline sport! I do anyways...i libe in the N.W. though. :)

I had this problem once. I went through a phase of just saying the most messed up things about them (their age, ugly fat wives, stupid looking faces, smelling like shit. Whatever. With guys like this you cant be too mean. Eventually theuly backed off and now we banter regularly and its cool. They know some boundries.

Im a bit confused. I thought the point of meditation was to clear your mind. How would one be able to do that while focusing on a specific problem. Ive only started practicing but this sounds like a promising way to teach myself discipline that i feel im truly lacking. Every time I meditate I feel like im doing it wrong. This post now especially reenforces that dout. So while I meditate I should focus soley on my disciplin or lack there of?
