Great stuff man. I've seen the book mentioned a few times, this finally convinced me to give it a listen. 15 minutes in and I'm hooked. He's basically describing me and my life. Im looking forward to finishing it.

She comes to work with me. It's a difficult position to be in, I wouldn't recommend anyone get a dog if working full time. This wasn't my choice but I've made the best out of a bad situation.

But seriously, don't ask plates. They will try to suggest based on styles they prefer in men. You need to find your own style and you can't trust a plate to give you the best advice.

Anything I can control, I seek to improve. Anything I can't control I seek to minimise the effect it has. Overall, I simply try not to GAF.

As someone that has been in your friends position, my cousin never told me till after my wife cheated with someone else. I'm honestly not sure how I would have reacted if he'd told me at the time. I know I never would have thought he was intentially trying to come between us. But as we all know it's a hard pill to swallow. I think in the end my cousin regretted not telling me before I got married.

Just commenting so I don't lose this post. Curious to see people's thoughts because I'm in the same boat as you.

I don't think "we" are getting through to them. The feminists do it for us. Just sit back and watch the redpilling of the West. (Let's hope).

Completely agree. Since taking more of an interest in my single friends dating life. It's clear the majority are close to being red pilled. It's crazy because these are guys who should/would be male feminists. Unfortunately women are shooting themselves in the foot in this regard. Even the "good" guys are seeing it, by the time they reach the wall the good guys they usually would have beta buxed won't be having any of it.

I've watched the UK version? Don't remember anyone called Chad. But I know what you mean. I was discussing this with a female friend of mine about how the show depicts everything that is wrong with the current dating climate. There is also a show in the UK called "Your face or mine". It brilliantly shows the power dynamics of couples. At the same time the show hosts try to tear down the self esteem of both the man and the woman. If you get chance watch it. Even just a clip on YouTube. You will s…

This. As soon as you have an inclination, go into self preservation mode. It's not longer what's best for you both. Granted I only had 10 days to fight but I made every day count before I removed my money from the joint bank account after payday, changed the locks and made sure I could get her to admit to the adultery. It all worked out. But at the last moment I lost frame and gave her the ultimatum of "leave now nd we are done but if you stay we can make it work." Granted I stuck to it and have…

That's exactly what I need to hear. Thanks. I have already filed. All she has to do is accept, if she doesn't eventually the judge will rule in my favour because I've filed under adultery. People keep trying to encourage me to leave monk mode because they can't understand why I'm not putting myself out there. I'm just going to GMOW and not worry about the others. Thanks man.

Yeh but would you have replied if I started with your inceldom? Ok taken on board. Does this include girls who aren't technically my co-workers? Without going into too much detail I visit other workplaces and have had a few IOIs from young girls that I've been in 2 minds on if to take action? One of the older guys at work who has been divorce raped 3 times... this is like 20-30 years ago but he had flings with a few lasses in similar circumstances.

Excellent point. I never looked at it like that. For the record I never attempted to fill a void, I have got custody of the dogs in the divorce because I'm the most capable to look after them. So my experience is slightly different to the one you paint but my point still stands. They helped me keep going during a particular bad time in my life.

Seems a bit extreme for me. I don't hate women, I acknowledge their destructive traits in the current climate and I choose to go my own way. I hate violence against animals but I don't hate the wolf for preying on sheep. I hate the current conditions in society which favour the feminine imperative but I don't hate all females. Both men and women can be twats. Judging by a few posts on your new group you want to create an echo chamber of hate against women.

Depending on your job, you could get a dog. I know how you feel but having a dog that relies on you gives you that extra encouragement to go out for a walk. And I can't tell you how many times I've felt like "I don't want to go out today, I'm feeling down about life." Then I go for a walk in nature and it clears my head and I get home and smash the rest of the day.

My first Christmas living alone. Moved straight in with my other half from living with my dad. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to it. Very limited presents to buy apart from 2 Godsons and some small gifts for a few family members. Usually I would have to buy for the wife and the whole Jeremy Kyle show that is her family. I'm lovin' it.

Drop a couple of hours at work? Working out 2 hours a day? Are you a professional body builder or something? Get a simpler routine and have rest days inbetween. You just have to decide your priorities.

As others have said, feel free to message me if you ever need someone to talk to or even just to rant. I have recently deleted the apps as well. Although I am in the process of getting divorced I have seen the anxiety and depression it has unleashed in my friends and once I started to see it in me, I knew the best way was to go monk mode.

I can only assume men want to make the marriage work. To me it felt like a failure on my part. I wanted the marriage my parents had. My grandparents had. I wanted to be a provider for a family. He probably doesn't. I didn't. I wish him the best of luck.

I feel you brother. I feel very lucky. I don't think I could have got this far without the red pill. I have my off days and still think about it all the time. But I'm optimistic. And a big part of that has been the red pill and MGTOW. I had a friend who committed suicide after his girlfriend cheated and left and initially I was scared but I'm going to be fine.

I've definitely been lucky with the situation I was left in. Re: unicorn. Due to her views on marriage and kids. I think the fact she had 3 older sisters who all had kids and long term relationships had influence on her. Even if they were toxic. She always wanted the happy marriage and kids. No. I have been redpilled a while now. It's as if I saw what was happening but couldn't do anything about it. Right now my only regret is asking her to stay that night. Other than that. Everything happened i…

Oh I forgot to add the best bit. Afterwards a family member came to me. Scared that I would go back to her and admitted she tried it on with him 3 times over the course of our relationship. Once before the wedding and twice after.
