I've said it already multiple times in this sub but apparently people still don't get it: OVERTIME IS TAXED EXACTLY THE SAME AS REGULAR PAY The only case in which it could be taxed more is if you earn enough to be placed in a higher tax bracket and then only the money earned beyond that threshold is taxed at the higher rate. OT pay is taxed at the same rate as regular pay. If you work a lot of OT in a week and it looks like you should be in a higher tax bracket, that higher rate will be withheld. However, because that week was an anomaly come April, you'll get the money back and only be taxed at your normal, lower rate.
