Ah damn, my friend. I've gone through this one, I think we all have, several times and it's part of growing. It'll sting for awhile but trust me you will be the better man for it once you get through it. Best thing to do is get rid of her, have zero contact and just take care of yourself. Exercise, work, hobbies - they'll all help keep you keep busy while you heal. Your brains pain centre identifies heartbreak the same as physical pain so it needs time to recover. Can't stress this enough: ZERO or minimal contact to work out logistics.

It doesn't feel like it now but when you're on the other side of this, it's incredible! All the things you like about yourself will be intact and even better. When you get hurt, your brain recoils then overworks to repair the damage. This usually results in huge improvement because your brain tends to overdo it. At least this was my case, can't speak for everyone. I've gone through a couple of these and have always come out a better version. But never again, of course it's your choice, but GYOW cuts out all the possibility of going through this again. You're going to be alright, brother.

Best thing he could do is just disappear on her without a word said. Don't confront her about the screen shots cause that will only give her happiness that she hurt you. When something like this happens you need to make her feel like you have found something better. This is the best way to get back at her. Silence will speak louder than any words you can say. I have learned form experience keep you mouth shut and go your own way.
