Bro honestly my average is about 10 minutes man on the first go, and then from then on it's about 15 nothing special Sometimes when a girl is waaay out of my league I rub one out and pop a viagra which is horrible for my physical and emotional health but it's fun as fuck

Definitely gonna try this, very good article man. How do you remember to stay disciplined though? It's so hard to remember this because my mind slips into procrastination mode waaay too easily. It's scary how much I don't notice it, one moment I'm getting off the computer to actually do shit and then I just find myself opening Reddit again.
