There will always be a difference between influence and power. Power indicates force and/or authority. Which government has. Corporations have influence over the wielding of that power. Which brings us to corruption of government. So there are actually only two problems here and both are flaws within government. They have the ability to use force as they see fit. I’ve never known a family like this. Sure in homes where the husband is the only source of income and the wife is a caregiver. The man does less “housework” and the wife secures fewer resources. But the husband still contributes to the children and the household. Even when and where the wife produces zero financial resources for the family. Well, I think that the common consensus is that most absentee fathers are not that way willingly. I can’t prove this. Still the data is out there for consumption. An absentee father is the largest contributor to future poverty, drug abuse, jail time, etc. I even saw another one, can’t remember where it was, please don’t ask, that showed that these same risks were lowest when raised by a single father with an absentee mother.
