I like how u talked about making changed to improve your self and life as a basis for confidence not just self reflection. Maybe because usually someone has expectations? If I approach some random person I am not attracted I still fear rejection because they might not like me, but if it’s a girl there’s more fear because they might not like you and might not find you attractive.
