What does it mean when you're not relationship material?

Could mean a lot of things honestly. But going by what I think of when I've communicated this to a guy. It was one or more of these things:

He's a fuckboi or a rake. He doesn't know how to have a committed relationship and be loyal because he's never really done it and his record shows that. And I'm not convinced he really wants to. I sort of assume he's going to cheat at some point (not like a serial cheater, but more of a, oops I fucked up cheater). That's not relationship material. Men aren't the only ones who think someone fucking a lot casually makes someone not worthy of commitment. Women think like this too, we're just more likely to give people a chance because it is possible to make a husband out of a rake if you can be friends with them for a long time first. But yeah, you're used goods and you've been damaging your ability to commit.
You are not a mature adult. Look, we all have rough edges and chaos and aren't always 100% terminators. But you're a child in an adult man's body. You don't have any life plan, you have debt up to your ears, you play video games 10 hours a day, your employment record is spotty, you live with your parents without paying rent or helping out around the house and they aren't old or sickly. Your ability to care for yourself is spotty at best. Put bluntly, all you might bring to a relationship is levity and entertainment. You don't know who you are at a level appropriate to your age. You probably do drugs or drink very regularly.
You're a victim in every story about you. It's always everyone else's fault. You have all these mental illnesses (typically undiagnosed and typically COMPLETELY UNSOLVABLE). You can't do anything about the problems of life. And you have so many problems. A headache is like the end of a world. A car going spotty is oblivion. Someone said something mean at work, doomsday. You aren't riding the waahmbulance, you are it.
You do not strike me as someone I would want to raise children with. You don't have standards, morals, or virtues. You don't seem like you want to take care of people who offer you nothing. You're very self-important. You don't seem supportive or helpful. I cannot imagine you caring for me after childbirth or our children. (Please note, this one only applies of the women want children).
Your lifestyle is not appetizing as something I would want to be near 24/7 or even on the weekends.
