1	The 33 and a Third Script That's the issue, the mediator/losers dont care about who the judge is. They are happy to go to court and lose (I am referring to applications) and collect their fees. The point is that there are Legal reps who want to win while the majority want to mediate/lose. They lose every time they go up against the Winner/Lawyer and use the excuse the judge didnt like you right from the start. Family Law should be that and it's in everyone's best interest to mediate . . . .plus it's easy and lucrative for the loser/mediators involved to run up their hours and make everyone happy. 4	Brother needs help with divorce Most family lawyers get into the game because of the ease of having angry people part with their money. The majority of them are more like mediators. They all know each other; they run up their hours discussing what's fair and who should get what. Then there is the Winner, once in a while, for a far greater fee; a winner will be hired and eat the lunch of the mediator/loser lawyer. A mediator/loser lawyer has no idea how to play with a Winner. 2	Heartbroken dad drops fight for more time with his children He put himself at a disadvantage. He represented himself . . . . No Lawyer! Guys need to realize that you are in a war for your children. You cannot enter this arena without the necessary tools and expect judgements to go your way. Your lawyer also needs to be better than her lawyer.
