The 33 and a Third ScriptThat's the issue, the mediator/losers dont care about who the judge is. They are happy to go to court and lose (I am referring to applications) and collect their fees. The point is that there are Legal reps who want to win while the majority want to mediate/lose. They lose every time they go up against the Winner/Lawyer and use the excuse the judge didnt like you right from the start. It's important to choose your legal rep based on who you're up against. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/04/19 07:24 PM
Brother needs help with divorceAgreed! Family Law should be that and it's in everyone's best interest to mediate . . . .plus it's easy and lucrative for the loser/mediators involved to run up their hours and make everyone happy. My point is that a winner will disrupt this because they have one goal in mind . . . .take it all. Mediator/Losers cant compete . . . The winner I should mention will be of much superior legal skills, be senior, be paid quite a bit more and will put the interests of their clients; need to win, above t… | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/02/19 01:24 AM
Brother needs help with divorceSounds like you hired a mediator/loser. What made you choose this type of representation? If you know you are in an area that's more "mother friendly" why would you not step up and hire a winner? Just curious. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/02/19 07:18 AM
Brother needs help with divorceMost family lawyers get into the game because of the ease of having angry people part with their money. The majority of them are more like mediators. They all know each other; they run up their hours discussing what's fair and who should get what. Then there is the Winner, once in a while, for a far greater fee; a winner will be hired and eat the lunch of the mediator/loser lawyer. A mediator/loser lawyer has no idea how to play with a Winner. If your stbx has hired a Winner and you have a media… | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/02/19 11:01 PM

Divorce or MediationMake sure you lay the ground rules out first. I unwillingly agreed to mediation the day before a 10 day trial. While we were going through the process my ex's Lawyer slithered in for the last 45 mins. This was Vancouver BC. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/07/18 11:57 PM
Heartbroken dad drops fight for more time with his childrenHe put himself at a disadvantage. He represented himself . . . . No Lawyer! Guys need to realize that you are in a war for your children. You cannot enter this arena without the necessary tools and expect judgements to go your way. Your lawyer also needs to be better than her lawyer. Most lawyers are more than eager to hold your hand as you're getting your ass handed to you. Do your research and find the nastiest dirtbag with a decent track record that you can afford. | /r/MensRights | 24/01/18 02:39 PM
