If your potential/actual legal representative uses this script: "33 % of the judges will side with us, 33% of the judges will side with her and 33% of the judges are rogue" . . . . you're most likely speaking with a mediator/loser . . . which is fine if your stbx has one also . . . but if she actually has a lawyer/winner you'll be in a lot of trouble if you choose the mediator/loser as your rep.
