Do you say that because such a posting is so repulsive that there's no way a female could make such a statement? I'm pretty sure there are a lot of females who feel entitled to such treatment, except this one is bold enough to be up front about it.

That's really good point. I wish I would have thought of that for my evolutionary psychology class when my professor was basically saying it's okay for women to be attracted to money because it's adaptive.

I have read this statistic in a sociology textbook by Robert Brym: 3:2, at least in Canada. It's funny, being a white male at UofT, I am the minority gender and race- yet, majority of scholarships are reserved for other minorities, and females. Why is this so?

Check out your country's latest census: Look for the statistics measuring the "gap" between unmarried women and men. The reason you want to look for unmarried women is because the data isn't subject to the bias of married women who don't work, work part-time, etc. l I'm not sure about other countries but Stats Can has this exact measure: according to '06 data, women make 95% of what men do.

I did make it to be a satire. But even so, it's more about equality than the female versions of such lists. If I wanted to be sexist I would have written stupid things like "1) While making him sandwiches, always add bacon; 2) Always give him blow jobs when he asks;" etc. what have you. Besides, many of these are a given in relationships and are drastically unequal.

There are many different sociologists who have refuted the claim, but they all revolve around pretty much a single, powerful source: the census (there's not much else you need). No. Superficiality (i.e. giving until it hurts) to obtain desirability does not lead to a genuine bond, in my opinion; for that, I would seriously question that person's true motive. I wonder what will happen once the operation of brothels begins (just legalized here in Canada). Where does this entitlement come from? This kind of stuff is seemingly commonplace. Every day on Facebook something along these lines comes up (I.e "you should treat your girl like this, this and this). It's ridiculous for females to believe that they can make all kinds of demands and offer next to nothing in return.

I get paid $11.50 per hour to cook, and bartenders/servers make, I'm presuming, the "liquor servers minimum wage" and that's $8.90 per hour; the difference between these wages is implying that servers will make up for this loss in tips (this loss is actually only $1.60 below the actual minimum wage, mind you). I don't understand your logic here. The fact that bartending is for them only entails nothing as they have freedom to work at the bar or to work in the kitchen; however, it's quite rare that a women will work as a cook as they receive higher offerings by serving/bartending.

If you aren't being defensive, why use phrases like, "you're an idiot, etc." ? It doesn't make for a very effective discussion. What I'm saying is, which I'm sure you've come to understand, that attaching a major risk to to a legimate claim poses some big problems. From a functionalist viewpoint, it's pretty hard to hand out prison sentences for false rape. While it's definitely sweet justice, it discourages real cases to come forward. Also, what happens, as is often the case, when a "not-guilty" verdict is made? You run a lot of risk. However, men who face false accusations don't deserve their lives to thrown into shambles as a result of some twisted liar. They should be reimbursed in a number of ways.
