Is it just me or are women absolutely dominating the Fast Food field? It's not you. I've noticed too and it's everywhere. Not a complaint. It's just an observation. I almost never interact with men in businesses anymore. | /r/MensRights | 13/08/25 12:08 PM
I am tired of hearing how women are allegedly discriminated against, when in real life I can see lots of blatant discrimination agaisnt men insteadIt's perfectly acceptable to body shame men and discriminate against men in American society. | /r/MensRights | 10/08/25 08:55 PM

Obviously written by a man pretending to be a woman or a woman pretending she had an epiphany. My guess is the latter. | /r/MensRights | 31/07/25 02:29 AM |

Just went to the theatre and the number of movies with female protagonist is overwhelmingOh ya. Nearly every TV commercial depicts the man as incompetent or an idiot and the female gets the job done. Need to fix a leaky toilet? | 8 | Life as a man is a scamMaybe miserable for you but staring at grey walls and a 3x5 window is miserable for me. I always have beautiful weather and happy people around me because they are on their vacation and their vacation is my life. Not miserable at all. I do whatever I feel like. If I wanna be at the beach, I go to the beach. If I want to go to the mountains. I go to the mountains. If I want to be social I go to a busy campground. If I want peace and quiet. I go where there aren't people. If thats miserable. Then … | /r/MensRights | 25/05/25 04:31 PM

Advice on escaping misandrySeriously. Campgrounds are full of men exactly like me. Middle aged, divorced, with a dog. No offense if you are not middle age. It's quiet, and nobody bothers you. It's kinda awesome. | /r/MensRights | 19/07/24 12:39 AM

Sounds like she's pulled this scheme before. If turns up pregnant ask for paternity. ✊️ | /r/MensRights | 09/07/24 02:53 AM |
I might get fucking flamed but I need to know how worried I should be.You have the right to remain silent. Use it. Don't trust the cops. Don't say anything without an attorney present. I wouldn't worry. She's sounds like a nutter. You said she asked to be on top, so it sounds like consent to me. Just lay low for a while. Good luck. | /r/MensRights | 09/07/24 02:40 AM

Stbx is a straight 10....Same. My ex is a Yoga instructor and very fit. I'm still attracted to her. We have a 12 year age difference. I'm 46 and its so depressing getting likes and messages from women on dating sites in their 50's! I dont have much interest in a relationship but if my options are old women from dating sites I think I will be dating pornhub for the remainder of my days. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/05/20 01:49 PM

What should a pre nuptial agreement haveOnly marriage. Yes | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/05/20 01:15 AM
What should a pre nuptial agreement haveMost hold up in court. It may cost 30k in attorney fees to get to that point though. Many just state what the law already is: you will leave the marriage with what you came into it with. In that regard they aren't necessary. My fuck head attorney left out any waiver of alimony so I had to fight that with my slut face ex. Everything else held up though. Custody is probably the biggest issue if applicable. Just don't get legally married. There is no point. Ceremony, rings, pictures yes just don't … | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/05/20 10:34 PM
Moving on and DatingTotally agree. No point in committing to another human being at this point. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/05/20 05:04 PM
Feeling low 6 months later, and thats ok!It will end and it will get better! Nothing is worth your life. Your child needs you and the hurt will go away. it will take time but you need to go through it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 30/04/20 12:31 AM
Need a Lawyer ASAP (LA/OC)Police report NOW! You need to document her physical violence against you. It will help for custody fights alimony child support etc. NO ONE ever believes the man. All she has to say is she didn't do it and your fucked. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/04/20 10:24 PM
They sure do get sideways easy.If you have already separated the moving the money after the separation is not considered community property. And fuck her. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/04/20 10:37 PM
PO Box and Own Bank AccountMy slutface ex wife never paid a cent for anything. At least yours paid something. I had a pre nup that was worthless. She walked with a nice severance but it's never enough. Like my brother said tho, either way they are going to think your an asshole, you may as well be an asshole with money. Fuck em. There are no shortage of chics that will let you pay for them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/04/20 08:19 PM
PO Box and Own Bank AccountDo it. The only way anyone will find out is if you say something or she pays for a forensic accountant to search for undisclosed accounts. In ny experience women won't spend their own money on anything! | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/04/20 07:48 PM
Men can Love...Facts | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/04/20 01:16 PM

Valentine's Day with a new personThanks man. Happy for you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/02/20 09:00 PM
(Serious) Divorces and moving on.The first reply is spot on. His 5 step program couldn't be a better road map. I may add in one thing however. If you dont have a dog, get one. I got a puppy since the separation with my wife and it's been a life saver. Good luck my man. It will get better. You will feel better and although you need to work on your self to get better dont ignore the pain. Hurting is part of the process of recovery. Accept the fact sadness and mourning is part of who you are right now but it won't always be. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/02/20 09:38 PM
Suicidal thoughtsDont blow your money or your brains out. Take a few hundo and go to a strip club. Yes it's a rip off but it's good for the ego. Get some lap dances. Tip. Have a drink and a conversation. Its nice to have the attention of a female that's not your wife even if it isn't real. Also you will get over this. If you dont have kids she has minimal claim to your assets. Lastly you may have given good years to her but she gave her good years to you as well. There are tons of women out there and eventually … | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/02/20 09:47 PM
Suicidal thoughtsWell said. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/02/20 09:43 PM
Returned from deployment and my wife has been cheatingAlimony is based on the date of separation not divorce date. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/02/20 05:24 PM
| -1 | Returned from deployment and my wife has been cheatingUnfortunately you are not alone. Wife's cheat so much on deployed husbands. Dont file. Make her do it. If she wants to end the marriage fine. Make her work for it and pay for it. Get some space, take care of yourself and maybe even go to therapy. It helped me a lot. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/02/20 09:16 PM |
She insists she didn’t cheatBtw she thinks the grass is greener. It's not. Shes the problem not you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/02/20 09:12 PM
She insists she didn’t cheatNo. That's terrible advice. Dont go to the lawyers. They will be the only winners in your separation. Try and amicably work out a separation agreement and go to mediation. It's way better. Yes she had an extra marital relationship whether it was sexual or not. Either way get some distance from her and try your best to focus on yourself. Let the chips fall where they may. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/02/20 09:11 PM
Does mediation work?Yes. He just talked about what the law is and what each individuals options are. Mediation is $500/hour which I thought was pretty reasonable because an attorney will charge 300 to 500 an hour for advice anyhow. So we both got the benefit of his consult while working for resolve at the same time. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/02/20 02:10 PM
Does mediation work?I think it's the opposite. Attorneys create paranoia and pour gasoline on the fire. They are terrible people and make an already unbearable process excruciating. I just finished mediation. I found the process to be helpful and constructive. Its nice not worrying about having to figure out the overwhelming cryptic process of uncoupling. The paperwork, fees and process is just a nightmare. I found it a benefit to have someone handling all that so i can concentrate on healing. It only cost us $2800… | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/02/20 01:37 PM
46 and divorced. I am online dating and to he honest the options are bleak.Dang. Well I give you props for handling your business. I spend time in therapy, going to yoga, and I got a puppy. Not totally convinced i want to be divorced though. Thanks for sharing. All the responses have been really helpful. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/02/20 01:03 AM

46 and divorced. I am online dating and to he honest the options are bleak.Probably to some but I do get a reasonable amount of likes and messages. Always from the women I would never consider. Is that how online dating works for most people? | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/02/20 05:39 PM
46 and divorced. I am online dating and to he honest the options are bleak.Ya. I think that's an accurate assessment but encouraging words. Tx! | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/02/20 05:22 PM
When you realized she wasnt the same person? (Share stories)Totally relate to this. The hardest part for me is missing who she was. I dont care for who she is now but I would marry her all over again if she was still the person I met 11 years ago. I knew it when I showed up unannounced to the yoga class she was teaching and she looked me straight in the eye devoid of any connection. It was as though we were strangers. I knew at that moment my marriage was over. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/02/20 06:18 PM
Yesterday I learned that my wife left me for her zumba instructor. It won't last. It's an infatuation. You are doing the right things for yourself. Keep focus on yourself and your healing. Getting over an ex isn't linear. You will have set backs and some days will be better than others. She doesnt know what shes doing and when the new ness of her crush wears off she will realize that this guy has issues she won't find acceptable. She is trying to fill a void in herself with a new/next relationship. She is the problem. Not you or him. Keep busy, distract yoursel… | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/01/20 04:35 PM

Loneliness....You will get through it and some of the best advice I have received is one day you will look back and think this is the best thing that could have happened to you. You will not be alone forever. There are plenty of women out there that want the same things you do and just imagine how good it will feel when you meet someone that thinks your pretty neat. It will happen but for now take care of yourself. Exercise, eat well, get a massage, splurge on a purchase. Do something for yourself because you… | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/10/19 08:55 PM
Can't Imagine RemarryingTotally agree and am in a similar situation. My wife didnt really work (she taught a few yoga classes per week) no kids and I paid for everything. I have a pre nup but every lawyer will say it could be invalid. It will be held up.in court but it will cost 5 figures in attorney fees to get there. There is no point in marriage. Its expensive and the whole process is designed to create discord wich results in more money for attorneys. My wife had 11 years of free living and now she wants half my ho… | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/10/19 08:50 PM

Am I a sucker or what?Haha | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/10/19 01:02 AM
PreNupI got married with a pre nup. It didnt help all that much. Everyone will tell your wife the pre nup might not be valid and to challenge it. It will likely hold up in court but it will cost thousands in lawyers fees to get there. Best thing is just dont get legally married. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/10/19 10:23 PM
After 8 years since the divorce, I am considering marriage again.Men need to stand together and abolish the institution of marriage the same way women did for equal rights or me too. Its bullshit and we get screwed. Not in the good way either. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/10/19 10:12 PM
I Suck At MarriageI agree with the other replies. I have had the same relationship 3 times in a row. Meet woman, commit, then she becomes a dependent. My brain says I'm attracted to independent women but I haven't ever been in a relationship with one. If you have a similar issue it isn't them it's you. I keep getting involved with the wrong woman. It isn't them, it's me . | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/10/19 10:06 PM
Whats worse if I file for separation or she doesMakes no difference but give yourself some peace of mind. The woman always wants it her way but isn't willing to do anything about it. My soon to be ex is the same way. I'm filing so i can get this over with and move on. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/10/19 10:56 PM
How long do you work at it?Sounds like she should see a therapist by herself. She probably has issues she needs to work through on her own. My wife and I went to couples therapy for 1 year. Then I went by myself for a few months. What I learned is that I needed to make changes in myself and unfortunately those changes showed me that my marriage wasnt right for me and now I am getting a divorce. Therapy isn't just trying to fix a broken marriage it is to help you see the answer that is best for you. Sounds like you already… | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/10/19 10:23 PM

Wife convinced me to refi so she could get half the houseYa. Worth looking into. Just because she didnt quitclaim doesnt give blanket half ownership. She may only he entitled to a portion of the appreciated value. Talk to an divorce lawyer. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/10/19 06:25 PM
Wanting to make it workYes. She has a problem and its probably not that she cant figure out who she wants to be with. She likes the attention or the drama or some issue other than she cant decide who to be with. It's a no win situation and the only thing you can control is what you have control over. Please put your needs first. Determine what is best for you and move forward with that decision. Dont wait. You will end up waiting forever and in the meantime live in misery. If your path forward is without her it will b… | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/10/19 08:32 PM
Is being constantly sexually frustrated a good enough reason to get divorced and part with half of my life’s work?Just go to a massage parlor and get a handy. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/09/19 11:17 PM
One year after the divorce is final and I’m still emotionalI'm sorry man. That sucks. Sounds like you are a good Dad. We can only control what's in our control so I would focus on that. Take care of yourself. Prioritize your health and happiness and soon things will get better. Sometimes we forget when caring so much for others we forget to care for ourselves and you need that right now. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/08/19 03:49 PM
Role reversal- Male dependapotamusI'm in a similar situation but you will never be able to convince him of anything. You need to prioritize your own needs first and if he wants to, he will adjust, and if not, you have to take care of yourself first. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/07/19 01:54 AM
An Argument Festers to DivorceYes, get a therapist. Both of you. Often times when we are triggered by a dynamic it's because there is something in ourselves that's unreconciled. A therapist may help you both see why these fights are important not what it's about. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/07/19 02:53 AM
Really struggling todayFor sure. Focus on yourself. Also maybe try a different therapist her skill set may have run its course with you. I'm going to be bold here and suggest something outside of the box. Medicinal marijuana. Stay with me. Sativa is very cerebral. It helps me to gain a different perspective when I smoke. I can see things from a different perspective and get understanding. Stop by a dispensary. Take one hit, walk the beach and process. I'm sure she did a lot wrong but it might help for you to see where… | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/06/19 03:40 PM
Really struggling todayAlso, you will find someone else. There are tons of women out there looking for a relationship. Get some routines. Start something new and get some positive recognition. Sounds dumb but maybe start going to yoga. Its healing to be around positive female energy even if you dont meet anyone. Get a puppy and go to the dog park. Women love dogs and it's a good ice breaker. Go someplace that makes you feel small like the beach or top of a mountain. When my problems seem huge I go to a place that make… | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/06/19 03:32 PM

Really struggling todayThey say time heals all wounds but I dont think so. Some wounds dont go away until you understand why they have become wounds in the first place. A therapist helped me get over some things I have held on to for years. You are being triggered at certain times for some reason. A therapist will help you recognize those times and for you to understand why and soon they will go away and you will be happier. Might be worth looking into if you haven't already. | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/06/19 03:25 PM

Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years.Hm. Interesting perspective. I'm wondering why you think I deserve to lose this partnership however. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/06/19 12:33 AM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years. No , undecided when we started dating. Indifferent when we got married. I would now if she wanted to, but it looks like it's going the other way. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 08:23 PM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years. This is the kind of response I was looking for. Asshole responses. I was undecided on kids and I didnt think marriage would be so laborious. I thought it would be easier working as a team but instead I got a dependent. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 08:08 PM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years.Ya. Pretty much all financial aspects pre date the marriage. Mine and hers | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 05:51 PM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years.Ya. You're probably right. I appreciate the candor however. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 05:29 PM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years. At 45 no kids, aging parents and no other family really to speak of I can appreciate how having kids could enrich life. It may not be in the cards for me at this point however. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 05:09 PM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years.I dont know. I feel like this marriage is a job. I feel like the possibilities without are more inspiring than the possibilities with her. I feel like I have more possibilities without her. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 05:04 PM
Be honest with me, nobody has in 11 years.I was smart enough to get a pre nup and pull out thank fuck. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/06/19 04:51 PM
Married 4 years considering divorce. Met with wife tonight about future. She told me in order to move forward in our marriage I need to develop a spiritual practice. I told her I'm sick of paying for everything. We dont have kids and she works. Am I being a bitch or is she crazy?Ya. I agree. There's no incentive to change things but I have asked for help in either living expenses or household choses but she can't be bothered because she is on a spiritual path to enlightenment. I think all that stuff is a whole lot of who shot John if you ask me. I just wish she cheated on me or started to doing heroin so this decision should be easier to make. | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/06/19 10:02 PM
Slightly different than mostThat's some good advice. I appreciate you taking the time to send that. I will seek another therapist. If I am blind to an issue in me I am open to addressing it and hopefully making a positive change. I'm not sure she feels the same way but thanks again for that. It was helpful. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/06/19 12:26 AM
