the pill is not at all fool proof. some women think they only need to take it on the days they have sex (not true), some antibiotics affect the efficacy of the pill (very true), and sometimes, it JUST DOESN'T WORK.

I do the half-back look a lot. Get a few cute barrettes in various colors/styles, and some nice earrings to accent if desired.

You need to just forget comparing it and just fuck some women. It’s a penis and it was handed to you from somewhere. Your dad’s worked fine.

You see them out and about and being entertaining or putting on airs of being entertaining. You see your husband all of the time. Initiate the adventure, and go. He'll tag along eventually.

What would you do in my situation? Look at the men you find attractive, and see what's different about your husband. Is it a clean shaven face? A trimmed beard? Is it the way he dresses? See if there are slight alterations you can help him grow into "i'd really love it if you tried growing a beard/shaving", "I got you this shirt, would you mind trying it on?", etc.

I am afraid it will conflict with my values You need to set your own values. Don't let us tell you whether or not it's okay for you to do it. Read through some other peoples' experiences, and make a judgement call as to whether or not that's what you want. If you're not confident in your decision, keep doing the same thing. Personally, waiting was best for me. My first LTR never instilled much confidence in me, and I was already much more reserved than my friends. I was afraid of pregnancy, and …

Meeting guys: Meet Up. Find something that looks like fun to you and would also attract the kind of guys you're interested in. Attire: Dress simple, be clean, brush your hair, and wear enough make up to where you look at yourself and say "damn, I look good". You'll know it when you see it. "Natural" make up is my go to when I choose to wear it. Mascara, eyeliner in the top lash line and 1/2 bottom lash line (outside corner to pupil), with browns for shadow (light toward nose, medium for outer ha…

the intent of the pill is to prevent ovulation. she can still track periods/mood swings/cramping/fatigue/all other symptoms that occur throughout your cycle. what is happening depends on the pill (i think). since there are mini-pills (progestin only) and combination pills (estrogen/progestin), the way they go about preventing implantation/ovulation probably varies.

Unless you trust her or 100% know she's knocked up, pick up a pregnancy test on the way home and watch her take it. Don't trust a test she brings with her or a picture of one. Scummy girls buy positive ones to nab a dude. Abortion pill is still a viable option this early on, but it can still be traumatic. It's basically forcing a miscarriage, containing just as much blood and uterine lining. It's a nasty experience.

I am in agreement with the saga comic. Before you are put on the offensive, I do not agree with the "analysis" of why it's a thing, just that this is a problem that burdens one partner more than the other, and should be addressed in certain relationships (mine, for one). We are married and both work full-time. While I do have the easier job, it is inconsequential to the behaviors in our home. He does not see the tasks that need to be done, but because I take the time to point them out to him, he…

From the FAQ in the sidebar: What are Red Pill Women? Short answer: Self-aware women that work to identify their weaknesses, stifle their inner Bitch, and increase their female sexual value as much as possible in order to attract (or keep) a good RP man. And, if you actually re-read the "gofundme" top tier, you can see that is also a joke. This woman just knows how to captivate an audience. Thanks for being a top lad - you can tell your friends I'm your boyfriend if you're in this tier and I won…

She's obviously depressed and acting out to boost her self-appreciation in the only way she knows how. I think rather than judgement, this woman needs help realizing that she doesn't need the approval and appreciation of this man and that she has many good things in her life. Maybe if she quit obsessing over his indifference and the approval of men, she could grow back into something wonderful. Whether or not it makes him pay attention, she will be a better woman for it.

You should have left already. But since hindsight is 20/20, and it's hard to make a change when you love someone so dearly, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. You know he's not the one for you. You wouldn't be asking us if he was. Hard. Next. And never look back.

Please stop worrying about it so much. Your body is a work in progress. You look different from what you are used to. It's naturally going to cause some mental gymnastics, but you're working toward a better you. Think about the other things your bypass has affected, rather than how bad it looks right now. I would talk to him about it, just because it's such a big thing in your life, but instead of hounding on how "I don't look like other girls", focus on the less personal things that have change…

Calories aren't the enemy, it's the quality of the calories. In my opinion, you've got too many carbs (sugars) there and not enough quality veggies. Carbs don't have nutritional value, so if you're trying to get lean, the sweet potatoes (good vitamin C source, but --high carb), the bread (great fiber source, but I the grain still converts to sugar and not much else), the banana (great potassium --high carb), and the blueberries (good "antioxidants" --highcarb), should be replaced with low-carb o…

Are you in an at-will environment? Where they can terminate at-will, I mean. If not, check the policys you signed. Is there anything that says you must not be rude or condescending? If not, maintain frame. In my employment, it's more about what you say than how you say it. Emotions weren't allowed in my verbal warning meeting, they asked me to apologize, mgmt never facilitated the meeting, so I never apologized. Don't go out of your way.

How can I move forward and let this go? By not letting the horrible things of the past ruin your future, too. We all only have so much time here, that these mountains you're carrying need to be put down and crossed. It will take time, and it will take whatever your own mind needs. I'd start with forgiveness. Forgiveness for your own benefit, not because they need or deserve it. I'd follow with a new start. You have a bf, love him and cherish him, but do not forget to love and cherish yourself. Y…

that I would still be a cuck As long as he doesn't still have half rights to her vagina, you're no cuck. To see it from the children's perspective, they need a father figure, whether or not that person is you. If you are the one willing to be with their mom and not resent them for existing, then I say go for it. It's possible to be an alpha-dad. Considering you're not being lied to like man B from my example, it shouldn't matter who the sperm donor is.
/r/askTRP17/02/17 05:22 PM

I have seen this, but generally they don't have another father figure from the start. Like, my cousin fucked man A, but also was with man B and man B thought it was his for a number of years and supported it. Then left, even doing a genetic test to prove the kid wasn't bio his, he has to support it till 18. BUT in this case, the kid already has a designated "father". If OP's not paying any of his money to support them, and that is clear by his finances, then he does he technically assume the rol…

It looks like you have your answer. You're not necessarily going to quit mothering, you're just going to do as little as possible and call it a different name. It's not your place to intervene; they'll just hate you/SO for it (been there, done that). But also remember that it's not ever your fault for how those kids turn out. Don't braid hair. Don't entertain. They are not your kids, and they will entertain themselves. Just answer necessary questions with proper answers. Short simple, to the poi…

You might be reading too much into this. The acid/sexual talk concerns me, but the rest of this seems like they're latching on to you because you're cool/new. Staying up late after the Super Bowl was always a treat in my house, and with the winter hours, it had been getting dark (where I'm from) around 5:30. Just because the 6yo has associated dinner with dark doesn't mean they're eating unreasonably late. Also, an 8pm bedtime (even if the kid doesn't know she has a bedtime) isn't unreasonable. …

Why should you silence the mothering? They're obviously not getting it from home, but unless you do something that's not going to change. You have options to make their lives better: 1) Talk with their mother. Give her suggestions for how to improve her and her children's lives. 2) Call CPS. 3) How often are the children around? Daily? Weekly? If it's any less than weekly, I'd probably succumb to mothering. They need it, and if it's not from home the least you could do is show them a little love…

I didn't say there were any wrongdoings, I just think it's ridiculous to try to figure out why he's ignoring her. The facts are: He's still ignoring her. It would bother the shit out of me if I had given someone specific details of an event, made it clear that I didn't know whether or not to expect him, and he didn't respond at all. If he's doing it now, he's going to keep doing it.

There are contradicting answers here because we're all applying our own experiences with dudes that do this. The reason he's ignoring you really depends on what kind of dude he is. That being said, it sounds like you/he are making excuses for why he doesn't respond. That's ridiculous. It doesn't matter so much as WHY he didn't respond, as it matters IF this bothers you. It bothers the shit out of me, and I'm not even there. I like to know if I'm going by myself, thank you very much (which I woul…

In my field, the GPA itself hasn't done me any favors, unless it's subconscious (health sciences laboratory, but not a hospital). I had a very high GPA, and no one has mentioned it or asked for a particular GPA to be hired. That being said, if you want the frigging 3.5, just do it. It'll give you a confidence boost and you'll gain multitasking skills. You might even be able to find time to work in your other passions. You don't know until you push your self to your limits.

it's not my fault things are this way That whole last paragraph, but this is the key point from my perspective. This is about your sisters, and that's exactly how they want it. The best way to overcome the discord is to show them how loving and beneficial your relationship is for each other. I'd prefer a non-conflict route, where your SO doesn't get aggressive with them, since that will only "prove they are right" even if it's tit-for-tat. I see no mention of your sisters' husbands. Are they married? If not, could this simply be jealousy making its way forward that the baby sister was able to find a man? Also, the idea that he is manipulating you. Your sisters are SO OBVIOUSLY manipulating you, that this is clearly projection from them. Do not listen to your sisters and definitely do not let their instability affect you and your relationship. They will either come around, or they won't.

Your argument comes off as a defunding argument. With those numbers, you could argue that defunding PP wouldn't hurt them, but none of these individuals will ever believe you. Emotions, not logic. Make it more succinct. Say exactly what you mean. And know when the cause is lost. It's not about the women's services, it's about PP. But I think you already know that.

I can't understand why anyone would use makeup independent of others' opinions, for their own self-gratification. It's like pretty underwear. I love myself whether I'm wearing it or not. I don't see it all day, so why should it matter? I know what I look like, and I love it. But when I catch a glimpse of myself done up or wearing the nice knickers, I get an extra boost of "dammmmmn is that me?"
