Yeah that's true, but it seems an awfully semantic position to be going after random strangers with insults considering the modern colloquial usage of "congress" and the incumbency rates of modern elections. I dont know of any "different congress" that can enact federal law besides the House and Senate, unless you are thinking of a "constitutional convention" and theres hasn't been one of those in a long time... If you read the constitution it actually specifically says that they must determine their own pay, as their pay is determined by law, and congress determines and modifies the law. 1	Need broskis in DC The thing I dislike about FR's is that I rely entirely on the law of large numbers. I get phone #'s and makeouts, but they're usually like 5 minute encounters or very dependent on dancing with zero conversation. That really doesn't lend itself to being written down. It sort of just ends up like, "so tonight i approached 30 different girls, with wacky shit, I got 5 phone numbers and made out with some random girl I started dancing with. 2	Need broskis in DC Going out solo is what I do now, and it really isn't as fun as it could be.
