Yep, my NVX said how he doesn't know why anyone would get paid that much when I told him my job offer. The other NVX who is still convinced that he's one of the "good guys" said to me in a patronising tone "you know they're not just giving you more money, you'll have to work more" like I was born yesterday. All along he'd wanted me to drop my career without a ring and be a SAHM.

My issue with shows like this is very few people watching it actually "get it". It's just entertainment.

Women need to stop using OLD for this reason. OLD makes dating too easy and therefore too easy to devalue. There's no need for upfront investment, and you sound unreasonable if you have such expectations since the man is virtually a stranger. OLD benefits men collectively and disadvantages women collectively.

Interesting because I thought it was all just in jest (hence all the laughing)? In all seriousness, we should call it out, block, delete and move on.

This is the episode I have been waiting for!In a previous episode where the topic of having physical preferences in looking for a mate, I really wanted Savannah to speak on racism & colourism (and featurism to be honest) in dating and was a little surprised it didn't come up. Especially when she brought up how there's a school of that preferences in appearance need to be examined because this is where race/colourism/featurism can be excused as just 'preferences'. I was disappointed because I was…

Perhaps instead of looking for people to connect with, look for things you enjoy doing it want to try. Think of this as a journey of exploration rather than answers. It takes time to grieve, find yourself, and with the way women with autism are not believed, I can imagine just how much harder it is. Perhaps find groups of other women with autism as well. I know you said you tried meetup, but it's a vast site and dependent on where you live and what you can access so I wouldn't count it out. Do y…

I love this. Huge Insecure, ABG & Issa Rae fan. Rumor is they had three alternate endings and picked one that in my honest opinion, was what they thought the masses want. I think Issa should have been alone and struggled into her growth, the time jump didn't show us that struggle even if she were to end up with him. She'd then convincingly end up with someone who had also levelled up and grown up too. Lawrence remains a LVM because he never proactively message good decisions. He always found him…

Oh they are happy to marry the person they fetishize so long as she increases their social standing and let's him get away with bad behaviour and uses her. Her role is to look after him and the children she has with him while he "brings home the bacon" and does f all. My Asian friend went through this with a white man. Got married but luckily got her senses back before they had any children. Divorced now.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/11/21 12:34 PM

This is fascinating because I have come across a ton of black and white men who fetishise Asian women and believe them to be docile SAHM bang-maids. They've all lost their damn minds.

I've been yelled at on the street by black men when out with a white partner, the other black men around laughed at me and thoroughly enjoyed my public shaming (and yet they tweet "protect black women"). Been yelled at in public transport for the same, stared down, told I'm not pro Black and that I need to go back to church (can't even make sense of this). I don't feel safe when I'm with a white man while I'm around black men I don't know, and often the white men are too scared to do anything to…

The higher male to female ratio concerns me as it would mean more male entitlement and also males would probably hold on tighter to patriarchy due to their sheer numbers. Women collectively leveling up is the only possible way to circumvent that but we know many women are still ok with being pick-mes I'd like to hear if women in China are now faring better than they did before but I doubt it

This post would probably work better in FLUS than FDS as it's not dating related. Having said that, keeping a record via email is great, with follow-ups (you can even automate these so you don't invest time and emotions following up), then calling them out in the presence of others. Keep a record of your records.

We need to all move on from this question. It's been over a year since this trend of asking this question started. People are beating a dead horse and at this point more tiktok videos only serve to continue talking about something we need to be moving on from. Men: if they're still asking this, they're beyond help and that's not any woman's problem For women: if you're still being asked this, by now you know what to do

Many LVMs and Pick Mes believe that being friends with your exes is a green flag when most of the time it's a big red flag. If someone treats you badly in a relationship you have no business being friends with them. People who try to be friends with exes need to ask themselves some tough questions such as "are you secretly hoping to get back together?", "are you scared of being alone?", "do you just want to 'downgrade' the relationship because you don't want to deal with challenging things about…

Not sure about the whole series as I've never finished it but Elizabeth McCord played by Téa Leoni in Madam Secretary came across as balanced in personal and professional life as well as HV behaviour in her marriage, picking herself up after failures, challenges and losses and navigating the world of politics and it's assh*les (mainly men) with self respect, dignity and femininity. She was certainly not perfect and the show was somewhat idealistic but she made things happen with integrity. She w…

Race is a glaring problem in FDS and I've seen WOC get ignored and shut down on this forum by 'sisters' when offering up "intersectional" perspectives. While I can understand differences in ideology, there is no excuse for these behaviours as your skin colour and heritage is not an ideology nor a choice. I would expect HVW to acknowledge, educate themselves and understand these issues and level up as required. Intersectional feminism should not have to exist if we truly put our womanhood first. …

Without the pressure from society, I'm willing to bet this is the natural state for most women. For most men, based on their actions and the fact that many say they struggle to be celibate by choice, it probably isn't the natural state for men, and definitely not the default state for LVM.

Strong case for not being a PickMe, having time limits for relationships to progress ie forever girlfriend, never stopping the vetting process as the reality of being dumped in your 30s after wasting your 20s on a scrote. Young ladies beware

Yes that didn't feel right to me either. Many of us grow up in PickMe cultures, without good examples of healthy relationships or any guidance. Standards are not even a thing where I come from. FDS has been eye opening and we've had to work hard to unlearn everything we were taught after going through a lot of bad experiences with society gaslighting us. Thanks for breaking it down, saw your reply earlier and glad you made it into a post. I've seen Kevin used as male Karen, however, male white supremacy doesn't really have an equivalent to Karen, because the role is already played by Karens and white male supremacy doesn't need to operate that way when they have voilence at their disposal. I have seen this play out so many times IRL. Women can get sex very easily from most straight men, these types of men always forget that, because they're thinking about all the sex they think they will get. I was going to post this haha! This supposedly adult male cannot spell. All his videos have spelling and grammatical errors. Don't go look for yourself, your time is better spent elsewhere. In my PickMeisha days, I realised that I used low effort dates as a way to - "relieve the pressure of committing to a "costly" real date" - "getting to know each other first" - "not scare the guy away" - "save some money" (with bill splitting😣) I didn't value my own time and money so I didn't do any vetting before leaving my comfortable home. I now never leave my home for a date if I don't feel it wi…

Unfortunately dogs can be 'socialised' to like some people (via exposure or training or lack of). It's not uncommon for dogs to get aggressive with people from races they're not usually exposed to (ergo 'racist dogs'). The dogs are obviously not racist as a human would be, but they can learn from humans who is "good" and who is "bad" even unintentionally.

How do you go on a hike with a stranger? Literally stranger danger! As for parks, look, the pandemic has meant that ALL we did for the last year was hang out in parks. You've got to be kidding me!

I've seen this sentiment a lot on FDS and I tend to disagree as I've met a lot of cat guys that are terrible with boundaries. It's an interesting theory and I'd like to see some strong research around it though.

Great question. One tactic I've used is "I like a generous man", or "generous men are sexy/attractive". Would love to hear OPs style.

Just had to say I loved seeing this here. I totally agree, even though it varies throughout the world, a lot of the time the result is the same thanks to colourism/racism/sexism.

It's clear that in the last century, women have levelled up in ways men can only dream, because WTF is this? I'm sure he also counts himself as "logical" while fully believing and typing this nonsense out for the world to see. Delusional. Therapy certainly won't help.

I just read my Reddit posts from my PickMe days and I've grown so much since. I was a naive mess. I didn't cringe, I felt sympathy for my younger self, but also really excited for my current and future self. To levelling up and getting the best that life has to offer!

This is it. They have nothing else to "bring to the table", yet also tend to have the audacity to ask women what they "bring to the table". It's projection.

If it's so culturally important, it should be free and automatic. I have an amazing name and accomplishments to my amazing name, I'd never change it. It wouldn't add any benefit to my life. I don't need to travel to countries where "women can't travel alone" and everything I own is under my own name. Everyone likes my name and the only name change would be both parties hyphenating. My only question is what about children? Different countries have different laws. I'd like to hear others thoughts …

Likely a layer of dirty soapy water stuck on their skin. Skin is alive after all, and produces oils so if your pores are full of old dead skin I'm not surprised the soap won't have an effect.

If a smelly lurking scrote is reading this, you need to use soap AND something to scrub the layers of grime off like a loofah. And don't skip any part of your body. Women smell and feel good because we don't just let dirty soapy water run over our skin. That's nasty. For me hygiene is in the top 3 things I screen for before I meet someone. I casually bring it up and take note of their reaction.

OLD is awful, find a private member's club or some activity where you meet different people who are likely to meet your standards. As for your profile. The usual pattern for scrotes is to not read your profile at all. They'll swipe right on all moderately attractive women. Contrast this to women who only swipe right on men with interesting profiles (because we read) and check for any obvious deal-breakers eg has kids (if the men are honest enough about that). So when there's a match the woman wi…

Height-fishing is a common phenomenon. Men assume we're too stupid to notice or don't know what 6 feet tall looks like. It's been happening to short women too. Men also begrudgingly add "6ft 2 because apparently it's important" to their OLD profiles (it should be enough to just add their true height), but clearly too many lie about it and women are noticing.

Why are you dating if you don't know what you could be potentially getting from said table? It's such a nonsense questions, it's comical. This is the kind of thing a broke LVM scrote would ask. Big red flag. Consider it a blessing so you can get your time back and move on to something actually worth your time.

In the UK you order free test kits and get your results in a few days. You also get a link to the results to share with partners. There is simply no excuse to not be on top of your sexual health. Clinics are open most days and you can walk in most of the time even with the pandemic. No excuses.

This seems to be the case with many, if not all, female musicians who come out of the gate with modesty/chastity etc. then the second or third album it's rebellion and sexual freedom with skin and s*x appeal etc. It's entirely predictable and very boring to me. As a grown woman now, I can only imagine that the 'empowering' part is maybe they finally get to enjoy a different kind of attention? She previously said she wears baggy clothes to detract from comments about her body. That shows that she…
