Appreciate it, but I think the biggest lesson I learned is that I'll never get married again. Seems like a trap. A relationship Im open to, but never doing marriage I don't think.

If my wife goes through with the divorce shes got planned, I'll never get married again. She showed me how crappy the system is. Even with a prenup, I don't trust it. America has some screwed up J&D laws.

Start by getting your own checking account and change your check to going in there. The savings account is marital assets.

How? I couldn't go to a lower paying job if I wanted to and need to go higher to really be breaking even, as I receive help from my family when I get behind. If I was still with my ex to be, I'd have all the income I lose to her plus a tax return rather than a tax bill.

That ruling is what a lawyer got me. He won't go out of jurisdiction unless I pay heavy. Not to mention I have no more money.
