So much this. Sadly most men don’t get it. I’ve had a 23yo half my age “break up” with me last week, except nothing was up except on her mind. OLD means all online dating tools.

I’m too lazy to reply to each point from OP so I’m gonna take a ride on your comment. The reason I distrust the manosphere is that weird religious / scatologic “the end of the world” vibe. That’s a sure sign of mental issues or low cognitive ability. Now, they do make good observations, which the mainstream refuses to acknowledge as it’s too politically incorrect. Too bad they take that insight and make a mess of crazy conclusions afterwards.

I find it odd how most people pretend they’re going to live forever. All of us are dying and it’s just a matter of time. It’s sobering when you think about it, it could be one day or decades. The awareness of death would help in the anxious, decadent cultural hole the west has managed to dig itself in. Better gender relations would be a nice bonus.

Keep the audience on mind. Did you think about the bubble we live in on Reddit? The pills and related subs (fds etc) lean very American, conservative, older, introvert... so debating collective understanding and solutions won’t get anywhere. You’d probably get different answers on European subs.

This thread is a good example on how most men don’t know how to play the game. Tldr: shoot your shot. Let women know early but low key you’re interested. They’re the ones who get to decide whether sex is going to happen. Play by ear from there. Never hope for more or ask out a female friend. They may or may not want more but that’s usually their prerogative.

It’s amazing some people fall for it. Keep a mental tab on small favors, if it’s lopsided that’s a red flag. Anyone asking for a decent sum of money and isn’t a close friend can gtfo.

Nailed it. It’s astonishing how so many guys larp neonazis, when in reality they would be killed as untermenschen in a fascist government. It’s an unfortunate turn of events in the last decades, so many radicalized men.

This. Specially in the age of tinder and metoo, it’s best to move on and just go for the next one, at least for men with options on apps. The juice is not worth the squeeze if you have to press too hard.

I don’t look like a bouncer at all but yeah, that happens and not only older women. They act on the certainty no man would complain and be taken seriously.

It’s not like this sub belongs to people who can’t get any. And believe it or not, there’s some practical dating advice.

I’m still trying to get what you mean but yeah, some people believe in equality, yet can’t stand mainstream gender conflict in the west.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/20 01:32 PM

Heh that’s funny and not even new. You could also defend both genders due to information asymmetry. Ppd leans on the well off, educated nerdy side, but don’t expect most people to understand Gale-Shapely. If I had any doubt about the imbalance in western dating culture, it’s clear now seeing how things have changed during the pandemic. Things were nice, then suddenly, most women willing to meet are the ones with a too large value gap.

Mc and umc are just more discreet due to social stigma. Those gays guys are more likely to split their cheeks for you if comes to such a situation.

That’s not how it works at all. “Be yourself” might not be clear for everyone but it means don’t pretend to be an entirely different person, or simp or monkey dance too much. All those boring things weren’t made up by women only, it’s how society works. Your boss, family, friends all expect certain behaviors. You can ditch them for more basic, simple people if that’s what you want, and the same can be said of women. Don’t date professionals if that’s the issue, go for low key middle class, or ev…

Lol what can I say? I do want my theoretical kids to be attractive. I don’t take the same defensive measures with dates as long as she is attractive and healthy (the bar is pretty high). I also have a kinda dirty secret. I may or may not have a daughter out there. Obviously, both she and her mother are top notch attractive.

I prefer fwb over ons. But what can I do? Modern dating is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/20 08:44 AM

As it has been historically. It’s anyone guess at this pace. We could see people embracing virtual reality at the expense of real partners, or an 180 towards old values.

Full literal equality. But you know, rights, duties. The end of gender roles. No more men doing the heavy lifting and almost no one noticing, but the same can be said of the silent suffering of women. All backed up by tanks. People cooperate or else. Those who read political subs know what I mean.

Hypergamy for the manosphere isn’t the same for academicians. I think both are the right. Sure, from a technical POV it’s women doing whatever they can to uplift themselves, that’s the definition. Things were rough back then and still are outside the west. But I can’t lie to myself. I’ve seen it everywhere. I understand there’s a huge pressure for women to keep that social construct, and the result is the same: they often want a man better than themselves. It’s very rare to see a woman with an a…

Punching above their league has very obvious consequences. I have never met, dated or fucked even one woman from apps I was really interested in, and it’s been 2 years and 2k+ matches.

Probably for the same reasons sluts are reviled. People just don’t tolerate others when they deviate from the norm. That said, some gold diggers are dishonest. I don’t really care about the straightforward ones but I’m not interested in diggers either way.

I do believe it’s not the same when women say they feel threatened, which I never felt like. Maybe except that one time when I was early teens and some old guy groped me on public transportation but life goes on. Someone mentioned catcalling and gay men never did that to me, but as weird as it sounds, girls did that twice.

I had to double check to see if I was on the right sub. Men usually don’t talk about such graphical real experiences on ppd. It made me think of all the time and money I wasted on bars and clubs when I was younger. And taking such risks on top of that.

My anecdotal observation is at 20, it’s a 50/50 split of people staying in shape or letting themselves go, but at 40, 80% have given up. It’s about the same for men and women. As unbelievable as it seems, people can be fairly attractive nowadays just eating less and doing modest workout.

I tried replying to some fds women and that’s exactly what happens, liar liar liar. It’s pointless. The more we think about most trp not wanting to pay, the less it makes sense. I go dutch often enough but I’m selecting for progressive women. But there’s this caveat, umc and professional women seem to expect dates on the fancier side. I don’t lead such a lifestyle so messaging and meeting them never led anywhere. The few times they were willing they were also not looking like their pics. The rea…

It’s probably a matter of hormones and sex drive indeed. Some guys ask me how I keep making all that effort when the reward is uncertain at best. Have you noticed more and more men seem to have low t in the last decades?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 06:35 AM
1

In general terms, yes. Some factors tend to add to your odds, such as owning or renting your own place or car, being able to afford basics like food and drinks, being confident but calm. Don’t take it for granted, though, like some kind of automatic upgrade.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 05:49 AM
1

That’s exactly how I describe this year too.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 05:44 AM

Indeed many of the discussion points on this sub seem to happen in a vacuum and people don’t take their region into consideration. Trp seems to select for conservative women, so I don’t know why they’re surprised when their dates expect them to pay. Passing out to get some tickets sure made it a funny story. As for oil, it’s always been a solid field, so it’s no wonder he paid for nice dates, and it made sense you didn’t want to pay for them.

It’s great it’s working for you guys. I was married to a woman who had a better education on paper but it kinda doesn’t count. We went to the same university but my school has a higher status, it’s a long story. Anyway, both stories have nothing to do with trp. Trp’s idea of marrying a rural, uneducated virgin is simply a fantasy. As for professional women, tbh I wouldn’t mind dating them but it’s simply impossible. I have some female friends that fit the description, so it’s not like I’m some s…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 05:06 AM

I suppose many trp men don’t actually have a lot of experience or get a lot of action... some of what they say is fantasy, or just parroting trp. Then again you must have heard those who have privilege often don’t notice it. Most women go dutch or at least try to when we go out on dates, but i also have this hunch most trp men end up paying for dates for several reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 04:47 AM
1

I wouldn’t care either way. No surprise at all to see so many men playing the conservative card here, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 04:38 AM
1

It’s basically lack of long term planning. I know keeping a healthy weight depends on factors many people can’t control, but I’m still basically unable to be attracted to fat women. Even with so many studies on the subject, it’s still a mystery how people let themselves go in the last 30 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 04:26 AM
1

It’s certainly not nothing. I get what you’re saying. For LTR and living a mc / umc life, that’s pretty much necessary. I also believe most average looking people act the way you described. Have you ever heard about the “lack of suitable men for professional women”? It seems like above a certain level of education and looks, women are stuck in a hole because most still believe they must marry “superior” men. The so called hypergamy was understandable in the past but nowadays it’s a foolish idea.…

Career and education mean a lot for women for initial attraction, but not that much for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 03:25 AM

I’ve never seen trp explicitly claim women don’t need to work because rent and groceries drop from the sky, by virtue of being women. But many men overestimate freebies women get, like it’s some gig they can do 9-5.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 03:23 AM

I’m basically pointing out unemployed women aren’t perceived by society the same way men are, mostly when it comes to dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 03:02 AM

Eh but such is life. They either accept they’ll be alone or improve enough to be somewhat desirable.

Isn’t that disagreement enough on OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/20 02:47 AM

This one is indeed a weak strawman trp believes. They basically think that just because women get freebies occasionally like drinks, that means no need to work at all. Two saving graces for trp arguments, however, is how women are perceived. They’re judged much less harshly when out of work, both by themselves and others. Most men don’t care women don’t work either, specially for casual, which is pretty weird, I mean, for a very short fling, who the hell cares if the other person has a job? And …

Protip: looks don’t mean everything to men too. Do you think she’ll eventually be fed up and go her own way?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/20 04:53 AM

You’re on the right track, if we stick to the coloquial meaning of on the spectrum. You could add believing in astrology, mtbi, conspiracies, pseudoscience, and disorders such as ocd, paranoia, psychosis. However, the same can be said of fds and the womanosphere, and even people who take tbp too seriously and engage in sjw vigilantism.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 06:47 PM
1

Sadly, not only the manosphere but many groups nowadays are absolutely sure someone else is to blame.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 02:06 AM
2

Sounds about right. Women don’t seem to have an 1-10 scale, it’s no most of the time, maybe sometimes and very rarely yes. And men who don’t approach even indirectly don’t exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 02:02 AM
1

The same could be said about the same person, eh? At this point I don’t even know which is which. It is indeed pretty hard for men, maybe I learned to see the full half of the glass. Enjoying casual sex doesn’t exist before one learns how to get it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 10:01 PM
1

I focus more on the quest for casual sex as the hobby but I get. I keep a list of turnons and I focus on them, and the fact the woman did it a lot in the past doesn’t matter. I just want the fun parts, I’m not a private detective.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 09:17 PM
1

So basically avoidant attachment style?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 09:10 PM
1

The other two weird things here are trp men regarding casual sex as a holy grail, regardless of whether it fits one’s lifestyle, and fds women obsessed with men paying and withholding sex, regardless of one’s values.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 08:59 PM

It seems like it’s not easy to be rated 7 as a man to begin with. Most women I chatted with outside the internet admit they’re potentially attracted to just a few men, and even then it kicks off as a fat maybe.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 08:56 PM
3

It’s even funnier when you take into consideration most people on the manosphere and womanosphere are conservative.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 08:35 PM
2

This. Also, it takes time for such women to wake up and actually accept the men who would date them. Other than people with deformities, there usually are suitors for long term, but they keep going for one more roll of the dice.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 08:19 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 06:32 PM
1

Your example isn’t the same thing many report on this sub. The guy who slept around was cheating and school tends to have tightly knit circles. Compare that to some guy who is single but gets casual sex after school or uni. It’s not like other men go around patting their back, cheering and shouting their name, it’s just this low key approval and envy. Some women virtue signal and call him fuckboy, some get interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/20 06:25 PM
2

You forgot intellect. I mean, a man doesn’t need to check all boxes at the same time but he must have 2 or 3 perks above to get her attention, for anything more than one night. With the pandemic it’s even harder now. The only way I can get women to leave their house is dealing with not one, but two leagues below. I suppose it’s better than my hand... For what it’s worth, this whole uplifting women movement is barely one hundred years old, so you can’t change 10k years so fast. It’s hardly a surp…

I can appreciate why the manosphere feels bad about waiting but it is what it is. When women want something more than a fling, they use the old school tactic of waiting for a bit. I can’t blame them, there’s no better alternative.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 12:59 AM

You mean an online approach? I suppose you should keep her ig written down somewhere. Not useful now but you never know if your engagement will last.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 12:47 AM
2

You mean fds tactics? More power to them but it’s not like I have to agree. I’m also thinking of once a week dates. People can be as conservative and slow as they want, and some wiggle room is ok. But I really don’t see a future if I have to wait for longer than, say, one month or 4 dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 08:38 AM
1

They would be crazy not to. I mean, my life wasn’t that bad before I hit late thirties but somehow 2-3 years later I figured how I can date 18-25 women. Sometimes they aren’t even half my age. I would be crazy not to enjoy it while I can.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 08:27 AM
0

Imo it’s revenge fantasy from most men posting here. However 30+ or 40+ women who no longer look so good should understand they can’t play the same game they played when they were 20. I mean, I don’t mind trying twice, maybe even thrice messaging a 20yo for a date but I wouldn’t do it for 30-50 women.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 08:21 AM
1

Most men posting here don’t seem realistic, or lack experience. But here it goes: it has happened only a few times in my life, I usually don’t bother. If it’s a woman even worth a shot for at least fwb, waiting for a bit is ok. I make it very clear, though, I won’t wait for more than a couple weeks or 3 dates. Any longer than that and we don’t share enough common ground.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 08:18 AM
3

Been there, done that. Normal guys get it and while it’s not so nice, it’s understandable. If things are meant to go ahead, it’s just one or two weeks of waiting. Don’t expect the manosphere to agree, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 07:54 AM

One thing these subs don’t seem to talk about is the pandemic. The game has just got one order of magnitude harder. It’s a fucking crazy run of flakes. Maybe most men didn’t notice as they didn’t get much before.

That happens to any group that’s seen as eternal victims. Sadly, it hurts both women and men. Unpopular opinion: that’s also actually sexism. Women have been seen as the fair sex since ever, and instead of attributing them both rights and duties, a lot of people see them as helpless.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 01:46 AM

Some women murder their children. Do we have a murder culture?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 01:40 AM

This. Men don’t think too much about escalating conflict most of the time. Women are the opposite but they work on subtle ways. That must be the origin of the “women are nice” myth.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 01:37 AM

It’s pretty funny tall women wear heels, no? I mean, that shit hurts, so what’s the point?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 01:20 AM

Interesting unusual perspective. Imo it’s almost a given women are defensive, I find it funny so many men think women should fuck around like gay men.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/20 01:19 AM

Maybe they really think people should have sex for reproductive purposes only. But you know... rules for thee but not for me.

Sex, sure, dating, no. Plenty of people don’t click at all. However, I’m feeling ever more disconnected from current trends, the bimbo look, duck lips, puffy faces, thick makeup, thicc, muscular huge legs and asses.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/20 03:27 AM

Keywords: high value to them, adolescent level bullshit test. If I did what the manosphere says I would select for women very different from what I actually prefer. For what it’s worth, some people really are socially retarded, and it’s not a new thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 08:31 PM

That’s what I understood from the get go but I still think it’s some amazing circlejerk, like trp taken too seriously. Let’s call it the womanosphere, it’s just a reaction to unchecked manosphere mentality. It’s cringe reading men demeaning women every sentence, but so is women celebrating scoring another free meal “yaaaaas queen”. Just like trp, fds seems to lean very conservative, and makes up arbitrary rules that don’t make sense to a lot of people. Some women I talked to are absolutely not i…

/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 04:54 AM

The majority of the manosphere seems to lean very conservative. So that’s expected. There doesn’t seem to be a united front to help other men, it sounds like people wishing to turn back time, towards a rosy past that never existed.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 04:45 AM

I thought about that solution too, but that’s never happening. Most voters seem to prefer people simply have less sex at all costs.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 04:42 AM
1

Maybe I was too harsh. Some surgeries won’t go ahead before a multidisciplinary evaluation anyway, no? So people with say, dysmorphia, don’t do dumb things to themselves. Still, lookism is hardly a priority for most people, so it won’t go away anytime soon.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 04:31 AM
3

The consensus for most people is men getting casual sex is the hardest thing to achieve. So it became a boogeyman of sorts for the manosphere. Many seem to desire it but don’t want to put in effort. It used to be a healthier goal, decades ago. Nowadays a whole bunch of men want to play that game but are completely unqualified for that. Then they get angry. Not everyone can be a doctor, an athlete, an executive... and that’s completely fine. So why so many man expect to win the tinder game?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 04:16 AM

I see. I’m brutally honest, too. I try to stick to hanging out, no couple stuff, introducing to friends. Catching feelings seems like an appropriate term, sometimes people go by their feelings and can’t see there’s no compatibility, common values, lifestyle.

I think it’s pretty funny so many women on apps want virtual companionship this year. I mean, are there men who actually accept that?

We don’t agree on many things but you’re one of the few posters actually putting mgtow into practice.

Good points but there’s also the issue of perception with the rise of social media. It makes the world look like much better than it actually is, and some people can’t understand or cope with that. Others always seem to be doing fun stuff, taking good pics, hanging out with cute women... Joke’s on them, it’s mostly staged pics and only the very best are curated and posted. With filters. The same can be said about my little personal project to get more casual sex. From a manosphere POV I’m doing …

That’s pretty much how I act. It’s better than spending life fuming, like many men here do.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/20 06:42 AM

Those are good points. The OP brings up an important issue but he’ll never understand you. He seems to be one of those guys who has been left behind his whole life so that’s understandable. I’ve seen both kinds of behaviors and ngl, it feels shitty when women do that, when I see them turning on “trying to become a girlfriend” mode, specially because it’s obvious and it’s often one sided. The potential LTR only exists in their dreams.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/20 06:20 AM

Wait, are you saying men shouldn’t be disgusted by that?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/20 06:01 AM

What do you know, eh? I’ve met some women sympathetic to men issues, for what it’s worth.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 11:59 PM

Most people wouldn’t but that still doesn’t justify treating ugly people worse. I’m guilty but that’s still wrong.

Hehe what can I say. You jest but in a certain way they aren’t wrong. SK is going overboard though, imo. Balance is the key to life.

It’s great, isn’t it? I’m just saying on a moral, philosophical POV, that’s not right.

Whatever works, amirite?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 11:22 PM

Well then we have common ground here. I’m not even bragging, I think society as a whole is doing things in a very, very wrong way. I wish I could say all the manosphere is completely delusional but that’s not true. People cut me slack for no good reason. It goes deeper than that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 10:58 PM

If you live outside a western country I can appreciate that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 10:55 PM

I was just offering an anecdotal counterpoint to your post. Above a certain point, women actually approach men, whether directly or indirectly.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 10:54 PM

Attractive people aren’t treated the same as average people. That goes far beyond dating: schools, police, hr, family, friends, neighbors, they all treat good looking people better. And that’s unfair.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 10:50 PM
1

Oh look at fancy jane there! How do you know how long I last, or whether I can string sentences together? English isn’t even my first language and I run circles around a bunch of native speakers. FYI plenty of women disagree with you, based on the matches counter on tinder.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 10:47 PM

Nah let’s drop the dumb sour grapes? They do but they expect me to pay for beer and pizza, which is ok, kinda.

It’s fine as long as sex is on the table, she’s young and slim and she’s ok with beer and pizza. Otherwise get the fuck out of my place. I have other tinder matches to attend to, mind you.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/20 10:25 PM

Maybe... but fuck that shit. I’d rather date a 6 face as long as she’s young and slim rather than some 7 30+ bloated face thinking I’m an ATM.

I see what you did there Jack hehe. Well played. To keep in the spirit of cmv, that’s not going to happen ever. Too many simps and clever women in the world.

I give a shit. I can pick women on tinder, so why would I roll with that bullshit? If they want chad carrousel riding they better behave. Is it so hard to put 20 bucks on the table? If they think it’s too much they can go back to the 19th century. Hell yeah, slaves and women saying yes daddy, amirite?

I certainly don’t mind hookups. It can be an honest, liberating thing, unlike what the manosphere likes to claim. Now that you mentioned the hanging out thing, yeah, I finally realized some women do that. I mean, regardless of my opinion, some people think I look like someone who has money. I don’t know and don’t care about what others do, I won’t pay for a bunch of women to party. I’d rather donate to charity, even help a local church, even though that’s contrary to my political views. Men don’t like it because everything moves fast nowadays. Many dates don’t work out, or result in short flings. I’d even rather buy food for neighbors I don’t know well because there’s a chance they’ll appreciate the gesture and pay back in the future. It has little to do with the 20/80 thing. I’ve been approached by women first before tinder was a thing, but after first contact they mostly just sat around waiting for me to do the lifting, with few exceptions. With tinder it’s worse, and I say t…

That’s why if a woman suggests a relatively expensive first date I just don’t go. Some seem so experienced at that trick they barely exchange a couple messages and shoot their shot already. I feel bad for the guys falling for it.

What a coincidence men are the ones also supposed to ask women out... so it’s basically “lolz you do all the lifting and you pay for it too”. Nowadays I can tell just looking at an app profile if the woman is “clever” like that and I just avoid them. Or maybe I go ahead if they agree to a coffee or beer date, at least it’s cheap.

I don’t know what trp defines as the so called hypergamy but I agree it exists somehow. You could say men do it to a degree, too. I can’t talk too much about LTR but for casual it’s baffling. Ask any higher tier man using tinder gold. I have to match then unmatch nonsense swipes every day lest my list becomes a parade of women way below my league.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/20 05:20 AM
2

The bottom tiers are delusional, avoidant, and set themselves up for failure chasing the top tiers. I can’t complain about my tier but I’d be suspicious of a woman above my league wanted to commit.

I always thought that term applies to women too.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/20 01:25 AM

Oh but we actually somewhat agree. I’m just not interested in the 30-40 women who do want to marry or have kids. Specially on apps, they’re incredibly picky (again, that makes sense for them) and the conversation never goes anywhere. It’s understandable as they’re having the same conversation hundreds of times but nobody likes to be treated like a suspect under police custody.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/20 11:53 PM
1

I don’t know if this reply qualifies. I’m hit on by gay dudes occasionally but tbh women hit on me way more often. What I noticed though is high quality trans women swipe on me on apps. It’s usually those with model tier looks, camgirls, minor celebrities, IG thots. But I never met with any.

It sounds like you live in the US but such issues apply to most countries anyway. I’ve dealt with some contracts and it’s a mixed bag. Lots of issues and red tape but some good too. We seem to be so distant on the political spectrum it’s hard to even begin. As for this sub, I try to stay coherent.

You sound depressed. Maybe you should seek help. Most of the time, people rant on forums because that’s what they have. It’s a cheap way to blow some steam. That doesn’t mean it’s good dating advice. When you read someone sounding happy and positive, now that’s the time to pay attention. I don’t even agree with most of trp but when it comes to short term and casual, it works better than tbp “be a nice boy, be yourself”. My results have improved a lot by simply not caring too much about what othe…

I agree the general idea from that study is correct. People seem to be ever more polarized in the last two decades, some getting fewer partners and some getting more. Apps certainly have helped. A whole bunch of introverts but good looking, high sex drive people now have an easy way to meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:13 PM

Both tbp and trp got it wrong. Real dating sit on something in between.

Before I even read other replies, that’s a good question. It seems like hysteria has taken over the west. That said, I hold enough privileges most rules don’t seem to apply to me. The west does indeed seem to have gone too far. I mean, women don’t hold enough economical, political or military power to act like retarded sjw. That’s a mistake. Oh, and I take part on ppd because it’s the least dumb gender issues forum. The dating advice here is the least dumb too.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:55 AM
1

Let me see. I mostly agree. The key to looking younger is low calories, low carbs. It’s still pretty nice, eat as much meat as you want. But I also agree too many western women are sad bags of fat. Cut calories ffs.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:38 AM
1

Well this thread is... amusing. So I mostly met sluts and whores in my life. And married a nun, kinda. But don’t worry abou the the negative replies, they don’t know better. For what it’s worth, I ended my marriage with no financial loss.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:33 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:24 AM

No offense but you’re mistaking sjw for socialists. Trust me, you seem to have no idea what true socialism looks like. You’ve been seeing a bunch of snowflakes.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:18 AM

Ngl that sounds about right. I could face a fit 20yo as much as I could face a fit 60yo but that’s because I can fucking avoid eating carbs.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 10:11 AM
2

I mean, I dated some 40-50 women but they were fit and fun. Specially when I was younger. But some conventional 60+ women shooting their shot on me just confirms some ideas from trp.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 08:56 AM
1

That’d be nice in theory but then the cost would be no men allowed to approach, no? Why waste time anyway, if women are the one’s choosing? But that’s not happening ever.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 05:17 AM
2

I don’t agree with all those trp stereotypes but yeah, it’s weird. I was swiped on this week by a 60yo (set her age as 20) and I recall once a 65yo swiped first. When I swiped back so I could unmatch her (to keep my list organized) she sent a message in the same minute. Pikachu face... I mean, 20yo girls message me first so I don’t look like a guy who doesn’t have options.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/20 05:11 AM
2

I did the courting thing occasionally when I was younger but nowadays I know women either catch feelings over time or they don’t. There’s no reason to take things seriously before the woman is actually interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/20 02:06 AM
2

If it’s a small town that’s probably why. In large cities nobody cares pretty much.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 09:26 AM

I used to agree to and even seek sexting when I was younger and less confident but apps changed the game. Nowadays I try to meet asap. Lots of women are just looking for a text buddy.

2

Whatever works, amirite.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 09:09 AM

That’s one thing I wish I had learned earlier. Nowadays I figured the best approach is to push for a meeting but never mention sex early. Sometimes I get them to tacitly agree to meet in as few as 3 texts. But mentioning sex almost never ends well.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 09:02 AM
1

Well kinda. Call me old fashioned but I don’t bother with lies and can’t agree with either trp or fds. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I never gave a shit about what people think I should do when it comes to relationships, though. Having a career, buying stuff, marrying, kids, “appropriate age range”, giving a chance to fat women... well fuck you too.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:56 AM
1

I suppose a trp guy and a fds girl would never agree to meet to begin with.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:49 AM
1

That’s not how it works, tbp. It’s ok genders don’t have the same sex drive on average but don’t make up weird conspiracies like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:44 AM
2

Glad to be of help. If you don’t mind then do whatever you want. I wish lookism weren’t real but is. And depending on where you live it doesn’t really matter, it’s just nuisance.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:39 AM

That’s a pretty good retort for the manosphere but some people aren’t disappointed, disgusted nor angry. I do find young women fickle but oh well, they’re doing the right thing and enjoying their youth while it lasts. There’s also counterpoints. Why should I prioritize women above 30 when they’re in a rush to marry and have kids (some of them), so they’re picky (which makes sense for them), and many have flabby bodies? Above 40 is fine but I don’t know any app that allows skipping the dreaded 30…

People indeed do it. And count yourself lucky, they’d be much nastier if you looked conventionally ugly. One compromise is to go for a look that suits you but is also similar to what’s acceptable. Say, piercings or cropped hair but not both.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:24 AM
1

As long as they play fair it’s fine. I mostly just walk. This year hit me in the face pretty bad though, I wouldn’t have walked so easily if I knew most women are shit scared of the pandemic and almost nobody wants to meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:18 AM
1

How do we know such numbers are reliable? For what it’s worth, it’s funny to see I’m closer to the 5% than the 20%. Using tinder in the last two years made the count go up fast.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:13 AM
1

The irony is most of the manosphere seems to be conservative, so in theory they should agree inequality is the norm and even desirable.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 08:06 AM
6

The same applies to men pretty much. Guys can’t look too feminine, poor, dirty. People also seem to react better when I sport a hairstyle that clearly shows I have a good hairline and few graying spots. So, nothing new here.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 07:55 AM
1

I agree with the first half of your post. I don’t think there’s a conspiracy, though. People go for fads every decade, nothing to see here.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 07:42 AM
1

Ngl sounds about right. Being hit on by gay dudes isn’t so bad unless they can’t take a no. It’s not like I’m going out of my way to hit on younger women. They swipe and message first. And I used to date women way older back then but nobody cared.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 02:01 AM
1

It depends mostly on looks. I meet mostly 18-25 on apps and they’re half my age. Nobody ever cared about my age because I look appropriate for them physically. Ngl I’m pretty immature so it’s not so bad a combo. I mostly date quiet, introverted girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/20 12:51 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/20 03:18 AM

For what it’s worth I’ve been suspecting for some time most men are going after looks that resemble the trans or drag, tons of makeup, airbrushed IG model look. It’s pretty weird as I prefer a girl next door look.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/20 09:25 AM

That was pretty dumb. Even a generic, politically correct answer would have been better. Or go all in and say you prefer young, fit women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/20 08:45 AM

I don’t think women are deliberately being picky on apps. It’s just a system. All genders are fed up at this time. They can’t get much other than casual sex, because men are tired too. I don’t even know whom I’m texting, it’s a blur of randoms until we meet. I don’t have hope of meeting my best matches, that won’t happen, nothing to see here. As much as trp gets many things wrong, it’s hard to refute women won’t get much from men high up the food chain. The wider the gap on value, the least like…

I’m too down to earth to ignore the fact there’s such a thing as leagues. Back then before phones, I managed to have fun with 8s and 9s but it’s simply impossible for me using apps, period. It’s an unpleasant truth the manosphere isn’t entirely wrong about their so called “hypergamy”. And yeah I spend too much time researching tinder so I keep resetting my score making new accounts to get boosts. You’re right. But I never bought boosts and I block 99% of ads. Let’s just be honest and agree the m…

It is indeed possible to see, match, and text women above your league. Either that or I’m selling myself short but I doubt it. Apps are simply not that straightforward. I don’t swipe much either, I basically use a feature akin to tinder gold. I’m naturally wary but I don’t think tinder is pulling such tricks. There’s such a thing as too costly computational power. Your friend makes a lot of sense and no doubt tinder wishes it could be able to pull that off, but technical details are on the way. It’s really easy to compose someone’s profile with minimal data, with details even they don’t know about themselves yet, but the devil is matching people. Few people actively research tinder so it’s hard to blame women or anyone for browsing. Not sure if it’s still the highest earner app but last time I checked on google tinder has a 80-90% search share. They must …

That’s exactly what happens: people who don’t look like their own pics. Yeah, I take an interest on how tinder works. Their goal isn’t to help anyone but making maximum profit. However afaik algorithms are still not good enough to the point of telling who is a good match for long term. Instead, we humans shoot ourselves in the foot: we tend to try to date the very best of our matches, who of course aren’t very interested, while ignoring those a bit below our league, who are trying to get our att…

/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 04:16 AM

So you decided you are going the trp / fds way? I heard they’re pretty sad and dark places. Maybe you should take a break from the internet and reconsider.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 04:00 AM
1

One key feature from tinder I really don’t like is forcing people to swipe, instead of presenting a feed that can be scrolled quickly. In the end, nobody is happy. Have you ever met someone enthusiastic about apps? And what a time to be alive, now we need to learn which pics are off. I rarely get fished but it still happens.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 03:36 AM
2

Yeah, I know things aren’t so fun on the women’s side either. Tons of matches is just the paradox of choice. But how about being even pickier so you get less matches? At this point I’m even happy when women don’t reply or quickly unmatch, that means less work for me. The issue is time wasters and people who manage to fool me with their pics.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 02:33 AM
2

You’re technically right, but it sounds so easy, eh. Sure, there’s a lot of misogynistic guys around. But for women, it’s hardly a friendly bump, no strings attached, see you next week thing. Unless the gap in value is wide enough... which I take advantage of, ngl.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 02:23 AM
2

I’m a bit more optimistic but that’s pretty much how it works. I even have a routine now, send the same messages, ask to meet fast, it’s a numbers game. It’s worse this year with the pandemic, women in general are pickier, and some just want a text buddy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 02:17 AM
1

I’m an old millennial meeting zoomers on tinder. My report doesn’t mean anything statistically but here we go. More than half of them agreed to casual sex on the first date, some on the second, some never. With average effort but cheap dates, I can meet one every month.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/20 02:09 AM
1

I’m on the fence on this one. The manosphere goes overboard and blows things out of proportion but looks plays a clear role. The grass is pretty green on my side but I can’t even imagine how ugly men get a foot at the door, and don’t bullshit me with “normal people don’t use tinder“. Let’s say average men can make do but what about those below that? Confidence can only carry one so far.

Or at least lies within reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/20 05:26 AM

I’m cutting against the grain here and see no problem with platonic friendship with women. Both genders have their up and downs. I often don’t care about chest puffing and bro talk and it’s easier to find the opposite talking with women. Sadly OLD threw a wrench on that, and now I’m seeing myself on endless pointless banter with strangers trying to get in their pants. I still have some old time friends, though, and sometimes I wonder how he new generation will live in a world with none.

Mostly but still better than pretty much anything else in the age of tinder. Going full tbp / traditional / fds? Spending a lot on dates when people do casual and move on? Having engaging conversation on apps? Waiting before having sex? It’s a literal waste of time and money. Going radical trp / black pill / incel? Now I understand some people have baggage and went down the wrong road but it must be a sad life. Women won’t pick bitter guys when better choices are a swipe away. The best compromis…

That’s a quote from almost a thousand years ago. Life was short and brutal. A lot of men fantasize about that, and it’s not like you can’t once in a while. Not gonna lie, I do the same myself. But understand we’re soft and lazy compared to them rugged warriors from the past. Most people were slaves or some such back then. Your post illustrates well how the “missing the past” worldview is misguided. If we turned back time, fat odds we’d be slaves, not kings.

Before phones, most men didn’t get much either. I recall it was pretty hard, and it cost more money, to go to a physical venue.

Trp has quite a bit of pua, which ironically, isn’t the worst part. Some of it actually works, for people with normal social skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/20 03:35 AM
1

In a certain way, trp is also being sold on the “promise” of more sex, or at least less effort for the same amount of sex. I don’t think it works for most men, though. Nothing is enough in the mind of some people. Will they also blame trp? Or all men?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/09/20 12:03 AM
1

Considering the majority here nowadays are trp, I doubt they’ll understand that wall of text. If anything, 3rd wave feminism is annoying and unfair, but men’s movements are actually dangerous. There are very few counters available. And people caught in between have hardly any options.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 10:54 PM

Women certainly don’t behave exactly like trp describes, but hookup culture exists for sure pretty much all over the western world. Maybe you never used apps, or your friends aren’t willing to tell you the truth.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 10:39 PM
5

It’s the same population sample nowadays, few people don’t use apps. They aren’t worth an LTR but I ain’t gonna say no to beer and sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 10:20 PM
3

I don’t believe in trp narrative, the alpha widow, awalt, playing games at 20y etc. It does look like everyone, all genders, all ages, is trying to get as much as they can from OLD, and the end result is almost nobody is happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 08:54 PM
2

Sounds about right. I guess women tend to chalk up men willing to spend a lot on a first date as beta provider material. Or are fds. Neither is good. More than half of my tinder dates involve sex pronto, and all of them are low profile drinks dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 08:19 PM
5

Yeah, I meant for anyone, it’s hard to notice that unless they read forums and research about dating. Most people just cruise through life on autopilot. What you described is exactly what happens using apps. Only women I’d never LTR try to lock me down, the ones I would are busy chasing mega thunder chad.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 08:13 PM
9

They can dream on. I have never met even one woman from OLD apps I’d LTR in two years. They’re all fling fwb material. Sample size is around 15.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 08:01 PM
8

For what it’s worth, it must be pretty hard to figure that out, as women have hundreds of matches a week.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 07:55 PM
8

OLD has given women a lot of power for short term relationships / flings / casual, but the truth is decent value men are not settling. The top 20% isn’t, and I’m certainly not. Why should I, when there’s a constant stream of matches?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/20 07:54 PM
5

Bullshit. She used that as an excuse to run. When women want the D, they go for it regardless of who pays. Source: my experience on tinder on the last few years.

People are surprised when I reveal such views. You know what else? I also envy men who are attracted to whatever has low demand, such as fat, old, tall women, midgets, bad skin and so forth.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 07:05 AM

If you mean intelligent in a bad way. I get your point, people tend to write shit they would never say to someone’s face. Most users aren’t consciously malicious here. But the book smarts, “autistic” sort of intelligence isn’t very useful in daily life, and shouldn’t give people a free pass to think and act like retards when it comes to gender relations.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 06:48 AM

It’s pretty easy to follow the basics on American culture and politics, as long as one knows English. As for dating, it seems America is ahead of the curve, has been digging itself into a hole and dragging the whole western world into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 06:21 AM

It’s hardly the same thing. Men get benefits for being somewhat aggressive. That includes body, verbal and written language, demeanor, eye contact, choice of words, ignoring questions, texts. I used to be mugged on the regular but not even once for two decades after I changed my behavior. If we are to blame something for sexism, let’s look at the whole system instead of one gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 04:56 AM
1

For LTR? Let’s say it adds a whole layer of difficulty and the most likely answer is a hard no. For STR and fwb it doesn’t matter much.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 03:58 AM
1

Not really, for most women. I mean, sure I could list pros but I’m done with the relationship game unless some stacy proposes. It’s usually the same old same old. Those I would date wouldn’t date me and vice-versa.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/20 07:04 AM
1

I can speak from experience there are some interesting good looking 40+ women. It was pretty nice back then when they were double my age. Some people said I should have played a sugar baby role. Nowadays, I set my dating apps as low as I can most of the time. Women half my age look better and are less demanding, don’t ask many questions, and are either dtf or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/20 06:56 AM

That’s way too surreal to process. If I’m paying, it’s some rounds of beer or coffee. If you’re rich, looksmaxing is within your reach.

Both this and the mentioned thread have a point but imo it’s still two movements which “don’t get it”. Social media and the internet in general as they’re in 2020 can generate such echo chambers. One is a bunch of women and allies who blame men, as if there’s something inherently wrong down to the genetic level. The other is mostly men who blame women, and dream of a past when males ruled and were all heads of households (Spoiler: there has never been such past).
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 11:17 PM

It works both ways, all ways, really. The internet is basically a field full of strawmen and little grain.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/20 10:56 PM

The dumb b celebrity life sounds tiresome so I don’t think most women act like that. There’s a bunch of them for sure. I think most men just stay in denial and don’t understand the 80/20 rule. They make things hard for most men but not the top 20% ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 09:11 AM
1

For what it’s worth, I can pick 6s and 7s to my liking, and I’ve learned to set dating apps to 18-30, sometimes 18-25. At 30, most women seem to get baby rabies, want to marry, want an “ambitious” man, and get fat and tits sag. They only cut the bullshit at 40 but most apps don’t allow skipping the 30-40 range.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:57 AM
1

I don’t know, I just wanted to chip in I never hated women. They occasionally annoy me to no end, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:51 AM
1

Hell yes. That’s true for any tier of men. Cut them short, don’t give them the time of day. Play a cold game. Sometimes, it’s better to bang an average woman than simp over a hot one. Easier said than done, but take one for the team, guys. Close your eyes and pretend to be banging a celebrity. It’s not worth it to bend over. Bland sex is better than no sex, remember that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:49 AM

I’m sad to report it but ppd and trp are correct. Bear with me. I’m one of the few men who dates 20yo half my age and no money is involved. Around 30, both men and women seem to be struck with some kind of revelation, life is no bed of roses, it won’t get better from then on. People get bitter and blasé, patience runs short, the energy of youth is no more. Besides, skin and tits aren’t the same. So, why would any man prefer a 30 or 40yo over a 20yo? Men get whatever they can because they can’t p…

I don’t know about other people but I find it hilarious and dumb women look for friendship on dating apps. Why is it always good looking men? Unless it’s an honest friendship, no sex no fwb, go bother the bottom 80% men if they don’t like it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:35 AM
1

It’s a pretty sad social construct. It is what it is. For what it’s worth, it’s rare to see a day I don’t get matches on apps. But that doesn’t make me happy, it’s still a struggle of sorts. Most women have their phone blowing up with offers, and they don’t have the slightest clue most men struggle. Most men have no option but to shoot all over the place. Even though I’m among the top 20% it’s pretty common to go for one or two months with no sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:28 AM
7

It’s a harsh world. Haves and havenots. From the POV of haves, I have pretty much given up on LTR on the western world. Maybe it will happen. But I’m just living on ONS and fwb from apps as every single woman I’m interested in only cares about the very top 5% of men. I can only imagine how the bottom 80% lives. I feel for you, guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:16 AM
1

Both subs are delusional. Both the top 20% of men and women rule the dating scene, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I’m not sure what the 20% top women precisely think, but I don’t need to worry. Sooner or later some decent girl will agree to meet, so why would I play by the FDS rules?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:06 AM
1

I can’t speak for other men but my interest in LTR is very low except for very interesting women. Why should I bother? There’s a bunch of women on apps. Thing is, interesting women aren’t interested in LTR with me, so odds it won’t happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 08:00 AM
1

Very much so. A few times it happened a long time ago so I don’t know how to judge that. The latest time it was a long time friend that became a fwb. She was going through a rough emotional patch on her life so there’s that. But it was a harsh split out of the blue, and nowadays I’m a bitter Machiavellian.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/20 07:56 AM

Hell If I know but fuck them. I can keep my mid age friends just fine. I’m also fine finding genz to date on apps so yeah, it’s nice to be the 1% for a change. Both my mid age friends and the 20yo I date complain all the time for opposite reasons, tho.

Nice necro. The itch for sex, of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/20 06:34 AM

A mod already addressed OP got black and red mixed, but I agree on principle. Many men are parroting pseudo-Pareto based on small samples. What so many men don’t want to admit is they also follow a 20/80 pattern. Of course, that’s not going to work for most, and they blame women. Casual sex is stacked in favor of women, safety is stacked against them. That’s how the game works, and no amount of manosphere fantasy is going to change that.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/20 06:03 AM
2

No worries, it’s just a temporary setback. I can’t really complain, it’s been a good year before corona. I don’t think I’ve had as much sex with as many women before, but then the pandemic happened.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 07:16 AM
1

Fun facts, women are refusing to meet new partners. They have so many options of willing men they can be even pickier during quarantines. I went from a good run of four women in two months this year to zero, and I don’t think any of my attractive matches will bother to meet. Maybe if I take in some clearly below my league. The funny thing is they still swipe and match as if nothing happened.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/20 09:22 PM

People need social contact, that’s true, but incels worry too much about sex and treat it like a holy grail, or a cause to rally around, while gaslighting themselves about how important friendship with men, women, family, community are. Most people in the manosphere simply got it wrong, and seem unable to figure out a way to deal with the world that doesn’t involve official rollback of women rights. Wording like “entitled” and “deserve” can’t work when it comes to sex and relationships, because …

You’re technically correct, but you could also say most people don’t have the slightest clue on the rifts on the left either. There’s a lot of overlap between the altright and trp / mra, and do you think they wouldn’t readily work together against their perceived enemies?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/20 01:04 PM

A good share of communication isn’t covert. You can make faces, stay silent and give knowing looks. Many men act like the creepy clueless boomer trope. It seems most people think online doesn’t count or exist. They also think they can’t be traced.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/20 10:00 PM

It’s really weird when you think about it. Most men have the urge to be graphic and spell it out they want sex. It’s like some sort of autism. Some of us have figured out we shouldn’t mention it directly, just call it netflix or something. Willing women will play along fine. And some like OP think it’s worth it to pretend to be interested in a LTR. That’s just too much work.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/20 06:59 AM
1

It’s a pile of irony. I don’t like trp worldview, but obviously tbp doesn’t work for casual sex. The closest to red I can go is ppd. The rest is a misogynistic circlejerk. Much of the so called trp is actually seduction stuff, and the self-improvement is just common sense. As long as it doesn’t involve hating women and awalt it’s fine. I’m doing most of OP described, maybe a lazy version.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/20 11:38 PM

Young grasshopper, that’s not how it works. Actually, the better looking she is, the less you demonstrate you find her hot. That doesn’t mean you should not be pleasant and on your best behavior.
/r/seduction13/04/20 09:15 PM
2

Kinda? I don’t give a shit about “quality” dates, though, I choose cheap ones on purpose. I don’t text often either, unless she’s enthusiastic. It’s... ok. I’m living the dream life trp claims, seeing women half my age, but most don’t seem to care about meeting again. They text back chop chop but don’t bother actually making it last for a while.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/20 06:24 PM

That’s your opinion. I’ve never been with a fat woman but that means as much as your report: not much. I don’t think fat women have an easy time getting into LTR with men with options.

It’s pretty easy when women are up to meeting, and cheap too.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/20 03:44 PM

If you put it that way yes, I can care a bit and do couple things and cuddle with those non-exclusive women. I don’t really want to see it evolve into something more though, which OP seems to imply. It really is some sort of fuckzone.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/20 02:57 PM

AFAIK it was the opposite. People were short but resilient for modern standards, and there was no need to be big as a lumberjack for most jobs. Work was just not very productive and tiresome, and it demanded stamina. Women worked occasionally outside of the household, a lot of work was seasonal. That’s more or less how the poor lived, and they formed the vast majority of the population. I’m not sure most men even married or could count as providers, both men and women could earn resources as lab…

I’ve heard from many women they just quit and go back often, so it’s probably not as bad as that number sounds. They don’t need to stay for long, they can have all flavors of STR easily, so it makes no sense to stay on the app all the time. The amount of sour grapes on this thread isn’t answering your question, just implying they can’t make tinder work. And I also noticed during quarantine, a lot of women are quitting, deleting, unmatching, probably because guys can’t stop asking them out, so it…

Plenty of women are introverts, and don’t enjoy going to bars and clubs. How is that low value? Most people are fat so of course that’s also the case online. It’s the new normal nowadays. The kind of women you match with says more about you than them.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/20 04:20 AM

It’s not even your face, it’s just your mouth, nose and eyes that could be an issue. Masks are uncomfortable yeah, it’s harder to breathe wearing one, specially those n95s. It’s been much harder to get a date from apps, it’s been 10 days and no cigar.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/20 02:10 PM
1

I’m not in a relationship of any sort so it’s been bad. I could rely on casual sex but now women won’t have it, except those I’ve already met. I hope the shock from the pandemic eases soon. I was determined to drop a girl because she’s too crazy to keep seeing, but I might be forced into a fwb unless I can convince others to meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/20 02:03 PM

It’s perfectly fine to wear masks, western culture is really weird as we think masks is a mark of illness. I’m being careful as much as I can but I refuse to freak out. I bet women will relax over time as people get used to the new normal. As for discussing the pandemic, maybe we should avoid it, just we already avoid touchy issues like politics.

What I think, even what women say, doesn’t matter. The real rating is whom I get sex with. I’m low effort and I’ve been with 6 faced, slim, 20-25yo lately. Considering I’m much older, that’s not bad. Factor in hypergamy, I’m probably 7+. It’s hardly the worst situation but I’d like to do better.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/20 01:29 PM
2

My guess is a significant minority does it, 30-40%. It seems high libido women do it, because it’s easy for them, so why not.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/20 12:56 PM
1

Possibly. I noticed pretty much no woman feels like meeting unless I’ve met them before the pandemic became a thing. This pandemic has been astonishing. Half of people is virtue signaling and can’t stfu, they just preach on social media like the quarantine is the oldest gospel in history. The other half thinks the virus is no big deal, why bother washing hands, eh.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/20 12:41 PM

I was reading how totalitarian states keep making up enemies. They need to have the population focused on anything but their shortcomings. That’s probably why you see so many edgy and misogynistic men in trp, instead of focusing on, you know, actually getting sex. However, we live in an age of extremes. Very few people try to keep levelheaded. Most men follow the advice from the other side, which, on the surface, seems to be “put women on a pedestal”. Neither are a good way to get sex.

I suppose I give moderate trp some benefit of the doubt because it’s the only non-PC, practical approach I know of. All others are either full on misogynistic or worship women. Why don’t you meet some random women for casual sex using apps? Supposing you really have something going for you. Just let your friends be, they’re more important as friends than bodies anyway. What I can think of regarding your other reply is you need to reach a certain threshold of “I don’t give a shit”, otherwise people begin to think they should take everything seriously too, which is not the vibe you want to set for casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/20 11:27 AM

It’s been a while with this epidemic. Basically nobody needs to start with a dinner date. Both irl approaches and apps, women have already decided whether the guy is fucking or dating material within 5 minutes, and no amount of food is going to change that.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/20 11:20 AM

It’s basically what OP described. I don’t agree with the way people say it but the truth is those defensive women 30-40 aren’t worth it. The example posted is the kind of woman I used to immediately unmatch (I can’t control who swipes on me first), nowadays I set the highest age to 30. When girls want to meet it’s smooth sailing, none of those abrasive preemptive shit tests.

It’s certainly harder. I’m not tall even, not short either. There is plenty of short women to go around. I’ve been with taller women (barefoot), the catch is you can’t show you give a shit.

How about this perspective? I’ve had female friends since forever, and people seem to talk brutally honestly to me. So it’s like having cheat codes. At first, I didn’t believe it. By late teens it was no longer possible to deny life doesn’t work like mainstream (“tbp”) says. I never had to resort to misogynistic trp ideals, though. Life is hard for both sides. As for going in circles, it’s a tiny circle. Even most of Reddit doesn’t know about the pills, let alone the world.

They don’t. The best I’ve seen is people not being chumps, both men and women. A good 90% chunk has absolutely no clue about the game. Of course some are successful regardless. I don’t exactly fit any pill so I can reply. For anything other than hookups I’m looking for stability, so I don’t need to endlessly chase on tinder. No need for exclusivity but just one night gets boring fast. No need to be stunning but conventionally cute and slim are nice. Not planning for kids but who knows. I’m not sure I’m looking for LTR monogamy but people into that mindset seem to be easier to deal with. What’s a female player? I prefer medium term STR. Loyalty. No matter what, people w…

I don’t fit in any of the three categories you mentioned, so you’re right imo. I don’t give a shit if women are sluts, I just care if she can behave in public and don’t feel the need to declare herself as a slut for people who never asked. Other than that everything else is more important than ncount.

OP, some of your threads are weird but for once I agree with you. Online forums are weird. The manosphere is even worse, 80% are probably ugly, 20% look fine but have mental issues. These guys are not average, they’re shitty. While no bed of roses, most guys I know do have occasional casual sex and girlfriends. It’s harder for men but they get by. These forums make it look like men are some ultra oppressed class by some imaginary matriarchy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/20 06:30 AM

I wanted to sleep over this one. Let me see, I should have been more specific. I don’t know what that fds thread on short guys is about. Is it uncalled for? I don’t agree with all the examples you found. Some were cringe and uncalled for, some made sense. Many comments were ugly, I could see that. The fact is it’s perfectly fine if someone let themselves go and get fat, but they should accept everything has consequences. Yeah, fortunately I’ve had female friends since forever. I meant women tend…

Unless they truly are some unicorn, men will message them on social media. Even their nerd friends. Even if most advances are unwanted.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/20 04:23 AM

I disagree with trp on many things, but genders aren’t identical. Those women you mentioned probably got asked out plenty of times but nobody is good enough, or they have social anxiety issues. No matter how shy some women are, if they look ok they get tons of matches on tinder and invitations to meet. Men are screwed if they’re shy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/20 03:55 AM
1

Yeah that’s unusual. Now that I think about it, you won’t find anything interesting on the manosphere. Try some progressive circles, or the so called lifestyle, fetishists, swingers, that kind of thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/20 03:42 AM
1

Consider there are two kinds of men on the manosphere, or anywhere. 20% put their money where their mouth is, and do what they claim. It’s a small group and they’re exceptions to the rule but dating down so much is possible. 80% just post or lurk to cope, I don’t believe they act. As for my experience, I can date down one tier, but I really can’t find long term interest for women far below my rmv, like your examples. Irl I see almost everyone does the same, the manosphere is really very, very...…

And I have experienced the opposite, so it’s probably because we live in bubbles nowadays.

I don’t subscribe to the most extreme manosphere views but yeah, that sounds about right. I put myself in their shoes, were I gifted with a magic button, I’d smash it all the time, too. I suppose we should look for a 7 with a good head on her shoulders.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 06:01 AM

It’s pretty small imo. A lot of people dislike the politically correct shit we have, but I don’t believe they subscribe to the radical worldview these subs preach.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 05:51 AM
1

I think I know what you mean. It’s not that I only care about looks, but relationships seem like such a mess nowadays. Most women seem to be swiping and constantly looking for top status men. It’s a battle no gender can win. So unless it’s some wonderful ambrosia from the heavens, the juice is not worth the squeeze.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 05:43 AM
1

Right. For what it’s worth, I find the term plating unnecessarily derogatory. There’s a large difference between ONS and fwb that have been meeting for some time, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 03:41 AM
2

Even fwb with no exclusivity is better than that insane shit we get on tinder. I mean, sex is very nice, but we’re going down a rabbit hole as nothing else humans have seen in history. You know we should brace ourselves when nobody is happy, men, women. There can be no doubt regular sex is better. If it’s the first time your friend is getting it, he must be happy lately. The only people who think ONS are amazing are incels who don’t get any.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 03:07 AM

I mostly agree but why it doesn’t count if women are spinning me too? Any 7+ woman has hundreds of matches every week.

Gotcha. If it were only so easy, isn’t it? More than ever nowadays, casual sex tastes like fast food.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 01:57 AM

I think so. I’ve met small time models, cam girls, sugar babies (never been a sugar daddy though), and I couldn’t care less. True abundance mentality goes a long way.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/20 01:19 AM
1

Maybe? I’ve realized I’m doing something similar to what you described. I’ve never been to eager to LTR but I took a chance when it seemed appropriate. After I left a marriage, one year later female friend was available for, if not a commitment, a long term fwb. She ticked all conventional boxes: slim, petite, blue-eyed white. But she was a mess actually, pushing and pulling me and another guy. So I’m back to the drawing board. I won’t LTR anyone unless she’s the equivalent to the Ivy League wit…

I have no idea how trp looks like nowadays, but even they wouldn’t make a thread about fat women, right? But I should take a look. I don’t doubt fds is more tame than the manosphere, but let’s take into consideration women have a less explicit discourse in general. I believe neither should be taken literally, and are two paths nobody should take because of their core beliefs.

The forever alone crowd is the same anywhere, irl and online. I rarely see anxiety being mentioned. Most people just don’t have a plan on how to deal with technology designed to be addictive. They want you to check the app often, so just don’t. The best thing I figured is to not swipe as a man and then pay to see who swiped on me. Of course, there’s a learning curve before reaching the stage you actually get matches. And blah blah lookism. I recall the number of opportunities I had wasn’t huge b…

/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 10:44 PM

Some of them are ok and fair on fds, but it quickly degenerates into an orgy of bashing. The usual internet madness. The issue is their parameters are truly baffling. What the hell is that 3 month rule? I know plenty of men and women who don’t wait and they’re fine, get into LTR and all. So whoever disagreeing needs to be bashed to hell or is a pick me? Yeah I agree but it’s very easy to be better than awalt, isn’t it?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 10:42 PM

Nah, that happens sometimes, specially on hookups. Just saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 10:36 PM

Moms are the very worst advice ever when it comes to dating, at least when it comes to casual, approaching and early stages of relationships. They virtue signal, project, and throw all their baggage around when talking to sons.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 10:30 PM
9

Most of the men who stick around the manosphere have issues. Tunnel vision, entitlement, narcissistic and other personality disorders, tendency to blame everyone but themselves, including other men. The minority who are healthy just take whatever works and move on. I’m not sure we can blanket blame them, that’s like blaming mental patients. Also, you aren’t on the same page as most people, on ppd or elsewhere. How many do you think know what zeitgeist is without looking it up?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 10:23 PM
2

Fds bashes men often, and it’s obvious there’s something wrong with them. But I’m fair, that’s the same reason I can tell trp has issues: the constant need to bash and hate women. But I’ve reread fds and I feel somewhat less hostile towards them. As for your question, they think they have good dating advice, that’s expected. But who else?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/20 10:02 PM

Ok, mommy issues. You stopped reading three replies ago. Your kind calls anyone who doesn’t hate women a cuck, so thanks.

Yeah, lookism, we agree on that. But not “anything”. That’s one thing I never did, I would cancel it. It’s a bit surprising I’ve never been stood up on a date, but it must be horrible.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 09:38 PM
1

It depends on context and wording. I’ve called women many things over time. It was surprising they were ok with that. Have you tried actually scheduling a date with those women on the catfish? Just cancel and block later. My point is, a real date isn’t that easy to get, much less sex. I understand you confirmed women would actually swipe and message, but apples and oranges.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 08:52 PM

Relationships happen in the real world, not online forums. Yes I do believe things are still stacked against women, and if that’s your best argument, don’t reply. I think young women, living in large cities, are getting closer to equality, albeit at shitty costs like bashing men. But older women, just look at your and everyone’s relatives, still take shit. I don’t subscribe to a binary view of true / false chad. There are degrees, and we don’t rate people the same way. We don’t seem to be referring to the same things either. I couldn’t get women to actually do the legwork with my catfish, they weren’t planning dates or pushing for it. Which I have done with my real account, even though she turned out to be a fatfish in that case. As for not blocking, that’s true. Wait, what kind of pic you chose to catfish? Some celebrity or such? I picked someone obviously attractive but not mega ultra chad, and I applied the same when I made the catfish girl. Did you keep tabs or is that just confirmation bias? With exceptions, almost no woman was taking shit from my chad catfish. But I wasn’t trying to prove trp is gospel, and skewed results so much so I could say “see, females are evil”. I was curious to find out how far I could push women with a 8-9 guy. I can alrea…

Apps can yield varying results depending on your smv and how picky you are. Unless you mean really liking someone as in LTR, then it’s unlikely.

I’m not the one having social issues. Disagreeing is being obtuse? Because only your system that doesn’t work could possibly be right? Yes I am denying that. Rage and freak as much as you want online, the real world is stacked against women overall. The west is going through a tough transition, big cities and some social circles do bash men, and that’s shitty. It’s still so far from equality in other places. Those hashtags could indeed be taken in a wrong way. But guess who would do it? Trp, fds…

Is that the rage phase of trp? There’s no conspiracy from women. It’s a bunch of social white lies, anyone can see it. Are you really comparing that to brainwashing techniques? The manosphere and pills are mostly people with poor social skills. It doesn’t take a prodigy to figure it out. It’s like playing cards. They’re all on the table and have always been. But you have to look at them. Now I’ve had my naive moments, and believed some things here and there. But dumb claims like all women are sa…

What kind of woman was giving away numbers so easily? Landwhales would, but attractive women simply don’t have to, they have options. We’re all animals but as these subs report, hot women have several chads to pick from. Why would they act all retarded for chad #100?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 07:50 AM
6

I meant the present day. Swipe, drinks, we all know what’s going to happen already. Sure back then there was a rush, but even then it was a short rush. It was probably more exciting because it took a much longer time to find someone compared to apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 07:43 AM

Sure I have and it turned out exactly as I thought. Of course women were more willing, would message first more often, and there was a lot of wriggling room. But the only ones dtf after dumb opening messages were ugly landwhales. I tried saying dumb but not offensive things on my real accounts, as there’s a bunch of matches I don’t care much about, and it was just as a expected, they weren’t willing to meet. Even when they message first, there’s only so much shit I can say. But as long as I keep…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 07:38 AM
5

It’s also the security of knowing you can do it if you put in effort. The irony is the more you feel at ease, the more women are willing. Dead bedrooms are specially bad because a certain dynamic plays out every day. Sleeping on the same bed with a woman causes a sense of entitlement and an itch.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 05:25 AM
2

It’s not just women lying to you, everyone is telling that lie. It’s obvious why women lie: if they tell the truth they get labeled shallow and sluts. And yes, even kids are to blame if they believe any shit they’re told, at least to a certain degree. Some people pay attention to their surroundings instead of deferring to authorities, I figured that one out before 12. Watch what they do, not what they say, remember?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 05:18 AM
1

It does happen to a degree during long dry spells. I kinda get used to sensations different from actual sex. It wouldn’t be surprising some people feel that way, specially if they spend years with no sex. It’s much easier to masturbate and watch porn than actually do the legwork of finding someone, even for attractive people.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 05:12 AM
24

Yeah, the pills are mostly a bunch of men not getting enough sex, daydreaming on how it could fix everything. And women not getting enough relationships too. Spoiler: it’s not that great after your 5th time getting casual sex. It’s only a holy grail for dumb incels lusting over stacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 04:26 AM
1

Lookism is real and abundantly clear. People have nobody to blame but themselves if they didn’t pick it up early. Just look at the things family and friends say to kids, and amongst them. If you’re ugly or average, they tell you what a nice boy you’ve been, praise your efforts to comply, to do well in school. Attractive people hear things like, why don’t you try modeling?, you look like (insert celebrity here), you’re gonna break lots of hearts, we gotta watch this girl closely, my friend wants …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 03:35 AM

It’s always been the same since millennia. People don’t hate their masters, which overall has been straight rich men. They’re misguided instead to hate any other group, on the grounds of religion, race, nationality... and guess what, gender. It’s just good old divide and conquer. And yeah, the manosphere seems to salivate over chad’s cock, often adding details on how he should look like.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 03:14 AM
6

Some just don’t wanna deal with attractive men. Unlike what incels claim, men with options are harder to please and it takes more work, which leads to, surprise, some women being not interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 03:06 AM
1

You’re onto something. So that’s why trp tactics work, eh. Sadly, idealists don’t get anywhere in your example. The best one could do then is having abundance mentality without misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 01:25 AM

That shrinks the dating pool a bit too much though.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 01:19 AM

There’s a saying, online forums attract people on the spectrum, with a binary POV. I’ve had female friends since forever. I don’t tick all boxes to be a regular on team chad, but hey it’s still pretty nice. And I don’t dare to say I know everything about them. Tbh quite a few women are wary of chads, even some stacies. It’s not like they tap a button and women fall from the sky.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/20 01:14 AM

Those are as far from science as it gets, just like the so called okc survey. While the basic idea is correct, pasting together only the times women reacted positively and claiming awalt is simple bad faith. I’ve see chads using apps and irl, and it’s still mostly a crapshoot. It takes work, only incels think chads can just snap their fingers. It’s playing the game on easy mode but you still gotta play it.

The way you phrased your question, the answer is not going to happen. But let’s be reasonable. Lift in moderation, just so you’re no longer small framed or fat. Train some kind of fight or martial art. Beards are trending, so try it if you can. There are so many bald men who look ok with their shaved or trimmed heads. Height is a bitch, the key is not giving a shit. But it takes balls and success with women to not give a shit, so catch-22. Dress decently, it doesn’t take effort to avoid looking …

I was thinking about making a separate thread on how the pills don’t understand each other, and despite the useful comments on ppd, we’re re the blind leading the blind. As for your comment, let me see. Imo many people aren’t suited for relationships, and some aren’t for careers. Society puts pressure so they do it, become miserable, and some are misguided into the manosphere.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/20 06:09 PM
1

If you’re referring to the manosphere meaning of hypergamy, it’s not just women, actually everyone does that. Most men don’t branch swing because we know getting a better woman is much harder than the other way around. But we would if we could. I’m not interested in around 80% of women that show interest, if I have options, why bother with the lower tier? Just think how top chads live, we could describe that as “hypergamy”.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/20 12:03 AM
1

That does not compute. The manosphere claim that a minority of men gets most of female attention, there’s some truth there. But saying no woman ever is straight makes no sense. They’re just not interested in you.

I was thinking this whole debate is because people aren’t talking about the same thing. Oranges and applez. Some mean old geezers catcalling girls, unwanted advances, slobs who never stood a chance. The majority of cases is like that. I mean the double standards when it comes to age gaps, older women can do whatever they want, older men aren’t seen as ok, even outliers. /r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 08:47 PM

That’s one of the weirdest things that are trendy nowadays. Why some people care so much? I would talk to such a friend to check if everything is fine, but I wouldn’t automatically regard her as a numbskull with no agency.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 08:28 PM
2

They say eeew in public discourse, and of course unwanted approaches are a problem, but they don’t seem to have the visceral hatred some older women have. They have to deal with a nuisance rather than an actual threat to the size of their dating pool.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 08:03 PM
1

You mean older women? Some do on the down low. Younger women doing older guys? It’s mostly about looks, if the guy doesn’t look his age, they don’t mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 07:38 PM
2

That’s an oxymoron. Specially nowadays, average women can get men above them swiping, why would they ask you out?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 07:35 PM
4

Very much so. I can’t put my finger on the exact reason but men are taught from childhood “looks don’t matter for men”. Now that I think about it, the historical reason must be to oppress women to accept arranged marriages, so they probably taught women that first. We’re paying the price, the dating market is completely insane. Im personally benefiting from it but it’s a bit sad seeing men at a complete loss. They label pretty much any grooming activity as gay.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 07:03 PM

Not you, it was just convenient to reply to the last message I saw on my screen.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 06:54 PM
1

You won’t get a good answer, they’re chicken little shouting the sky is falling.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 06:38 PM
2

See? That’s what I’m talking about. That woman I mentioned had a kid about my age too. I was 16-17 and she was 35-40, she didn’t want to give a precise number and I didn’t press the issue. People weren’t thinking she was grooming me or I was a victim. I suppose social media made it all worse, back then folks took a second look and that was it. I suppose things are the worst in the US? When it comes to people thinking age gap means the sky is falling.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 06:32 PM
1

You sound happy with your choices too so it’s all good. I don’t spend money on social proof, it’s not like I have it to begin with. But I found the right audience, some women don’t mind frugal and no strings fun. I know I still spend time and attention on them but it takes resources to generate resources. Tbh I give a little fuck about my choices, but not to the point of wishing to change anything. And that’s quite some effort to avoid Christmas, eh.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 06:19 PM
1

Funny eh, I chose the opposite, and forfeited career and kids for freedom and youth pastimes, like staying fit and women. As for resources, the most critical one is time. Honestly, half of the chases aren’t worth it. We’re pressured into doing too many things that make no sense, just so we can look good on Christmas gatherings.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 05:46 PM
1

And most people against older male younger female age gaps are... older women. Who could have guessed.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 05:39 PM
3

Radical conservatives and feminists seem to hold this unholy alliance and circlejerk about age gap. It’s never been the historical norm to bother about it, and in the present day age gaps are ok, maybe worth a second glance to check if everyone is fine. But you see a bunch of altright and radfems going nuts over it, like a sex predator is on the loose. OOOH wait, it’s that way only when the man is older. I recall when I met a woman double my age back then and everyone thought that was fine. They…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 05:20 PM
1

I can appreciate men who really go their way. The chasing game isn’t for everyone, it’s often not worth it. There are other chases and most of us have given up on at least one: career, fitness, starting a family, wealth, youth dreams.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 05:01 PM
1

I’ve been, seen, and heard crazier things, so I believe you. I don’t think the pills will give you much credit though.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 04:51 PM
3

Sounds about right. When they are direct, it’s a bar or club. They resort to having a friend doing the asking, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 04:41 PM
5

You know what’s funny, we probably disagree on many things, but that’s a lot of truths on that comment. What do you mean choosing shame?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 04:33 PM
3

Ime it’s usually indirect, they just hover around and if they do try, it’s pretty shitty skills. Women are 99% clueless when it comes to seducing men directly. It’s hard to count how many women have approached me, including indirect attempts. But I’d say only a few out one hundred came in for the kill. However, apps have changed the game a bit. They still go for shitty attempts like messaging first with “hey”, but 10-15% of my matches do so.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 04:28 PM
1

Funny, I used to say women who want to lock down a man should either swallow or do anal, a couple decades ago, it’s been a while. OP is on something. Thinking about my past, that’s somewhat accurate.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 05:51 AM

I was agreeing with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 06:47 PM

Sorry I’m from the time there were no women on the internet, old habits die hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 06:46 PM

I’ve seen that parade of boring guys, it’s easy. Just use a female friend’s phone or make a fake account yourself. Around half of men are indeed below average but that’s expected. The other half is taking shitty pics. You know those “old people pics” showing their nostrils, dumb bathroom selfies. Most men don’t have female friends, and are ashamed of asking males to help. Men will always shit test other men calling stuff gay, unless you shrug it off. Since I’m on good terms with my ex, I just dr…

It seems like most 40-50 and older don’t like or use OLD, but as for younger generations pretty much everyone uses it.

I mean he is the one with the fantasies out of nowhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 05:52 PM
3

That’s a vague question. I can think of a few. Sometimes, I expect actually meeting if everything is falling into place. Or second dates, since things worked themselves out and there was sex on the first date. But nowadays things often don’t happen the way we expect. It’s just internal thoughts, there’s no point in expressing them.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 05:50 PM
2

Yeah, most men still call everything gay when talking in private, so why bother. “Yeah, it’s all luck and genetics, no worries bro”.

She’s being vocal but making up revenge fantasies is pointless.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 05:32 PM

They’re average, so don’t go to first dates wearing them, don’t show them on tinder pics. It’s not rocket science.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 05:27 PM

True that about knowing doesn’t mean becoming. I can’t write in such a logical way so here goes some real world considerations. Knowing can mean very little if one isn’t well rounded. Being a potentially great partner is nothing if all the basic boxes aren’t ticked. Also consider what people desire, some are very picky or look for something uncommon at their location. I’m not sure where I sit on that model, but I prioritized the basics to keep a social life going while I figure it out. I believe…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 05:22 PM
1

Maybe OP is seeing too many edgy women on apps lately. Their algorithms can be quite something, and can tell preferences one never thought about. I’m also guilty of making little effort to help people. I do drop hints here and there, but if men think they can look as bad as they feel like “because women don’t care about looks, dude”, they can be my guest.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 04:59 PM
2

If they aren’t aware then it probably works. I meant people who are socially clueless and whip out a list of questions like they’re HR or police.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 04:22 PM
1

Heh, the tiers do make sense, and yeah, people usually can’t fathom what’s way higher or lower than them.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 04:19 PM
1

I’m speaking for myself too, I’ve always only seen women doing it. Sometimes female friends send screens of guys doing that too. Do you really mean a direct police style interrogation?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 05:06 AM
1

It seems like a lot of people don’t know it’s a dance, not a one sided interrogation. Nowadays I immediately quit if a woman does that. They always do it right away if they do it at all, no fun and sex before. I obviously think it’s mostly women doing it, what do you guys think?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 04:52 AM
1

Really good stuff, did you get that model somewhere or is it original research?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 04:08 AM
1

That article explains modern dating better than trp or fds. Indeed most complain about the same things: too much swiping and everyone pretending they don’t care. I solved the first by not swiping on anyone but the latter is harder. It usually takes some pretending so we don’t look desperate.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 03:45 AM
1

Oneitis is a funny word and it’s true, and expected. So short relationships can be fun but I wouldn’t easily get into an LTR nowadays, I’d need to find an amazing woman for that to happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 02:42 AM
1

A surfer would be in a pretty good spot regardless, given their physique. My reply was a bit incoherent so let’s try again. Women have it much easier when it comes to casual dating because they’re mostly passive, men will make sure that happens. I know, LTR are hard to come by for everyone, but they start as casual, usually. I’ve had my share of older women back then, but I still felt clueless and never felt I was in control of the game until much later. Only recently, with apps and a bit before…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/20 12:16 AM
2

We mostly agree then. One thing that’s easy to spot is the breakdown of social mores awareness, people seem lost on social media, and many probably don’t know most youth fights are for show. It’s often shoving, with occasional fists, but I wouldn’t be surprised if today they think it’s a pick between doing nothing, and blowing up and causing serious harm. Many parents seem to tell kids to never ever do anything, just be a punching bag. Sometimes, it’s better to shove back and let both blow some …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:39 PM
1

I hear female friends complaining about it often though, so things must be bad out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:26 PM
2

Kinda. I stopped being physical around 20, and never started fights since. But I won’t stand around seeing shit and injustice. Some people need to be taken down. Evil exists because good allows it. If everyone were pacifist, we’d speak German, eat sauerkraut, and heil the fuhrer, like The Man in the High Castle.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 11:37 AM
2

Tip: other than rule 1 and 2, don’t swipe on anyone. That’s right, it’s a waste of time, it’s better to pay to see who swiped on you. Except tinder, their computational power is so high you should swipe a few every hour to avoid shadow banning or some such.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 11:23 AM

You dumb fucks, my point is, even though I get enough matches, and some of them are juicy, most don’t reply. It is what it is, a numbers game.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 11:17 AM
1

Yeah, sugar and bread, they’re so evil. Always forcing you to buy them at gunpoint.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 11:10 AM
1

Before dating apps were a thing, I’d rather err on the safe side. But nowadays, I’m keeping tabs and around half of women I meet do get it the O, even on first date casual sex. No, I’m not asking them. Yes, I’m one of those guys who make some effort, and don’t look average.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 10:42 AM
1

I can’t argue with you that, so automod it goes. That’s pretty much it, why would women have casual sex otherwise?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 10:32 AM
2

I have a good solution for all men afraid of telling. Do it from the get go, so they stick around at their own risk. But then again I’m not average and not a good measurement for average men.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 10:14 AM
2

It’s hard to think of most men do. I’ve always had female friends, and pretty much all of them wanted something more, or at least reckon I’m not a bad match. I still admit it was sometimes orbiting from my POV, mostly when I was younger.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:48 AM

I avoid vows because I think it’s serious business, and it’s hard to grant exceptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:40 AM

Right. Just don’t rule out unusual women if you see them. Some are unicorns maybe, just ride them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:33 AM
1

Ok, last post from drunken night spree. Because we know things you average men don’t. A lot of those women are high value, despite the manosphere hung ups with ncount. So when it comes to put things on a spreadsheet, and judge, they win, get it?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:17 AM
1

Not at all, just a throwaway. Always been atheist and progressive.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:09 AM
1

I had not managed to get one when I was 18-25. I look unusual for my age but I agree, waiting is a foolish errand. I suspect the women half my age think I’m just a fun adventure, not a match.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 09:04 AM
1

I mostly agree, but not every guy looks great at 40, so pick your pick carefully. If you find a good woman, I’d say cash out. Or wait until 40.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 08:52 AM
1

Meh I pick them based on that, if anything, because most women have sex with me within hours of meeting, so how could I know? I actually care more if they’re intelectually, and class compatible.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 08:43 AM
1

How about this? Don’t put up with bullshit, and vet men carefully. But don’t ditch them after one date once he gets past that? Think about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 08:39 AM

I’m just telling you how it works. PS lift PPS lookism
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 08:07 AM

Fiiine. But you know what I mean. Women can be pretty relentless. They just helicopter until you bend. Thank (insert god).
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 08:03 AM

You’re mostly right. But let me tell you about the perks of looking 15 years younger, it’s just... like playing life with cheat codes. I’ve been with 20yo girls since I’m... 20. PS: lookism
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:57 AM
1

Uh, let me see. Once women reach 30, not even abs and a good face is enough, and I don’t even need to work all the time. They demand some really crazy shit even though they can’t provide much in return, so take this advice as you will: you’re better off with a good body and dating 20yo, than trying to satisfy some sagging 30yo.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:54 AM
1

Alright, it’s drunken spree night. I lost count of how many women have asked me out. But for what’s worth, I married a woman who had asked me out, and refused LTR with almost all the rest. However, their ncount or how quickly they put out has meant very, very little.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:43 AM
1

I can respect that, man, but come on. From a realistic POV. All my 8s and 9s happened because they approached or made it easy. Should I really had refused my half a dozen goddesses just because? I talk from experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:31 AM
1

Alright, it’s “I won’t read other replies night”. Women asking me out has worked out most of the time, more often than not. But then again they weren’t dumb, they were my league or just one step below.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:26 AM

I hear you, And if you dumbasses downvoting me think it’s easy to avoid carbs, it’s not. But between shitty carbs and 20yo pussy, I know what I prefer.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:23 AM
1

Tonight I’m drunk and I won’t read other replies before I reply. Hell yes. The first time I’ve been with a model I was like 19. That happens again every few years, and they want it raw. They don’t give a shit if we do it all raw. I’m not even even tall but I’m obviously not average. But I’m obvious, they don’t need to guess. So what can I say? The rp isn’t entirely wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 07:08 AM
1

Before I read other replies: being chad lite enables you to split the bill often. Even women you thought it’d be impossible. Yes, they ask you to split the bill, to fuck their ass, gargle your cum, for what it’s worth.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 06:47 AM
3

Take this with a big pile of salt: true. I’ve seen girls do it all from 9-15. Meanwhile, even my smart male friends took their sweet time and started trying from 15-20. So yeah, society revolves around ancient norms, and no amount of bullshit or politicatilly correct will fix it. Fuck tradcons and feminists.

Right High five just in case

Case in point: I’m drunk, so take this with salt. My ex wife is a 7, I’d guess I’m an 8. Normal with female hypergamy, right? She gets a fuckaton likes in hours, I get 3 likes a day. I match with models, b celebrities, so don’t fell bad. I’m really her friend and I tell I her how apps work. If any man is dumb enough to take apps seriously, jesus. Just see it like a bonus. If you’re a 7+guy, don’t worry, results will come, just play it and don’t put women on a pedestal. Do you really wanna see my…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/20 06:17 AM

Tldlr and I don’t give a shit: I’ve matched with a suicideidgirl, which was my most interesting match ever. If you dumb fucks can’t stop eating carbs, have a dad bod, and can’t help it, go die in a fire... I’ve met 20yo girls, I’m double their age, and if you can’t stop eating fast food, fuck you.

That’s just the weekly preaching on how the past was wonderful and the sky is falling. I often think about how the middle classes nowadays live like nobility in the past as recently as a few centuries ago, at least when it comes to creature comforts, despite persistent inequality. There’s also this fantasy on how the poor married and lived happily ever after. They didn’t take it so seriously, marriage was an upper class institution. A lot of people simply lived together as hoc, and many more sim…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/20 06:59 AM

No worries, fds like values are rare, they’re unicorns, even harder to find than trp irl.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/20 04:05 PM
3

Ironically fds and their brethren is proof the manosphere is right about many things, even from a progressive point of view.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/20 04:02 PM
5

I’ve seen some above average friends and acquaintances try it and just fail. Take into consideration some concepts like female hypergamy and it just doesn’t add up. They want a guy who puts her on a pedestal but if any does it then he’s not worth it, no woman truly likes it for long except if “the one” does it... but the one is usually a guy way above her. One of my friends was asking me recently to join one of the so called elite dating apps using her link provided and I wondered wtf that was a…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/20 03:53 PM
5

Fds is a specific kind of weird. It’s not trp for women, rpw already exists. Maybe some kind of radical trp counterpoint? Wgtow? Add some incel elements? Let’s start with what I can agree with and recommend my female friends to do before pills were a thing: never take bullshit from men, for that’s how abuse begins, and pick relationships carefully, specially any kind of long term. Now, most of the rest is insane. They want some conservative elements like not splitting bills, waiting for sex, but…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/20 03:33 PM
5

Exactly but a lot of women try to rationalize that into something else, just look at the comments here. And then, somehow it’s still the man’s fault. Learn with rpw: no title no relationship, it’s that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/20 10:38 PM
1

After thinking about it for a while, the issue on the manosphere with sluts is because most don’t actually get access to sluts. Fuming about them doesn’t help when it comes to casual sex. Most actual players know sluts is the way to go outside of LTR. The game is rigged against men already, why make it even harder trying to casual up prudes?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 03:12 AM
1

Interesting but you’re basically saying a minority of men are tipped beyond a point. Like Pareto or the pills... One factor that plays a role indeed is how often a man talks to women, not in a dating context only. Some men never had such formative years, so they act in cringe ways even if they do most things right.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 02:38 AM
1

Right. But when you frame it that way, it’s the same anywhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 02:08 AM
1

What’s the point anyway? Are fuckboys supposed to be cringe, and players are the successful guys?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 02:02 AM
1

Why not? What’s the difference between 500k and 20m people? After a certain point it’s too many people to be recognized, isn’t it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 01:43 AM
8

I heard calling her 10+ times is the way to go. Women can’t resist such perseverance. Such charming nice guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 01:39 AM
2

I don’t think I’m a good source when it comes to LTR. But you don’t know her, it’s just an image so far. You seem to want two polar opposite lifestyles, playing the field, and settling with a family oriented girl. Despite what trp says, I haven’t seen many guys doing both successfully irl.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 01:35 AM
1

Such men are not LTR material in practice, except when they choose a stunner woman to try to settle with. That list sounds good except you don’t need a fat wallet for casual sex. I don’t know about others but I don’t do sugar dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 01:28 AM
1

Do you mean 3 different women a month? That’s a bit too high a bar, unless the guy dumpster dives, goes for fat, ugly, old, unfit women. I suppose I could do that and reach more than 3 even, but I like them slim so it’s around 1 a month lately. It’s not a matter of getting bored. Sure I wish I could snap my fingers and have them jump on me, but life doesn’t work that way, and I don’t like long dry spells if I can help it. Looks don’t last forever, and while I’m an outlier, time will catch up wit…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 01:23 AM
1

That was... interesting. That guy sounds off, but on a second analysis, he’s right about some things.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 01:14 AM
1

I can’t speak for others. But from experience and what I’ve heard, people don’t count after 10, it’s a blur. Most who can get casual sex don’t settle down for the sake of it, there must be good reasons. Single life isn’t that great if you prefer steady sex. Men say they want to bang other girls to sound manly, and people want what they can’t have.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 12:41 AM
2

That can’t be serious. It’s not even tbp, manipulation or pua, it’s trolling playing with words.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 12:30 AM
3

Shit, now I’m busted, godamnit, why are you telling the masses???
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 12:25 AM
13

You can do it over text too. Nothing else screams manly as loud. Time it when she breaks up with that inconvenient boyfriend.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 12:19 AM
1

I guess. Medium large cities can work too, no? The good news is people can live in their general vicinity fairly easily.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 12:05 AM
1

For younger men it must be more exciting. Or if they never managed to do it, it must sound like a big deal. I did some of the things you mentioned so no, casual sex doesn’t take all my waking thoughts, there’s more to life. But it matters, some of us don’t like dry spells.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/20 12:02 AM
1

It’s not so fun after you do it often enough, and nothing is really free.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 11:43 PM
1

So anything not LTR is casual? That’s almost all I’ve had in life and while it’s not so bad, it’s far from the utopia some people claim. I don’t see things that way, medium term is very different from casual casual ONS.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 11:42 PM
1

Marriage? I was thinking casual actually.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 11:37 PM
1

Men in good shape can play the field way past 35.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 08:31 PM
13

The problem of the pills is most men around here have mental issues, hangups, and see casual sex as some holy grail. Listen to people who have been there and done that, not incels. Casual is certainly nice and has its ups, but you really won’t get sex on the regular as a man unless you’re giga chad or dumpster dive. I have like 1k matches a year and even then it’s a crapshoot, there are dry and rainy spells. It’s more fun and it takes less effort to go after fwb, casual dating, plating, whatever…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 08:27 PM
1

Yeah but to be fair men have been getting worse too. In the last 10 or 20 years, people have been changing to shitty voices and speech patterns.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 04:34 PM
1

Lots of people have no clue or don’t care about rules. Find your sweet spot. You could try a 4 face and a good body, a 6 face fat body. There are many other factors to date down to, class, academics, age. Try to be someone’s type or fetish, if you’re really a nondescript average man, things will be harder. Try to figure out your own types and fetishes.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/20 04:15 PM

You should go after 4s, if you really are a 5 man. How do you know that to begin with? 4s and 3s make themselves available to you? Unless you’re willing to put in a lot of work, chase like a sucker and monkey dance. Downvoting won’t change female hypergamy, as much as you can’t change gravity or thermodynamics.

Yeah, anyone can get obese women. And honestly, 30+, fat, 5-, working class, no college women should be within reach of random average guys. Their problem is they have no clue how to deal with women, and are on the lower range of average themselves.

You want to see a woman aged 30-40, desperate to settle, go absolutely bananas? Tell her you’re seeing younger women. It’s a guaranteed kaboom, you can see them here on ppd often. The weird thing is a bunch of radical conservative men agree with them no age gap shall be allowed.

Hey, there’s a good lesson here. Guys, run the other way when you see women wearing so much makeup on the first date. Some women are right on one point: men usually don’t know what good makeup looks like nowadays.

There’s one piece of advice most men don’t get. Try to lower your standards as much as you can, seriously. Work on yourself, or course, so decent women will be interested. And get used to hypergamy, kicking and screaming won’t help.

Always have cheap first dates, and be quick and decisive: try to get out as quick as you can, if she fumbles around waiting for you to pay for her coffee. The counterintuitive right action is to pay and avoid her unless she changes that tune. A few bucks is a cheap price to pay to learn about someone, and dodge a bullet. No equal relationship will come out of unequal early dates. One exception is casual sex on the first date from apps. If you learn how to do it, then buying some beers, having se…

In short, it only works if the feeling is mutual. Given women are on average on higher demand than men, specially attractive women compared to orbiters, they don’t live the same kind of life. Orbiters tend to be men with scarcity mentality, and always bait and switch women with “friendship”. You have no idea how it feels, based on your premise. Even with genders switched, it feels weird. More than half of my female friends end up baiting and switching me, and it feels odd, it’s been a long time …

Supposedly men gate relationships, so when we don’t concede it, it was “just sex”.

At first I agreed with that, I can recall quite a few women who did that. But then I figured a lot of men did it too, so it’s not a gender issue, most people are just acquaintances, not friends.

Things were different back then. People with poor imagination couldn’t get such graphical images. People couldn’t see such models doing extreme porn and all sorts of fetishes. Ime moderation is key, watch it but don’t spend too much time on it, nor every day.

I won’t bother thinking what color I am. I just take from all pills whatever works. Trp imo is a quest on its early stages to figure out the new relationship dynamics, since tbp is outdated. It’s pseudoscience but there’s a lot of good practical advice.

You sure? 10% sounds great. In much of the extended west, it’s like 30-70%, even for young women. It’s like a zombie apocalypse but with fatsos. Right, ugly features on plain faces are bad. I usually go for all over plain 6s, no ugly features but with nice bodies. They’re easier and feel better during sex than chubbies with good faces, and are less demanding, too, so the better choice for casual. Of course I try 7s but they’re usually not very interested.

So what’s the situation in Russia? What percentage would you say is fat in cities? We’re very vague on the internet. What is ugly? Fat? I can’t stand fatties, so even the kinda ugly women I did were thin. Also, in the age of tinder and obesity epidemic, we need to adapt. Thin, young, plain, is the new good.

Some people are insufferable, but I’ve never seen some uneducated woman I was interested in, specially if you mean not even high school. Very educated women suffer from hypergamy, their dating pools are tiny. They made that problem themselves by believing tbp. The point is OLD, its usage doesn’t even correlate with being LTR material, and it most certainly doesn’t hold a causation relation. Only tecnophobes refuse to use it in 2020. It’s not women, it’s society as a whole. I was thinking tbp is merely the sum of outdated customs from the 1800s, but that deserves its own thread. Probably... I can find casual with decent looking women, though. Are you a woman? There’s no need to hide a slight there, “being a fucking man”. If the manosphere is even remotely right, some men can afford to wait for women to signal interest, or swipe first. It’s how hierarchy and inequality works. It’s not even a big deal if they swipe first, it still takes some work to persuade them to have casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/20 04:07 PM

Actually I’m not as I’m not looking for LTR right now, and even then most “matches” are meaningless. I don’t mind single mothers per se but I’ve found out kids make logistics harder, even casual sex.

I’m not sure about that, women don’t fuck and tell, right? Otherwise I’m finding outliers on the regular. I’m not swiping right on them. It’s a feature on most apps, usually paid: it tells you who swiped on you first. I “swipe” on them to clear them from that list, hence why I have to unmatch them.

It’s like job interviews, it’s a given. It’s a game about who can be more clever and vague. I don’t agree with the part you say hypergamy doesn’t exist, but the logic on how people are driving themselves into lack of sex sounds correct. I don’t know whether women are jealous or mad, maybe some vocal ones. Most are ignorant, and think anyone, male, female, will suddenly develop huge muscles by standing in the general vicinity of a gym. It’s the other way around, it takes a lot of work. Also, basic fallacy. “I don’t like it, I’m a woman, so all women don’t like it.”

/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/20 01:09 PM

Then make it easy for them, maybe they’ll even change their mind. What they call skinny is actually toned, shredded, swimmer / cyclist body. Few women are into scrawny, stick figure omgz im starving bodies. When they say tons of muscles they mean bodybuilders / roided / gym bros.

It depends on what you call slut. High ncount done discreetly might be ok, but super crazy high sex worker is a hard sell. Also, we don’t live in a vacuum. Heh yeah, wall of text but yeah. Good one on happiness too. However, one fundamental human mistake is to target a wide audience. Both for jobs and relationships, it’s better to find niches. Look and sound generic enough so most people won’t mind you, but distinct enough to target segments.

What a weird question. Divisions in human history have been based on class, not the capability to breed.

The truth lies on the middle ground. Sure, women who are truly into you will be open to some sort of rough sex, tough love. But I think most of them are into a soft version of porn sex, don’t expect crazy shit, specially not early. You can most of the time expect positive reactions from you doing oral, light slapping, some dirty talk, and being noisy (don’t act like you live with your parents next room).

I have trouble understanding male thirst. Sure, I’ve been dealt an above average hand, but I can’t even get hard for women I don’t care about. I’ve been with even 4s and 5s, but they’ve always been slim or young at least. Do men really fuck landwhales? I gotta press F to pay respects, I can’t do it.

You can also be nonchalant about it, depending on how outrageous it is. Playful tests usually turn into fun banter. I can recall two overboard shit tests recently. One said she found me ugly and swiped on me and agreed to meet anyway. I can’t recall the last time someone called me ugly and it caught me by surprise, so I was like, ok, why bother meeting then. It turned out she had pretty bad self image issues. The other one asked me if I were gay, but I was better prepared this time, having read …

Even trp supporters forget about the ability to pass shit tests. They come any time and have the funny tendency to catch you with your pants down, or cause a strong emotional reaction if you don’t expect it. Whenever I read guys complaining online they get dates but no casual sex, I think “you just don’t deal well with shit tests“.

I can mostly confirm that statement, OP. Posting ads looks like a waste of time unless the guy has the right kind of personality, which I don’t know exactly what it is. I can put dating apps to use but any attempt at messaging randomly is pointless. No match means no date and they rarely reply. I recall placing ads on websites like fetlife and it was absolutely useless, after writing one, every year, for a while. No cis female gives a shit to ads. The attractive men I know and actually get women…

There’s that meme stating online forums attract a lot of people on the autistic spectrum, and everyone is ugly, and there are no women on the internet, but a meme is just a meme, a trope.

That means little more than someone supporting fds has managed to slip in this artic... advertisement on wsj, just like so many other ads. So what? Trp uses politically incorrect language so it’s hardly surprising it won’t be published on mainstream media, but that’s no news, women are the ones with better indirect tactics skills. And it’s an unusual form of insecurity I’ve never seen irl. Most guys just want sex however it comes, they don’t make small print definitions on what is valid or not. Obviously tinder dates don’t care that much about my rmv, but it’s still nice and a tiebreaker. If they’re messaging several vaguely attractive guys they go for the ones with the best logistics, clothes, homes. The “homeless thug gets all pussies” trope is mostly false. The pillsphere should add an extra section on apps. Everyone is fat until proven otherwise, be it pics, videos. If a profile is all face closeups, angled shots, or all they show is forearms at most, it’s a 99% chance it’s a fat person.

To be really honest, some women take into consideration my rmp even though we won’t have LTR, and you know what, who cares, it’s not like I need to make extra effort, it’s just there. They probably think of it as some kind of unusual treat but so what, winning is winning. Slim and young = good. You obviously take casual sex as validation, but only on your own terms, whatever that might be. It’s even weirder than incels, as you can get sex somehow. No u. It’s entirely possible some people put women on a pedestal and oppress them at the same time, hell even some women do it, and it’s the basic narrative of human history. I’m only bothering to reply in the hopes someone will read it and get something out of it.

Very very much so, and I’m old enough to present a decent case. Before phones, everyone tried harder, for everything, be it LTR, friendship, casual sex, fwb, even jobs. Nowadays nobody cares, there’s always a new sucker next week.

Your opinion doesn’t count, nor does mine, it’s all about other people. Can you match with 8s on apps? I can, even though they don’t reply, so I know I’m worth something, I’m just not their top pick. I’m lazy or I’d pursue 7s. The same applies for social skills, your opinion means nothing, other people must rate you. Do you want casual sex or a relationship? It’s entirely different games for either. Who cares it’s getting old? Welcome to the big league.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/20 03:29 PM

Can I upvote that more? I grew up with socially retarded parents but I made up for that reaching out to people, the more different the merrier. I realized early they were mentally ill and the key to deal with people is being flexible, quite the opposite of what is seen online, from forums and social media. Half of what I get from dating apps comes from the fact I don’t mind people all over the political and social spectrum, specially when sex is on the table. The key is being pleasant if only fo…

They’re delusional. Ime, the best fun brackets are 20-30 and 40+. They get extremely picky 30-40, want to marry, and even though it’s understandable to be picky for a LTR, it doesn’t make sense to be being saggy. To be brutally honest, in dozens of meetings from apps, I’ve never ever been with a woman 30-40, because they start their “must have baby asap” routine and I drop them for someone more fun, 95% of the time someone 18-30.

You mean fat or obese, and no, don’t fuck them, that’s gross, That’s exactly the percentage of women I immediately unmatch with, as I don’t swipe on anyone, just wait for women to swipe.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/20 02:47 PM

You’re doing something wrong or lacking something, or most likely you expect too much and think too much of yourself. Your description is pretty similar to mine and I can put apps to use just fine. Thing is, they aren’t LTR material mostly. Young, cute, good fucks, but that’s it 90% of the time. I target 6s with hot bodies, lower rmp, slightly lower smp. But I do have decent texting and closing game, have my own place, yadda yadda.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/20 02:37 PM

All those things are true at the same time. Just because women are oppressed it doesn’t mean people don’t put you on a pedestal.

People go for appearances. The same autonomy and novelty could be achieved with niche, part time, high risk, unusual jobs, but women want the titles and status. Case in point, I’m an unusual bum who decided to not have a career through inaction. On dating apps, when I name the university I went to (but never finished) I match with doctors, lawyers, engineers, when I don’t, I match with slim cute girls half my age.

Random piece of useless advice: even if you want to make guys wait (I think that’s a bad idea), you must make it abundantly clear you’re sexually interested. That means innuendo, groping, kissing, hugging. No decent man is gonna wait for you like it’s 1900.

I see no reason to discriminate based on how fast she agrees to sex. I’ve been to LTR with sex early, who cares really. Also, 90+% of women have sex with me on the first or second date, so why would I try to figure out the outliers?

Nice list but... throughout history, human societies have known better than sacrifice women in conflicts. Actually women are the war prize. Social groups who didn’t know men are replaceable, so we’re the the ones to go to war, disappeared. Oppression is a completely different matter. So it’s a weird situation in which a group is at the same time put on a pedestal, not replaceable, the war prize and also repressed.

Maybe but alphas are needed to lead uprisings, usually. Or a top beta with his sights on the top spots.

I pretty much agree to your point, but I also agree certain situations are not right at all, when it comes to paternity. The math from OP is just funny, but some guys and girls aren’t good people. This subject is much harder to navigate than some autistic “lolz everyone should always tell the truth”. Sometimes, it really is better for everyone to just let it slip. Let sleeping dogs lie, if anything, for the sake of the child.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/20 12:01 AM
2

That’s the first thing I thought when I read the title, but if we’re gonna work with math, the odds of people on the spectrum on Reddit is obviously higher than in the general population. So crisis averted?

I have no idea who you guys are on this reply, but it’s indeed too much hate from everyone. People take advantage of online venues to distill their worst poisons. I hope you’re young, I’ve been there, done that, but you can learn. Just to be clear, this thread has mostly men hating women, but don’t think for a second the opposite doesn’t happen all the time as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/20 02:58 PM

Yeah, most guys and specially girls have no idea it takes 3 years of constant pain to get a decent physique. That’s right, most people have no idea lifting means endless pain.

To be brutally honest, I think incels want the western version of the virgins’ paradise some Muslims talk about. They hate chad but dream about becoming him making zero effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 09:27 PM
2

Some men complain too much. It’s been like that since the inception of inequality, probably around the time agriculture was adopted. Sexless or low frequency sex for men has been a thing since millennia. The only difference is the internet became popular, now it’s a talking point. Nowadays, there are recipes to become if not chad lite, at least attractive enough to get some action. It’s really not hard in a world of male landwhales. Tbh the pillsphere and related forums are mostly an echo chambe…

They do, some even cold approach, buy drinks, do the legwork of setting up dates, propose LTR. But that’s a small minority, 5-10%. Most just show IOI.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 10:53 AM
1

So much this. I find it baffling how some guys keep parroting online about cold approaches. It’s not worth it, even for attractive guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 10:46 AM
1

On the dread game, it only works if you have substantial leeway. The shut-ins on Reddit think they can bluff but that only works on insecure women. At any rate, basing a relationship on dread is tiresome and unhealthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 10:42 AM
1

I would date a woman version of myself but I doubt such a person would give the time of the day. Hypergamy. Also, what’s considered attractive in women isn’t the same as in men, so she would be more attractive than I am. Stacy through and through.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 10:27 AM

It’s really simple, in the present day, from a male pov, the rp works better than the bp. Just don’t be a twat and take the rules literally. Rookies can memorize rules, the experienced know the exceptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 09:40 AM
2

Women have a stronger desire than men, for what they can’t have, despite what the bp says. On some things, the rp is right. I’ve seen girls go from insecure to uninterested because I gave them some safety. And just recently, I decided I wouldn’t care whether my ONS wanted to meet more than once, and guess what, now they want to be fwb. You girls are crazy.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 09:17 AM

Just to piss the incels off: raises hand I just bought a b plan and another girl is lined up tomorrow, how about that, crybabies? Do you even lift? PS I’m not tall, though. PPS I’m also drunk.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 11:41 PM

It would look really weird if the man charged rent in such a situation. Actually, the same applies to a woman with such a house.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 11:33 PM
1

Yeah, like you would refuse girls if they gave you a chance. Anyway, enjoy the tears while I add a couple notches for the weekend.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 11:31 PM
2

True that. It’s still on him to figure it out, though. If it’s a woman who isn’t down for casual, he should either stick around and get into LTR mode, or move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 03:42 PM
3

That’s an interesting thread indeed. Who would have thought a bi guy would have the answer on why women are cautious. So many guys fail at casual sex because they can’t wait just an hour or two longer, it seems.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 02:39 PM
2

Wait, just because some guys won the face genes lottery, lift, and can keep a conversation going, it’s the end of the world? And they’re the sociopaths? I thought incel content was banned on ppd.

The consensus is average men have a fairly hard time to get anything whatsoever from apps, so it’s more likely to drag down their self-worth. I’m just applying logic. I don’t see people “from an app” as fundamentally different, just as I don’t think much of ordering food or applying for jobs online.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 04:36 AM
1

You answered your own question. People have their own standards, look around and decide who makes the cut. Looks matter. Men start with yes and if we don’t find disqualifiers, we’re good to go. Women start with maybe and it takes work to build up from that.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 04:28 AM
2

That’s really rare, I saw one guy online doing that, he wasn’t doing it every day. And even then, it’s chads with good game, living in the right area. Everything is stacked for them. The girls catching feelings doesn’t mean they really think they have a shot at a LTR. The rest of chad lites have to play the game at a certain level of competence. Stop making strawmen and claiming the sky is falling.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 04:23 AM
2

Interesting, so tall buff guys have a larger pool to choose from, but women take longer to trust them.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 04:07 AM
3

Yeah and I can add one more: it makes the guy picky on LTR prospects too, therefore he gets himself in an impossible situation.

People want what they can’t have.

It depends on what the stay at home partner actually does. They can add a lot of value and savings if they work hard at home, but can also be lazy potatoes that make the LTR a drain.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 02:26 AM

By that logic, women are even more likely to have a distorted grasp of reality, considering they’re heavily outnumbered on tinder. I enjoy learning the technical side of dating apps beyond just getting casual sex from them. That source is pretty old, I guess tinder has reached a 70-80% male share now. In areas where half of the female profiles are bots, that means only 10-15% of users are women. That works against men, not you. I wouldn’t mind something serious that started on apps. Compatibilit…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 02:19 AM

I agree but I wasn’t thinking of ugly women, for LTR they have to be at least cute regardless. Hell they could be one class bracket below. But I don’t believe men here are truly willing to dumpster dive.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/20 02:06 AM
2

You’re describing a deus ex machina even more powerful than chadness. I’ve always had friends and buddies playing the game on easy mode, and not gonna lie, I feel like I’m using an I-win button when dealing with 6s and below. If you gave me a button that worked on most stacies, I’d take it to see how it goes, and work to counter the burdens.

It’s funny how online forums argue about male height, just like people argue about say, tits irl. Of course it matters but not as much as some argue. Women shouldn’t deny it and scramble to think of exceptions, and men shouldn’t say it’s a death sentence like an incel. I suppose there are several cutoff points. 6’, 5’11, 5’9, 5’7, 5’5, with increasing impact. However, ime women care about it for LTR more than casual, unlike what men on Reddit claim. You guys just can’t get casual sex for other r…

I rarely find myself in such a situation but mostly women with opposite values, or expect to be entertained, or dined and wined. Way back then I’ve seen some who were too shy or uptight. Lately, there were some fatfishes.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 07:26 PM

Online forums are weird. Are you guys serious about LTR or marriage with a woman way below your class? Read it again, it’s not a tinder date. There are plenty of cuties out there dtf after some beers. While I’m not interested in any serious form of LTR right now, if I were, I wouldn’t even consider a woman with no job, or income, or a degree, or some net worth. What’s the point in committing to someone so far below? Beta bucks?

As much as we’d like life to be a fairy tale, it isn’t. Reading the other replies I can add some bits. That thing they call looksmatch is spot on. Being hot can work against you, it has several drawbacks people have no idea about. It makes people clingy, and see you as a prize they don’t want to let go even when a relationship has run its course. It makes people insecure, women keep asking me stupid questions like how many I’ve brought home lately. Insecurity makes people do retarded shit like p…

That sub is a karma farm. There are many reasons to use apps. It helps introverts, busy people, those working graveyard shifts, living close but not so close to cities. I heard in the US, half of the female profiles are bots but how does that affect you?

Specially mental health issues. Men have been drawing the short end of the stick since forever. It seems like things are improving lately, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 08:33 AM

Sure, I agree most men send shitty messages. Have you seen what most women send, though? Guess what, low effort messages, albeit not creepy or desperate. What pisses some guys off, is the fact some women are open to low effort when it’s convenient. We can blame social mores or tbp for peddling the notion women don’t care about looks, but the cat is coming out of the bag. My strategy on apps or approaching irl revolves around low effort. It quickly selects for those who are interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 08:27 AM
3

Maybe there’s something that causes guys to act that way. What’s your attachment style? Have you felt they wanted to split, but you held them at any cost? Ask a real life friend, if you have one that’s brutally honest. Online is just too little info to tell.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 08:07 AM

Nobody owes anyone anything, it’s just that there are consequences. If you’re willing to narrow down your options, more power to you. Just don’t go around saying it’s a “weird trick, stacies hate them”, magic solution to attract elusive good men.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 07:52 AM

What do you mean? You either don’t wanna see them again or catch feelings and try to upgrade it. Everyone with options plays “let’s see where it goes “.

The tragedy of human history is that most people have no idea most of us have just one enemy in common. Fun fact: the objectively best woman I’ve been with, 9/10 and well rounded through and through, secretly had a cam gig and had lots of fun doing that.

I believe many rp concepts are just concepts, food for thought. The issue is, some guys take it literally, can’t wrap their heads around it, and come to Reddit to complain all day long.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 01:27 AM
3

You can work on getting ever closer to chad. Of course looks matter, a lot. But... spoiler: chads aren’t bitter and don’t complain, well, not much.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 01:09 AM
1

I can think of a few possibilities. You have lower than average sex drive, go find compatible people. You seem to think people compatible with you for non-sexual times owe you a relationship. Spoiler: they don’t. What’s so bad about a platonic friend, anyway? How would you rate yourself on an 1-10 pleasantness scale? Do you look for people rated similarly?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 01:06 AM
2

Chad is a concept and an ideal. There are no perfect chads and the last thing you want is falling into the trap of hating them. By emulating chads, you can get casual sex with young girls way beyond your 20s.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 12:52 AM
1

I still agree with the old school idea that it’s harder for women, but the gap is closing. Beauty is great and all, but given diminishing returns, it’s best to improve everything (social skills, texting, clothing) a bit rather than trying to get a perfect body. Also, I think men try too hard to impress other men, and women other women. Use your brain before you decide to be the largest gymbro or the perfect IG egirl with 10 surgeries, maybe that’s not your cup of tea.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/20 12:41 AM

It was just a lame joke about you guys being married to each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 10:18 PM

You don’t have to be chad but it takes some balls. When women play their script, “you just want to get in my pants”, I reply they’re right, and they think it’s funny.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 10:00 PM
1

Wtf, are you guys married or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 09:45 PM
1

That already exists in some countries. Maybe not in absolute terms as per your description, but cohabitation and domestic partnership get almost all the perks a marriage has, at least if legal matters arise.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 09:39 PM
2

Yeah, that’s not a gender war, it’s not about hating each other. Everyone is getting out of control, reaching levels of delusion the last generation could never had imagined. But women have it worse, social media is manipulating even ugly ones to think of themselves as a catch.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 09:29 PM
1

Aren’t we splitting hairs now? By the very definition of female hypergamy, men go one league lower for easy casual sex, which is true. You mentioned some clueless people imagining some mythical giga chad slaying hundreds of stacies, and I agree. They go instead for anything cute and above.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 08:02 PM
1

Wait, what do you mean seeing each other for months and platonic? Like drink buddies?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 07:53 PM
1

When that happens, more power to you. I prefer to figure out how to attract the hottest women I can, though. And below average doesn’t cut it, I wish it would.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 07:32 PM
3

That’s why I say rp is weird but bp is much worse. You guys are completely delusional. The just world fallacy is just sad. So many guys complain they can’t get women for anything sexual or relationship related, and I believe some of them are telling the truth. Some just don’t know how to play the game, some are bad people, yes. But if you think for a second I get some women because I’m nice, spoiler alert: I’m not. OLD is definitely proof it doesn’t work that way, they see some pics, exchange so…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 07:19 PM
1

And even then we should count our blessings, it could be worse. What matters for men is what women say. Even today, some guys try bullshit on me, even if everyone stares at them as what they say makes no sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 06:59 PM
2

If you mean needing a connection, I don’t need it. Beauty standards are there, though, I’m really not interested in below average women. I think chads go for cute or plain face hot body types, too, but not ugly fat women.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 06:50 PM
2

What’s going on here... phones exist. You keep several women’s numbers so you meet them again or for the first time, and keep getting new numbers depending on how hard you’re willing to work. It’s not rocket science. The “bar with only fat chicks” scenario doesn’t exist, because you just pull your phone.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 06:29 PM
2

It’s a matter of how much time and effort you put into it. For above average men, casual sex with above average women once a month isn’t impossible. So do the math. Don’t forget the bar is low nowadays, we live in the landwhale age.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 06:13 PM
2

It depends, a cute woman with hairy legs and no makeup is fine, a below average one with shaved legs and makeup isn’t imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 06:08 PM
1

Thin, petite, young, or if older, fit. Not religious, not conservative, introvert as in not loud, alternative lite looks, smart. That reminds me that time I matched with a suicidegirl on tinder, too bad we never got to meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 05:59 PM
1

Sometimes. Half of the time, sex in itself isn’t spectacular anyway, some people just aren’t compatible. I’ve leaned to get over it fast.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 05:43 PM
5

Honestly, even bassists get way more attention than random guys, and that’s what matters.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 05:00 PM
1

Objectively as in not the not absolute best looks, background, class, I’ve been with. But they were not bad at all, meaningful and subjectively the best, of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 04:53 PM
6

More like low standards or they’re trying to prove something. I don’t think the fact I keep a high bar means I’m neurotic.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 04:47 PM
2

Heh that must have felt great. I’d never had a drugs high from dopamine, though. I can’t recall any one specific amazing day, but it feels good to be with hot, cute girls and have people glaring. Maybe I feel guilty seeing people suffering from real or imaginary slights online. Yeah I know, people come to Reddit to vent. My life looks much easier in comparison. It’s obvious we suffer from insecurity issues deep down, you must have your stories, too. Mine is funny. Let’s call them the mean girls …
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 01:44 PM
1

Yeah, I’ve never been to a restaurant as a first or even early date. Some women dislike it as well, as it’s too formal and looks like trying too hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 11:57 AM
2

So women should have sex even when not so sure about and chalk it up as cost of doing business? I guess it does happen anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 11:47 AM
2

Some women think having sex puts the man into some form of contract, in which anything less than marriage is shitty. Now sure, some guys are shit and lie but some women are just delusional. Even if you spell it out clearly you won’t commit, they come up with something about “being in love and love trumps all”.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 05:25 AM
1

I felt it a few times but they weren’t the best women I’ve been with, there can be only one anyway. They were good options that I had split with at the height of love because reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 04:48 AM
4

Wait, isn’t it “women can’t get over the best man they’ve ever had”? By your definition, I think men can have it too. I know I do.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 04:33 AM
2

Yeah, the “too easy man” thing. Don’t feel bad, it took me almost 40 years to get that one. Some of us are born bp.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 04:22 AM
2

We belong to the same team, OP. I’m not really embarrassed but I think it’s about validation. I hold two opposing ideas, “I’m just average” but I also know that’s not what people think. So getting cute girls is proof of value, matching with hotties is dopamine rush. It’s dawning on me I’ve never pursued a career as that’d be beta bucks, therefore not validating enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 04:13 AM
1

I go after what I find attractive and the bar is fairly high. I’ve been told stories on how I had opinionated tastes even as a child. I can’t fathom what people mean by getting attracted over time. On the other hand, imo hot is hot and attraction doesn’t go down over time. The only time I’ve been with a fat girl, I just couldn’t get hard. I was clothing catfished, and she wasn’t even that fat.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 03:45 AM
1

The shortcut I learned is picking women who look clearly slim, skinny, thin, on pics and with clothes on. Odds are she looks decent naked. Women who look nice clothed it’s a 50/50 shot.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 03:35 AM
1

Yeah words of wisdom right there. Perky tits sometimes don’t look like much clothed, but beware tits that look too good clothed.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/20 03:28 AM
1

There’s usually some risk, even with condoms. There’s also a psychological factor I think I can relate to women. Most men are supposed to become reckless animals when their dick is hard, no idea how much truth is there. I can’t stand the idea of impregnating an ugly woman, or too dumb or too poor, or fat. It would feel shameful, a proof of defeat, scraping the bottom. I’ve always been picky, and even anxious when it comes to dating.

I find a bit baffling how some men obsess about it on the pillsphere. Social media persuaded people to put on a fake life for others to see, and some believe what you see is really what happened. Some guys decided to fixate on sex, just as some fixate on money, cars, drugs, gaming, hobbies. Since some post implying they get sex all the time, it looks like it’s the road to happiness. Sex is great but tell you what, it’s a lot about validation. The worst part is how some guys just want it, and don…

You bet, he got all the womenz! But I was reading how agriculture was the beginning of inequality, with wealth accumulation and marriages to make sure it stayed in the family. Since then, many men and some women have been left out, and it’s still that way today, just in a different package.

That’s most likely girl code for I want you.

I suppose there are two tiers of clowning, life is different for haves and havenots. Some shit everyone has to deal with, if not for casual, for sure when women look for LTR: Shit tests as described by trp. They do it even when they’re up to jump on your cock a couple hours later. Neurotic or whiny = no deal. They prefer men leading the whole fucking time, at least at the early stages. That’s probably why trp call them children. Now, some monkey dancing I hear about but I refuse to play along, n…

I know of at least one, average guys who can provide safe casual sex, keep it down low, and don’t beg for a relationship after the deed.

I think most women were conditioned to be somewhat more social savvy than men, but it’s being eroded quickly in the last decades.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 02:41 AM

It’s a balancing act between safe and adventurous. Most people, women included, don’t want you in their vicinity if you vibe like a psychopath, but you won’t get casual sex if you vibe too boring, savvy?

You mean like a sting operation to build a database of incel terrorists?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 02:06 AM

So work on playing the numbers game, abundance is how you defend against it.

I was reading some sources saying it started around the 1920s, the urban bar/coffee kind of establishment began catering to such people. Men paying the tab started around that time, there were no unchaperoned meetings before, so no need to treat a woman.

Yes, yes. Pasting my own reply from another thread: Do you think such an unbalanced chase is the best for society in the long run? Tbh I think both men and women, at the bottom 80%, are just delusional, and victims of a bad parenting style, which told them everyone is beautiful, special, and participation guarantees prizes. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t.

If you agree to that kind of ideology, will you also accept the top 20% men can do exactly the same thing to 80% of women? I’m not even giga chad, and the standards I hold today to accept an LTR are much higher than most women could deliver. My life isn’t put together, if I had it fixed, I would only LTR stacies with a good head on their shoulders. Do you think such an unbalanced chase is the best for society in the long run? Tbh I think both men and women, at the bottom 80%, are just delusional…

“Do you even lift” is the same as saying “are you even trying to improve yourself”.

Low sociosexuality is a nice concept. So many outliers on online forums make it sound like their personal example is the same as the majority’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/20 09:44 PM

That rule is just being an incel or wgtow with a different name. Who is dumb enough to wait under those terms? Of course the best men just cut their losses. If you want to call those who stick around “hvm” and pretend you won, go ahead but you know that’s bullshit. The only ways that would even remotely work are: a friend, acquaintance, with whom they build up sexual tension as time goes by, or casual dating, in which the guy keeps doing his thing while he “waits”. Hint: he isn’t. But “lolz we’r…

BP is naive, and sticks to the conventional narrative. RP is bitter, makes up weird conclusions, and tries to make things fit their narrative. But it makes good practical observations. Most people from all sides seem to be acting a bravado persona, I don’t believe most behave like that irl.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/20 05:20 PM
2

Would I be picky if I were a woman? Sure I would. That simple bit of logic seems to be too hard for most men on the pillsphere to grasp, though. Is that the best behavior in the long run? Will future generations benefit from it? Hell if I know but how many people are that altruistic? Most of us just do whatever works. Refusing to play the game and blaming others is a feature of the pillsphere.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/20 04:45 PM
2

And they don’t even need to be that attractive, even slim 6s on a good day will cut their losses really fast. Most men truly have no idea what abundance is.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/20 04:19 PM
6

You might be on something. Women have abundance mentality and going through a dry spell doesn’t seem to bother them much, they can get validation from flirting, approaches, getting likes, rather than actual sex. Most of the time, I hear numbers around once every 1 to 3 months when it comes to actually having casual sex. Older women tend to be more cautious, too. I don’t ask the ncount in itself either, I figure it out from what they say and do. Even men don’t chase ncount in itself when they hav…

Quality varies wildly depending on area. Special tinder is just a counter to the idea only low quality women use apps. Everyone does nowadays.

There was a thread this week trying to define Becky. I call 6s and 7s with slim bodies beckies. I think it’s tinder select, part of the interface turns blue when the user switches it on.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/20 03:56 AM
1

Eh, there’s plenty of beckies, even some stacies. As for top women, tinder has a section called blue label or something, most people never get to see it. Iirc there are one or two apps other than blue tinder that cater to celebrities, models, ceos and the like.

I need to take a shower, a tinder date just left my place, but I’ll be right back, OP. See, it’s doable. Ok, now seriously, you all have a point. Several women mentioned I had to beat some retarded odds like 100:1, because they have so many matches and don’t even know where to begin. That shit is like the hunger games. Girls in HS are pursued mostly by somewhat older guys, let’s be realistic, despite what the law says, 15-25. Most don’t seem to make fake fb accounts to sign up on dating apps. Once legal, they get hit on by every age bracket, and sign up on tinder, so the whole fucking area is competing against you. So they pick the best. Do you lift, OP?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/20 03:36 PM

Not all women want that, most don’t pursue that on a conscious level, but the end result is something like that. For what it’s worth, men try to do it, too. We have a long way to go.

Most men seem to be polygamous but not all, a few women are but most don’t seem to be. Yeah, most women are hypergamous, and most people desire others sometimes, even when in a relationship, it’s not a matter of gender. The last breaking news today is... water is wet.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 08:45 PM

Yeah but going dutch is common, it’s usually just some beers, and unless you go out every day, it’s manageable. It’s a pretty good deal for casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 08:24 PM

No shit. Of course it’s someone above her status somehow. Her professors, her bosses. That’s not my problem nor my fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 08:22 PM

It seems the trendy thing nowadays is just some drinks or coffee, and a couple hours.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 06:19 PM
2

Nah, that’s just tradition. Women are reluctant to date down, it’s not like the manosphere has made a revolutionary discovery. That’s actually detrimental to women. As for how do they date up after a PhD, it seems they chase post-phd, or ammount thereof, as silly as it sounds. Or professors and the like.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 06:10 PM
1

It seems the most obvious group is high achieving women. Since they look for men above their income bracket or academic title, at a certain point it just doesn’t work. Both the pillsphere and mainstream media seem to agree on that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 04:53 PM

Women can come from so many things, of course they can from vaginal sometimes. But yeah, it depends on position, mood, it usually isn’t just pumping.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 09:18 AM

Epic for a Friday night. Was it shrooms or acid? But I was thinking whether some people would take it. Immigrants, the poor, incels.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 07:24 AM

Meh, their tolerance for low social skills is higher, that’s all. There is such a thing as too nerdy. There are plenty of women who don’t mind technical subjects, but “local” people will test your social savvy. Foreigners tend to be more forgiving but it has nothing to do with gender.

It’s pretty weird trying to define “what does Becky look like” but ok. I thought it was something like: 5 average, 6 cute, 7 Becky, 8+ Stacy. But some are arguing 5s and 6s are beckies? It’d be pretty funny, by that definition, I’ve been seeing beckies my whole life.

Online forums are a parade of socially inept people. Here’s how it works: you don’t talk about it unless somehow the subject comes up naturally, and even then, most “slayers” don’t keep tally after 10, maybe 20. So it’s never a precise number.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 05:30 AM

Pass the popcorn please, incels and fds are arguing, that’s gonna be fun. For what it’s worth, I think it’s fine women go after the best they can get for casual sex. Also breaking news: water is wet.

Depends on where they live, in large cities there are many discrete options.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 03:58 AM

Hah good ones, specially the need to take a shit. Some guys seem to think a hot girl is worth any sacrifice. That’s mostly a fantasy, it’s great but not a life changing experience. Then they reverse roles and think women would drop their panties on cue just because.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/20 03:56 AM

Since when incel propaganda is allowed here? Is this guy really claiming he has fucked thousands of 1s and 2s, yet he wants to marry a low ncount?

The first one, of course. It’s better than most men so that’s enough. Anything pushing diminishing returns isn’t worth it imo, the effort to become a pro bodybuilder is a job in itself. I’ve been reading some subs. Some average and rather ugly people think they’re a catch. The fact some feel they need to circlejerk, and reply they’re beautiful, they’ll find the right person, doesn’t help at all. Raw physical beauty is measured by how many matches a man gets on apps, how often women check him out, approach, the rest is polite fiction. That said, incels and the rest of the woe is me crowd are at best worthy of compassion, for they’re mentally sick, or at worst dangerous, potentia…

Sunk cost fallacy sounds like a possibility. As for the change of tune whenever a “right guy” comes along, it’s funny when it happens. I’ve seen some women chant the wait mantra, then proceed to have first date sex with me or some guy. Sometimes, it’s hard to disagree with trp.

As in so many things in life, people search for answers, and fds fits their narrative. Having low libido or not liking sex is a trait, it happens, but they make it sound heroic, and fds fits their narrative. Disliking the current dating practices is understandable, many men don’t like it either. But rationalizing it feels better, and fds fits their narrative. Some women chase the wrong guys when aiming for LTR, hypergamy only works up to a point. Filtering for unusual men who put with that so ea…

It’s my job to earn sex, theirs to earn a relationship. Why would I give it away for free?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 04:41 AM

Yeah it can get funny. Since I don’t know how they look in person, or if I’m actually dtf, I just wait until we meet. A female friend told me I’m a feminine man because I’m supposed to fuck anything with a pulse.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 04:06 AM

People don’t know how to behave at that age and I don’t doubt you felt it was creepy. But you know, she was flirting with you.

People will be people. It’s much easier to do some lame ass extrapolation, than learn how the other half lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 02:57 AM

Exactly, some people are just incompatible and that’s perfectly fine. They’re bitter and say all men are terrible because some don’t fit their narrative.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 02:53 AM

There’s a huge middle ground between cavemen who only care about sex and not caring about sex whatsoever. You should know better, no cavemen would bother to discuss it on online forums. Sounds like we’re both content with our choices, at least I hope you are.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 02:17 AM

That’s what I’ve always heard from female friends. It sucks to deal with random guys. Very few men actually have game and are cool with rejection. It’s pretty easy for straight guys to figure it out: when or if you’re approached by gay men, trans, or whatever you aren’t attracted to, how do you feel? Specially if they throw a tantrum.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 02:10 AM
2

Bingo you both. While I’ve figured out how to use OLD, I’m somewhat worried about the social consequences of such a system.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 02:01 AM
3

Yeah, that’s not for everyone but for the right kind of guy it works. I don’t even swipe, I wait for women to swipe on me then I pick from those. If they message first, then it’s shooting fish in a barrel, just don’t say or do anything stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:58 AM
1

Getting matches and actually having casual sex are oranges and apples. If you show up as a 5, after selling the illusion of being 7-8, it’s pretty much a hard pass.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:50 AM
1

Because then they can claim “it’s impossible therefore I won’t even try”. Woe is me. I fixate on it but it’s the other way around, it works for me so I gotta keep up to date.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:45 AM

Kinda, it sounds like incel pipedreams, or ultra religious customs. Hard pass.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:40 AM

Not putting up with 3 months is thirsty? Do you live in a western country? Putting sex on a pedestal has more to do with being singleminded, dumb bros, but dating is a package deal. Don’t forget you have competition. If someone tries that shit on me, it doesn’t matter if it’s a hot woman full of interesting perks, she’s putting herself in my friendzone. After the first month she’d be just a buddy, which is great, but that road doesn’t lead to an LTR.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:38 AM
0

OP has a good point. That’s enough to attract slim, cute women. The whole gymbro thing is a coping mechanism, and I’ve got this pet theory most gymbros are closet gay or bi. Just don’t be fat, obese, flabby, scrawny, or have bad posture, zero muscle.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:22 AM

I’m just trying to describe what they want, above average men, unless you’re fds, in which case you call pipe dreams hvm.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:07 AM
2

Bingo, how can someone be so delusional? At the very least, that selects for interesting men but with mental issues. Who the hell is dumb enough to really wait for 90 days, supposing they have options?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 01:03 AM
0

I’d never take home someone like that. Maybe go to my friend’s or theirs to crash, but I just can’t have sex with ugly women. There’s a certain point of no return when guys approach, so after they’re making out for a while I don’t need to wingman anymore. Then it’s the same as any other friend, I can walk around and do my thing, chat and get wasted with them, have food, crash on someone’s couch, but nothing sexual.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 11:13 PM
2

I could see a “no sex on the first date” rule working, if she wants something serious. That much is common. But something sexual happens between the second and fifth dates, even if not conventional sex. 5 dates is the absolute maximum I’ve heard of, other than ultra religious couples. But those are exceptions. Nowadays it’s mostly on the first date heh. Fds sounds as insane as incels.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 11:01 PM
3

That’s an oxymoron. No alpha/hvm/chad, whatever you call it, will just wait. I’m barely chad lite and even I could get casual sex on the side while I “wait”. The only situation that would remotely fit that pipe dream is an online friend, penpal thing. It’s just good old buddies, no such thing as exploitation as described by fds. But no dates, romance, or meeting takes place. If that evolves into a sexual situation, it then becomes “first date sex” when we finally meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 10:54 PM

Use that money to get closer to alpha. Lift and grow facial hair. Maybe do something exotic like long hair, tattoos. Dress cool, throw alcohol around. Change your life outlook to I don’t give a fuck. That one is pretty hard, you can’t fake it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 12:58 PM

What can I say. I would be the first to call buff guys dumb and annoying but you got it wrong. Unless one takes roids, results are rather not visible. So I went from scrawny to skinny/toned, and the difference is night and day, even though I’ve always been called cute. It’s been years since I last stepped on a gym. Results are rather... permanent. I only need to do 100 pushups a day and I look rather ok after 3 days, look up conditioned muscles. It’s a matter of discipline, and confidence becaus…

I can’t make ONS from OLD progress to fwb. They agree to meet, it’s pretty easy, some message first, we do some cheap shit like drinks or coffee, almost always have sex on the first date. They seem to enjoy it, some mention meeting again, send messages, but it fizzles around 1 or 2 weeks later. Yeah, I’m the common denominator. I can’t figure it out. Most of them are 18-25, maybe that’s why.

Such a wife would feel like a safe haven, more like a friend than the trope of nagging wife. At least part of the time. And now you know why the “good men” aren’t in a hurry to get into a for show, socially acceptable, beta bucks marriage.

Sure I would. Casual sex is common and most people go for it, might as well know how to deal with it.

It helps a lot, average women get boring after weeks. You have choices, pick one and live with the consequences.

Because most people have agreed on a collective lie of “be a nice guy”.

I suppose you can’t fully eliminate that issue. Just gotta hold your horses if you think she’s worth it. Live one week at a time. Also, I wouldn’t bother with LTR unless I found the woman hot, and my type, but that’s just me.

Sounds like we agree.

In short, just as expected. Incels and post-wall women bitching.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 01:40 AM

So, ignorance. The pillsphere seems to be in a similar situation. There seems to be posts lately pointing out how so many here are delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 01:37 AM

Nah, it comes with a bunch of caveats. It’s not like the average forum goer can just upload some bathroom selfies and slay.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 12:36 AM

Where do you guys got those numbers from? It’s so easy and discreet to set up ONS nowadays it would be weird if women didn’t do it. Now I can think of two caveats: most women seem to be on and off apps, they aren’t nymphos jumping on tinder cock every single week, and young, 18-25 girls are much more likely to agree to casual sex.

Just ignore what she said, it works sometimes. Also, when a girl really wants it, chances are she won’t even mention the bf to begin with.

The single mom thing is another evidence most trp doesn’t know shit about real life. I suppose that one can be excused, though. Most people see single moms in a bad light.

Yeah, or natural cunning or distrust. You’re mostly spot on, the pillsphere is an echo chamber, and bitter, emotional, entitled people sound louder. Other than real tragedies like catastrophes, loss of life, slavery, life is more about how one reacts than what actually happens. Today a wannabe IG model admitted she’s on dating apps to get followers. The bitter would call the whaaaambulance. I just laughed it off. 99% she’s not up to meeting, but hey, an e-thot was actually replying to my dms, so…

There are different crowds in the pillsphere. Some are bitter, some don’t mind, some are busy applying knowledge to slay even more. And yeah, men, everyone who could would do it, too. Ugly women have trouble too, and it’s the same distribution: some are bitter, some don’t mind. I’ve been learning lately it’s just hard to escape biological desires. I’ve never minded seeing older women but why not focus on the younger ones? It’s the same effort, open app, send half baked messages... why not go for…

It’s actually more like a scale. ONS, random sex, OLD: not fat, nice body, 5 or 6 face. Fwb, casual dating: the above, thin, 6. LTR, marriage: the above, compatibility, values, 7.

This thread illustrates how rp, or at least some guys, draw some crazy conclusions. Let’s be honest, the pillsphere, pua and whatnot are hardly relevant in the west, let alone the world. Just because we enjoy online forums, and make up names for everything, it doesn’t mean most of the population has ever heard of those. I’ve heard some people mention incels, and once I heard mgtow. Anecdotal evidence but the point is, the pillsphere isn’t well known. Since the public at large doesn’t know we exi…

Did it hurt when the wall hit you? The real question is, is fds the female equivalent of rp, mgtow or incels?

The irony is huge and hilarious: some people say others are shallow, then proceed to chase better looking people. It’s never a worse looking, good natured, available person, and they make excuses like “shooting for the stars”. Sometimes I do that stupid shit, too, but I try to avoid it. The occasional 8s and 9s up to a fling are fun but not worth chasing, and whenever I ignored my own advice, it had always ended with a heartbreak.

I agree. I say 95% of the time women just care about my looks and whatnot, I can hardly recall a handful of them interested in sharing intellectual pursuits. And even then, it all started with visual attraction. For the bpd crowd of “I was drawn to his mind”: my ass, ladies. In the best scenario, you settle.

People enjoy whining, specially online. IMO most of the time, things fizzle, people change their minds, someone else better comes along... it’s rarely a planned act to deceive from the get go.

How does that work? Can the guy keep riding the pussy carrousel meanwhile?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/20 10:55 PM

I’m pretty sure we aren’t that rare. Most guys just parrot what others say. AFAIK most men stick around no matter what. Chads can pick and choose some, but most just eventually make up some excuses, backtrack on their public discourse and commit if things keep going decently. “High ncount is disgusting, next” “woe is me, so hard to get pussy, men are gonna cling to any”, pick one.

You’re right. I married a couple years or so before tinder and I’m on apps for less than a couple years now, so we can tell the difference. It’s shocking, really. The contrast is much visible when you jump from one situation to the next. To begin with we old fellas used to have to... gasp, approach. Even when it wasn’t a full cold approach, or something half assed like asking her friends to check if she’s single, to be “introduced”, it was a risk. People used to be much less willing to meet, eve…

You mean guys girls want don’t accept an LTR easily? Most average men want a relationship more than average women, but those aren’t good enough. Some back of the envelope math. I guess I would LTR 0,1% of my app matches. That doesn’t mean a lot of them wish to LTR me. With such odds, it’s gonna be a loooong pussy carrousel ride.

Are you new to the pillsphere? Some people get too enthusiastic when they find it. You seem to be deflecting responsibility. Several people mentioned long distance doesn’t work and you reply it was her idea. You could have doubled down and insisted on a casual relationship, as we call it, plating. If you start plating now in your area, that’s cheating. Trp comes at a cost if one tries to apply it in a literal way and yours is a good example. Oh wait, the illness. That’s just paranoia now. Did yo…

That’s mostly true. Don’t count on every woman knowing her place online, though. Since when I was a teen, I’ve always felt men are a pain in the ass, dumber, almost inferior because so many just don’t get it, there’s a time and place for everything. Then over time I realized women don’t get many things as well.

Providing is possibly fine in a functional, conservative marriage. Now this bullshit of paying for dates to earn “100%” respect... lol? What the actual fuck. Let’s check, you mean from a western pov? In 2020? In a world full of phones, apps, social media? Why would any sane man pay for dates if he doesn’t have to? Women are having casual sex after some coffee and drinks, and I bet they do it with other guys. That’s fine, it’s her choice. But why would I pay for an expensive date?

That’s your experience. Now sure, it overall lowers drive, but porn doesn’t stop me from chasing women when I feel like it. Besides, can we really call swiping and drinks “work”? It’s been never so easy to get casual sex.

Don’t move the goal posts. Ironically, some Mongols were polygynists, or am I recalling it wrong?

Is it fear I smell? Everything listed, prostitutes, robots, toys, and some others I can think of, younger women, sluts, they all threaten an average woman’s supposedly most powerful weapon: sex. Funny how women try to shame men when it suits them, and most guys fall for it. Just think of all the above but with genders swapped. When women do it, they call it empowerment.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/20 09:54 PM

He’s right. Can you quickly list five polygynist(?) or matriarchal civilizations that managed to defeat their monogamist or patriarchal neighbors?

Men get a bad surprise when they hit the wall but women get blindsided. Some don’t notice it or are in denial, and some are blessed by genetics. The sudden loss of attention must be nasty. And yeah, older guys, and thirsty young guys still try to get sex but it’s just not the same, can some honest woman confirm that? My own recent experience has forced myself to admit it. I don’t mind age that much, I go out with 40some women just fine, but I also have an easy time on OLD matching with girls hal…

So the thread is about “trp is a self-fulfilling prophecy”? Pretty much, since so many people emphasize sex there. Here’s one idea: for the longest time, well a couple years, I’ve been complaining all I get from OLD is ONS with sex on the first date... and nothing else. Yeah, it could be worse. Know what? It’s dawned on me I’m selecting women going for a quick fix.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/20 08:07 PM

All I get lately is ONS from OLD but yeah, pretty much all the time I sleep over at theirs or they at mine.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/20 11:02 AM

Yeah ok, qfw, I see. Guy here and when I started using OLD I punched below my weight, as I didn’t know pics were so important. After a while I fixed that and now tbh I pick the young and thin. Face can be average but saggy, fat, trashy is not ok.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/20 10:51 AM

By 2030, only seniors will have grown up in pre-phones times. So OLD and casual sex will be the norm. Even more guys will be unable to get laid, so we’ll be well on the way to a generation of incels/chads, haves and havenots. Or people will revolt and make an irl version of The Handmaid’s Tale or sharia law.

Ads... sometimes I think I should make “plain” accounts to see how most people live. Blocking almost all ads here. OP, you’re reading too much into it, don’t take the algorithms personally.
