Really good advice. Also, to add: do you know what you need from her to help you to feel less anxious? Something that is doable? E.g. when she sends photos of fun things she is doing? This wouldn't be to check up on her though, but instead to see her enjoyment and feel happy for her. It might subconsciously be about "checking up" but you would have to actively tell yourself over and over that you are happy that she is enjoying herself and that's why you like her sending the photos. Tell her that…

That makes it really hard to trust after you are a part of something like that at such a young age. Your understanding of people and trust gets skewed. You are now likely trying to control something that you can't control. The only way to have an impact on people around you is to act a certain way. You can't control them but you can have enough of an impact for them to treat you a certain way and create a life of stability, closeness and trust. You can attach that type of belief to many situatio…

Have a look at the clip below about self fulfilling prophecies. https://youtu.be/p9Me6ZQQUqs I can't say anything that will counteract your beliefs because you already know the logic behind it and have the self awareness. You know it's false, but can't get it out of your head. It's the same as any anxiety or obsessive thought. You need to find strategies to help you through it. It could be a mix of the following: Distract: keep yourself as busy as possible Have a list of things you enjoy that yo…

I'm sorry you are so worried about and fixated on this. There are a large list of attributes that make someone more or less attractive and have less or more opportunities. Physical limits are surprisingly a much smaller aspect. How you carry yourself is much more important. I won't lie, height is something that is noticed, however it is only the first thing noticed which puts you miles ahead of other attributes. Example: my partner works with this guy who seems to get any woman he wants, girls j…

Another thing, actually that I noticed is your comment that you're in her head. It really seems as though maybe you try to predict future scenarios to avoid any negative feelings that you feel you couldn't handle. This leads you to try to guess what someone is thinking, what they may do, what that means for you etc. It's completely unavoidable to get hurt in life. If you've experienced such intense negative feelings at a time as a child then this could be the reason. As a child you have no way o…

You have some great self awareness. The good thing is that when someone has cheated once on one person, it doesn't necessarily mean that they'll cheat on someone else. If you feel you connect really well and that there is a 2 way connection, then that is a good indicidator that both your needs will be met. What else is it about her character that makes you feel she could cheat? Does she regularly behave in a way or express ideas that she is often unhappy within herself and situation, regardless?…

I understand what you're trying to say, I think. Correct me if I'm wrong:) You are concerned that the girl you like has slept with a lot of guys, maybe in excess and this really worries you. You feel it might reflect on her character and increase her chances of cheating on you? Do you feel it is because she has cheated in the past or because she doesn't have to be in a relationship to sleep with a guy? Maybe you feel that when she is in a relationship with you, she will be able to have sex with …

Ahh we have evidence... But to have evidence you need what ? People doing studies... To make people doing studies you need what? People in the field who have studied and learnt how to observe and understand their particular field of study (Like gallileo, dieticians etc) People giving their opinion freely, and speaking out of their experience to challenge the status quo. If not we would still be in the low fat craze of 80's. If not for education and advancements we would still be in the 80s In th…

Check out YouTube crash courses in psychology, philosophy and sociology. There are probably others in scientific testing. They could help you to find a theroy that resonates with you. Then at least you can refer to reputable sources. Maybe conflict theory. It could align with your way of thinking.

You are in the jungle in 500000 bc with your homies. Its quite cold and dark, suddenly a lightening hits a tree, and fire starts. Therefore Ugh says "Ugh makes fire too with tree and stone." Then the ancients of the tribe will gather and say that sorcery is against the traditions and ask you for "sources" on how that will actually work and will not attract evil demons. Thats it, you have no sources, the only thing you have is a pattern that is happening all the time, that can be observed by ever…

"Going back to the scientific sources of mgtow and redpill. It is so ridiculous to ask for that. Galileo also said the earth was round and the others said the same, "WHERE is the sources for that?" You are so dogmatic. Its people like you who dont like advancement of new theories, the priests, who just hammer ideas into others heads and hate questioning. You are too narrowminded to understand that new ideas dont need sources, but they can be indeed countered by other new ideas or evidence of the…

Question. Do you feel your theory can be tested when viewing various issues in the world, cross culturally, or is it specific to the western world? And if so, can we give you different issues, scenarios etc and you can explain it through your theory?

I can see why you develop those views if that is the information you are surrounded by. I choose not to debate people I can't have a meaningful debate with. If I didn't do that, the simple, aggressive and meaningless information I am exposed to would increase. Naturally my views would start to be shaped by that. It doesn't mean I don't debate those with opposing views I think with advancements in technology, we are explosed to such varying perspectives of the world and we have access to such con…

You said that TRP makes sense to you and is logical. That's because it's a very simplistic view of human behaviour, which is why people like it and follow it. They can understand it. I think the fact that you can observe it and read about it in history and biology is the key point there. There are whole disciplines that focus on human behaviour, as individuals, groups, cultures, society etc. They are psychology, sociology and anthropology. You didn't mention those. This is likely why you follow …

You said you went to a therapist at the beginning. How about finding a therapist that you find helpful and click with? It takes going regularly for a long period to be able to really learn strategies to challenge your thinking. Also, as much as you need to practice challenging your thought process, seems like you need to not trust how you feel. If you feel jealous, insecure or upset she has lied then you need to not trust that feeling. If you immediately trust it then you react from it which lea…

Your logical and systemic brain could be a strength. You have great potential to meet someone. You just need to let go of something: Sounds as though to me you're so ready to judge someone so you can then judge yourself and be better or appear a particular way. You seem very concerned about the image you present which will mean it will be a real struggle to connect with anyone if you are so caught up in that. You are much too preoccupied with what's going on in your head, how you present etc Rea…
