If it were me, I would tell her it made me feel uncomfortable and emasculated, especially on a first date. I'm comfortable with myself, but I share that side with those who have earned it, not given so freely to a stranger who could use that moment to take pictures for a personal chuckle. If you want to own it, own it. Dont be surprised if it doesn't turn out as well as you hoped it would. Tell her how it makes you feel, and see if shes capable of empathy. Let her see you have your own boundarie…

She did a good job staying in character. He had a great reaction though.

I don't know if this will help, but I'll do my best. I'm in a similar situation. Long story short, I've lost my dog, my engagement, my apartment, my job, and my sanity in the course of a year. All I can say while not trying to compare my pain to yours, is it's okay to feel everything you're feeling. It's okay to feel like people don't understand what you're going through and what you're feeling. It's okay to cry. It's okay to seek professional help without feeling weak for doing so. As a man I k…

Remind me what it entails? It's been almost a decade since I read the game.

I like her standards, she allegedly doesn't give just anyone her number. However it sounds like she likes to play games to a degree. So I would have told her "im not just anyone", or "perfect, because I dont give everyone my time" (better smile as you're saying it). She said didnt know for long, i would say "how much time do you have?" Thats just me, if you wanted to salvage it thank her for her time maybe you will see her around and walk away. Responses have to fit your personality, don't play …

For me I like to ask them "why?" after I've asked them about themselves, but you have to listen, like really listen. "What's your major?" By itself is boring, follow that up with "why", or "what do you hope to do with it?" "Where do you want to travel?" "Why do you want to go there?" Will take you alot farther. Hope that helps.

Embrace your personality. I agree with the other user about models by Mark manson. It's easier to be confident when you know who you are. Take me for example, I'm 5'8", 125 lbs, very white, above average looking, I see myself as an ambivert, but I'm definitely more introverted. I'm funny, I'm honest, I'm kinda sensitive about certain things so I like setting boundaries with women and they like that I make my boundaries known. It's about getting out of your head that there is a "right thing to sa…

You look good. I don't think you're weird, but if you are weird like me, I've learned to embrace the weird and embrace who i am and not change who i am for others. If they don't like me, I move on. It feels good knowing I bring something to those who enjoy me for me. Embrace the weirdness with confidence, embrace whatever you say with confidence, first thing that pops in your head, say it with confidence. Practice practice practice.

I have a bad motherfucker wallet and it always gets people talking about Tarentino films, which is perfect for me.

My life is a bit of a mess dude. I'm just trying to help you out with the same feelings I've been struggling with towards women.

I think I created a post here probably a couple months back kinda saying the same things, feeling very frustrated with women. I must have close to 1000 rejections in my life and no gf or anyone significant in the last 4 years. I was looking for the same answers you are. There isn't much I can say that will help, except, try not to take it too personally, success revolves around thick skin in this business, the ability to invest 0 in what that stranger says and immediately say in an almost sarcas…

Sunscreen. Nothing ruined my vacation faster than a wicked sunburn I got there. It's really easy to be miserable after that.

Good advice. I live in cali, had a medical card for 3 years now, but no you are absolutely correct. I like the number advice though, that will probably save me the most time.

I don't particularly disagree with anything you've said, but I would like to add, she is into weed, she's new to the area and said she didn't really know anyone who had any. Take a look at the comment I posted above, it's a near verbatim of what was said, maybe it is in what I say or how it is said.

first example: I got S's number at work, we were making plans to smoke after work, easy since she lives in the complex across from my buddies i was staying at. I said, whenever you're off let me know, i'm gonna walk to up a coworkers place real quick. she says she's off, i ask her how it went since it was her first night serving alone, she says good she liked it, and I say "very nice, well if you want to smoke let me know, I've got some liberty haze and tahoe og". No response. I guess her roomma…

It's not about what you say, it's how you say it. if you say "yeah whatever" with a straight face it's probably going to come off as mean, if you say "yeah whatever" with a big smile on your face, it comes off as more playful. You can get away with so much more when you're smiling. if I'm wrong by all means please downvote.

As someone who has trouble with approaches and social anxiety, I recently did one. First step was smiling, she was alone sitting by herself, so that did make it alot easier. What I've noticed from approaches I've done is that the first thing you say doesn't really matter, it's more to get your foot in the door. I met my best friend by asking her if she knew had any suggestions for cleaning dog pee out of a carpet, (she was a housekeeper at the time). We still joke about that to this day.
