So I'm looking for feedback on how to handle girls not replying via text or fb message when i know they've seen what I said. To be honest, it bothers me and I'm not sure if I should let it. I've tried not giving a fuck and sometimes it helps, but there are so many different instances from: a. either just a friend not replying on fb or b. different girls making plans to hangout and then flaking and not responding to then seeing these girls again in the workplace, which is a red flag in my book. I just want to smoke some weed and have someone to talk to. I don't understand, the rapport is there, and I just find it kinda rude to not even acknowledge anything with a yes or a no. Am I crazy here? Am I seeking their validation by waiting for a response?

How about tips on how to handle this? Especially since I see them at work, do I even address them not messaging back? Do I act like nothing happened? They probably aren't worth the time, I just don't understand how it goes from having rapport to no reply.

I'm going to check out the sidebar on text game. Any feedback is appreciated. I know you guys will give it to me straight.
