Just don't BECOME your alter-ego 24/7. Separate the two. And be clear of the differences between the two. Stay sane with it. I've seen these crossover and destroy or really affect a person close to me and it's confusing to them and others around him.

As a female, I'm learning to read more on seddit, all the different perspectives and take it into account for when going out and meeting men and just people in general. I've had to really talk to people who study and actively participate in PUA techniques in what really is involved, the good and the bad. As a typical woman, I figured it was just about the getting laid concept. There's some men that use it for this, but others use it to thoroughly better themselves overall. Getting laid is a posi…

This is where I get confused because men out there study PUA and try becoming this better version of themselves to try and attract women, but it doesn't always pay off in bettering themselves as a whole. They're just trying to get the girl, and it doesn't always cross along the whole aspect of their lives. Being single for almost a year now, having been in a 4 year relationship, I'm still not available wholeheartedly for a new guy right now. I don't know when I will be, but, I'm taking the steps…

only had sex on the first date once, which turned into the 4 year relationship I just got out of a year ago and have been dealing with the past year.

I've learned my lesson from past experiences in college after getting out of a relationship; getting under someone else won't necessarily make the pain go away. It'll just eat at you more down the road once everything simmers over. I'm not real proud of how I handled break ups in the past.

Depending on how comfortable I am within my environment, and who I'm with, depends on how forward and direct and outgoing I am. I'm not sure why this is but certain company gives me tons of confidence and 'don't give a fuck' stance whereas others intimidate me and make me nervous about making a fool out of myself :P

I will agree with your last statement to an extent. My last relationship began as a one night stand lol until we talked all night in between having sex all night long :)

lol I'm very open about sexual stuff, but I won't lower myself to just be a sex object. I'm much more than that.

I did that before this relationship with the one before that. Big mistake. I've learned from that. Everyone gets mad because I'm not making myself available. That's on me though.

I hear it's not as hard for women to pick up men, but you'd be surprised.

I've been reading up on PUA stuff thanks to an ex who's gotten me into it, and I'm looking at PUA in a whole different light, not just about getting laid, but about becoming a better person all around. So that is my goal.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
