You need someone who is ready when you are ready.

Keep a small little pocket notebook. Everything he says, note day/time and write it down. Be very obvious with it, cheerful even. Say nothing else. Hummm loudly if he continues trying to engage with you. Make a backup of the notebook. Let this go on to where it starts pricking his paranoia. In the meantime, find another job - you are in an unwinable situation. You need to find a new place to work.

I'm confused.. "After 5 years we're not living together and he never dated me." And: "He was the only man I've been with who offered secure attachment" ?? "So to be loved how he loved me was amazing." And also: "I'm looking at his pictures and he is always so full of love." Darling, sweetie, light of the universe... that's not even the iceberg of real love. You were projecting on him. Notice how you didn't mention a thing about his actions for real love. Just .. cuddles and pillowtalk. Don't you…

These are good questions to go over with a skilled therapist.

You were with a man that you cheated on. Full stop. That’s enough right there - that’s low-value behavior. Furthermore, you are dressing up this five year relationship as if it were perfect thing. But in your own words you have said “I no longer dream of the future with him”. You are a woman, take decisive action and end this because it is so far sideways it just needs to stop.

You are pulling yourself out of a situation that is not to your advantage. That is the opposite of self-sabotage.

The demands for anal have killed my sex drive. I just don’t even want to go to a situation where I need to articulate repeatedly that it’s not going to happen.

No. That’s infringement of privacy and no one’s request has merit over that. Edit: and additionally, any request about past sexual activity stops and starts with two STD panels, run 3mo apart prior to this conversation.

When you see feigned incompetence, what you’re actually seeing is the message “I don’t give a fuck about you. You are not important to me. I have better things to do.” And you should respond accordingly to that message.

"I’m just done with feeling like I’m number 2" And that's totally okay. You don't need someone in your life if their behavior makes you feel like a second-class citizen in your own relationship.

What seems to work for me* is to treat men the way I treat children. Compliments are all about positively affirming their efforts and actions. “Your choose just the best colors for this drawing!” and “You ran so fast to make that goal!” etc. For most of the men I interact with, this seems to work for morale and camaraderie. Which is the whole point to compliments anyways. But then again, I keep resting bitch face on and I’m in my forties, so no-one is getting pie-eyed and following me to my car.…

Focus on one overriding goal: does whatever weird-ass new freaky trend give YOU an orgasm? A quicker orgasm?Or an even better orgasm? No?... Well then... IGNORE IT, make no time for it. You literally have better things to do for your own sexual satisfaction than be some performance artist just to get someone else off at the expense of your own orgasm.

All of the below is with the expectation he will do absolutely nothing, so it's a little overboard on effort but well it's obvious he will do jack shit nothing. This is also assuming he is not on your lease or mortgage. Find a self storage place. Pay in cash in advance for a month. Box up personal belongings. Or use contractor trash bags. Move boxes/bags to storage unit. Change locks to your home. Send him location to storage unit and access information. Block him everywhere.

You’ve described exactly how I feel when I try to leave the house alone wearing a dress and heels. I’ve yet to put a finger on its source. Is it a consequence of my mother’s brainwashing me to believe “stay away from men they will ruin your life”? Or an affect from a repressed memory of an assault when I was a toddler? Or a mixture of both? They are the kinds of questions that don’t lead to happy answers.

I date servicemen almost exclusively. You’re high value when you take meaningful action for your condition and advancing your position. Go to therapy, do the VA thing, collect brothers-in-arms around you. Avoid booze and pot. Get your head screwed on straight as best you can. And then, or in conjunction depending on the severity of your condition, get your domicile and bank accounts in order. Don’t date until you can stand on your own feet. Men are totally mind-readers... when they play sports in a team, defend or prosecute in a legal case, teach, wait tables, search for criminals, work with hunting dogs, conduct business negotiations, compete in a hand-to-hand sport. In other words, MEN ARE MIND READERS WHEN IT MATTERS. If he’s not reading your mind... it’s not because he can’t. It’s because you don’t really matter to him. PeriodT.

In all honesty, it is the beginning step of demonstrating value: hearing your words. Now, this is not to say we can jump to subsequent assumptions that your words are being “acknowledged” or “followed” or “respected”. But, it’s a start. I had a null-value-man (ie one that was too new to ascribe any value to) in his first phone conversations with me demonstrate NO evidence of listening to me. Men are inherently awful with money - so many of them are unable to delay gratification or set long-term goals. I think you are confusing “Time/effort/consideration is what it takes for me to enjoy sex with you” versus “I require X coins before I will dispense sex”. I’m only having sex if it gives me an orgasm. I don’t orgasm without time/effort/consideration. So, I’m not having sex without the time/effort/consideration it takes to forge a committed relationship with me. I’m not pressing for this, I’m not imposing with this, and I’m certainly not forcing this. A guy either “unlocks this achievement” (usin…

FDS has no equivalent in MGTOW. It is quite realistic to require basic acknowledgement of your worth as a human being. It is very egalitarian to call out behavior that impairs self-actualization from both parties in a relationship with no regard to gender/sex.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/07/20 12:37 PM

Here’s my take on it: firmly adhering to “this is the date you arranged for me, this is the bill you pay” positions a man for acting decently and honorably. There’s no admiration or respect for a man to receive, if he can’t tend to his obligations. There’s no good to come from enabling/aiding/abetting irresponsible behavior from your date. It’s in his best interests that he pay his bills.

Having men in your life cost time, energy, and effort. Facts are facts. If he isn't paying his way for that... If he isn't actively adding effort and energy to the relationship. then he's draining your resources. To be single is right out of the gate saving time and effort.

There’s plenty of ways to apply metrics. My default is the Army PT test standards. It’ll give you a score for the 2mi run, then the number of sit-ups and pushups in 2min. For cardiovascular status you can use resting heart rate, and by comparing the recovery to resting heart rate after a defined time at an activity. The sports medicine folks can chime in with BMI, VO2 max, etc etc but the above is immediate and doesn’t require special instruments.

Ah, that's where you can start, while the lockdown is happening and you assume he can't do anything right now. Open up your calendar, set the cut-off dates. Realize that when you this, you make yourself a priority and set limits on his inaction. This is the beginning of leveling up.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/06/20 04:59 PM

Let's sum up here: "He's been crying" "He said he... ...can't believe ...hasn't been living ...wasted his time playing ...not been planning" These are a lot of words. But has he made any action in regards to these words? You mentioned that "he is leveling up" - what specific actions has he performed? What has he planned, executed, and completed - and most important - are his actions commensurate to the level of activity you are putting into your relationship with him?

And because they made that choice, at great personal cost, they are wholly invested in the idea that it was the “right thing to do”. Then you come in and flaunt the actual right thing to do - ie value your self before “coupledom”. It exposes them to the stupidity of their choice and omg then comes the rage. Which they dump on you.

Agreed. Cooking together is not a date. Later on though, I’d like to highlight cooking as a test for the value of a man. When he cooks for you - and in the beginning HE cooks for you, NOT the other way around - does he modify the recipe to your preference? Is this just the one recipe he’s memorized and doesn’t understand enough to modify? Does he ask you to taste and comment on herbs, salt, etc? Does he handle constructive criticisms well? Think about his flexibility and readiness to accept guid…

Same here. Middle age is like being wrapped in the armor of having zero fucks to give about sexual attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/20 06:56 PM

Does that even work? It’s so easy to discern pretend from legitimate, and takes so much effort in the “pretending” that I can’t see a guy getting sufficient payoff to make it worth it.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/20 06:47 PM

It’s not tied to sexual attraction at all. For me it’s all about professional esteem. I don’t need to be considered “fuckable”, since men’s sexual attraction is so all-encompassing that it’s meaningless to the point of worthless. I do need to be considered well-respected in my field of work, it’s a reflection of my intellect and accumulated expertise.

I was thinking about this in a related way today. I have a sweetheart deal on my rent. Like, ridiculously under market value. The arrangement, and specifically the furniture in it, has been a litmus test in a way for Value in a man. This is how it goes: I rent from an old friend from way back, like we’ve known each other for over 15 years. It’s an attic apartment, cute. The rent is at a vast discount. And in return, I hunt up fantastic deals for him in vintage furniture from thrift stores. How i…

Let’s go back to your original question: “Why do you have such a problem with porn?” Well that comes to ethics and morality. By and large porn is not consensual, is not executed without some significant amount of coercion. It depicts sexual acts that are extremely violent and unsafe. Viewing of it encourages poor practice in the bedroom. So all of that makes the viewing of it hugely a “bother” to me.
/r/askFDS16/03/20 03:12 AM
17

Why stop? Because porn doesn’t promote the sensual and emotional skills necessary to be good in bed. Reliance on porn equates to poor performance in bed. Who wants to suck at sex?! Who wants to have sex with someone who sucks at it? Hint: not women.

First and foremost, sex is dangerous for women, both in a physical safety aspect as well as a medical safety aspect too. Think of how horrible it could go if a random hookup was violent with you, or if he had STDs that are easy to transmit regardless of condoms. And all that is before considering pregnancy! It’s easier for men because you are hardly never going to be physically overpowered nor coerced, get sick afterwards, and certainly not get pregnant. For us? It’s the exact opposite. And we’r…
