are you a female? just curious

Don't do that. It's a gateway to getting her pregnant. And then you're on the hook for decades. Also yes some women do do this and some men...they fuck until they find someone else. It just heartbreak tbh. And if not then there's always a chance they can ruin your chances with someone or just keep an eye on you....iv had experiences.....ex's take great pleasure and do "express" it when you bad mouth the current one. And they make you want it....downright evil is what it is

so...men are made to think if they ask for help as complete wusses. i am part of multiple networking groups, whenever i offer to lend an ear if someone needs to discuss a problem, its usually taken lightly and laughed off. there have been some self-deleting attempts but no one wants to go to therapy or even discuss their problems. and women actually seem to encourage that thinking. btw i disagree, women 100% function that way and have the skills, but i have noticed that some women, not all, want…

Women have many state sponsored and cultural psychological backups. And their friendships are meant for emotional drama. Men are on the absolute opposite spectrum. The cultural system is now engineered like this. Men retaliate , heal and figure and take steps, women have a lot more options and are usually able to find very willing participants to their genitals almost instantly. It is the way the world is.

if you hadnt tried to stop her then you would be the "heartless" one and the monster. you cant win when things get this way. just backout. anyway. stay as far away from her and your son as possible. get an out of state gig/cruise ship/ mining, etc... do not let this person back into your life. quite your drinking and get help but understand the situation got this bad not because you held her harm to keep her from going. she escalated it to the point of criminal charges. and she is enjoying herse…

Divorce. You see someone who was everything to you, become a harpy who wants your blood. It's heartbreaking. Death is easier to accept long term. Divorce usually turns nasty. Very few divorces are civil. And it's worse than horror.

Install cameras in places you are and in the common area. Discreet is best. Make the recordings saved in the cloud. I hope they have good mics on them. You gotta get her gone yes but you also gotta wakeup. .I'll try to keep replying but man you gotta implement and stop feeling sorry for yourself.

its not porn use that is the problem. its not the end of the world, you weren't murdering people secretly, you were looking at porn. chill. its not good, sure, but no one is harmed by it tbh. if shes one of those special people who thinks it is akin to cheating, then good riddance. that wasn't a friend, it was a ticking time b*mb. stop getting stressed. go get laid. find something strenuous, like working out, horse riding and/or paintball or something. these thoughts will eat you alive. you are …

It's a pop culture buzzword and women like to be the victims. It's an easy name drop to make other people think they were jna. Relationship with the devil themselves. If you ever hear it used for you in public , just sue for defamation. No psychiatrist is ever going to "diagnose" you without having seen you multiple times and telling you the diagnoses. talk to a lawyer, every case is different and while women cases are eyeballed, mens cases are put under a microscope. you have to know every single minutia of your jurisdiction and every law/trick applicable to you and your spouse. heck even number of kids makes a huge differences, as well as their ages. the defensive tricks are then varied. get a lawyer that practices criminal and family law, ALWAYS. and make sure you instruct them to give the least amount of information about you to the court …

keep in it and talk to her. unfortunately thats how a lot of men and pretty much all women see men in a married situation (including a lot of groups and sometimes this subreddit). the man must be the responsible one and the woman can "follow her dream" it just sounds like you are bitter about not getting the oppotunity to heal and that tension is being focused on her being solely responsible. you might be a tad responsible in not bringing it up sooner or setting expectations. anyway. i do advise…

You're exactly right. And I sort of hate it that men just go about their day not caring about being talked about. If some of us took a stand. put your assets 3 degrees away from you, do not reveal it to ANYONE. then marry someone who signs an iron clad prenup that gets updated every year/5 years/big event. then go midwestern hunting, good luck. so false allegations can be many, rape is the start, hidden money, "depriving us of a lifestyle, he gambles it all away" proven inability and your acknowledgement of being unable to pay for the child expenses and alimony and her lawyer and yours means the money might "just" be transferred out by you, better to keep it "safe". if you pay the bills, the mortgage, tuition and groceries from a certain account it can be considered family money depending on jurusdiction. if she has a shared debit or c…

Stay away from this woman. Women disassociate a few months before leaving you. She planned it and executed it. You are just an ATM now. And prolly a method for satiating her dark desires....she gets that when she sees you writhing. You should lookup what a narcissistic ex-wife is. You had one and just didn't realize it. Your daughter is the key to her torture over you. And she will use it. I went through something similar. Currently going through it. These are hard won lessons.

Quietly get a lawyer. Do everything in a non obvious way. Don't change your behavior for better or worse. Sell the house if you can. Divorce her on the last days of eviction or on the day of. I would also suggest you not be near her when the divorce papers hit.

Do not tell her at all. She will pretend to love you and then breakup to get her portion. She will file lawsuit after lawsuit and force you to give her money to stop the psych torture. Do not show That you have money. Get an offshore LLC in the USA and stick it into some dividend fund. But I'd be careful with eh way the economy is going.

this is common, its called "restructuring" she needs to feel like she did nothing wrong. they actually believe their lies. women are weird in this regard, a lot of them disconnect from reality and make their own version. have a camera and voice/call recorder on you at all times. make sure there is a camera in your home thats keeping recordings of you being there for months. she might suddenly "remember" you harrassed or raped her on a certain date and then the onus is on you to prove it wasnt yo…

yeah, not ok, narcissists will make you react and claim its not their fault. dont react. why would you want to murder someone who did nothing wrong, other than take a willingly offered opportunity? was she raped? did she call the police? doesnt sound like it, "affair" sounds willing and consensual. Only one of the 2 owed you anything and it sure wasn't the guy. what you gonna get by harming him? you're gonna give her an advantage, that's all.

ask your lawyer and talk to the non-emergency number of the police. and then talk to your lawyter again. stay outside the defined limits of the order, even if it is by a meter. ask her bring over the kids, you could just park the car a minute away from the house to have them walk over get the agreement changed. and have everything on recording.

/u/Simplepandaman listen to this post carefully. There is no fairness in the divorce game. and if the roles were reversed, she would come for EVERYTHING, not just her share. You need to do the same. Meet with a divorce lawyer and have an alternative bank account, mailing address and even debit card (without physical bill) to pay the "other" expenses from. its going to take you 3 years to come out from this shit show you are about to witness. And you'll realize it in a couple of years. While I always suggest to be friends with your ex...this is one of those times you really shouldn't. I always suggest people to find a new hot thing to screw to their contention and get all the poison out. Issue is the first relationship after a long one ...can be dangerous. So smart ones usually dump her as soon as they feel mildly competent enough for self care...but on the other hand....this new relationship could be great for them in the long run and maybe be a new long term relationship or marriage....which is what the smart ones gamble away....so...2 edged sword and all..

hi get an escort. Ask for the girlfriend experience. make sure it is private. good luck. keep this up until you feel you aren't dependant on anyone else feeling ok for yourself takes people weeks, months or years. the longer it takes, the more money you spend, so you can literally ask the escort to wingman you, and help you find someone. yeah. that's your depression. get help, you will be ok. It happens when you sacrifice a lot and get nothing, you want nothing to do with the subject matter (women). This is exactly why people take others to the bar and try to get them laid as soon as a breakup happens, otherwise they will get to thinking and change themselves (maybe for the better) and wont be the same person anymore.

write this in a letter, except the self harm OfCourse, and send it to the company head office, right after quitting and finding a better place to work, and then post the letter on social media (but this might limit your job prospects). As soon as you change your circumstances, your mental health might improve, also if you cite depression as a disability you might get less child support or alimony to pay. Maybe take some time off and learn another skill?

is...this is a real question? are you a troll? in case you aren't. you file for divorce. have the new one sign a prenup (even if it is for dating) and just go live your life. or...depending on what your wife is like...you could just talk her into letting you have a side chick. Seriously people do this, and women at that age just don't put up a fight. (a lot do though). Weigh your options and be sure of your choice coz your kids are going to crucify you, but living in agony for another 30 years s…

there is a concept known as "flying monkeys", they confront and harass on the behalf of their relative or friend. they are also going to serve as witnesses against you. Any lash outs or any actions are going to be used against you in every conceivable way. If you feel that they are deliberately approaching the same places that you are, inform them, by text message or some recorded/written medium that you feel harassed, and while you don't want any bad blood and just want to live your life, you w…

i would say, to each their own. Having someone to be intimate with during the disaster is .....amazing. the one issue that is universal is that the first one after divorce (the stronger the bond the closer it is to the seperation/call it quits date) has an unholy bond attached to it. Men usually can't shake that one and if its a good woman, you are lucky, but if she is just someone looking for a mark, you're doomed. She will influence you into bad decisions long after the divorce and probably di…

hi you need a lawyer, US and Egyptian, that would be family and criminal law. then you need an immigration lawyer, for US and Egyptian immigration law. you need to sign a post nup that applies with US and egyptian guidelines. Is it with a muslim woman? the "HAQ MEHR" is essentially a prenup amount you need to pay that would be deducted from any alimony you would need to pay. She can definitely come to the USA, if i remember, there were provisions in US immigration law for stuff like this, people…

Yes. Grow up. Steel yourself. It's going to get worse. And don't respond to any offers of getting back together, threesomes or being a shoulder to cry on. Private investigator on the guy just to know who you're dealing with and to see how he is with kids. If he has priors you can use that in court for custody and making her life a general living hell. Then after she leaves him, you can describe her as being a bad judge of character and a bad mother for letting such a person near your kids.

Oh ok. So divorced in your situation are rarely ever nice. Someone is going to tell her that she's losing out on a shit ton of money. Any lawyer who is telling you that he only does uncontested divorces, is not who you want on yournside or repressing you. There is also nothing stopping a woman making false allegations and false statements in family court. And it will blind side you. Also the rules for evidence are really non-existent. She can just get a Friend to say she saw you hit your wife an…

just to be clear, kindness here doesn't mean giving up your rights. You need to talk to a lawyer and prepare for false allegations. She will ruin you in every way possible. Don't just be kind and ignore, that way lies a jail sentence.

depends on the state and can be used to backup future discussions. when women go nuts in divorce, words change, as do promises. Its a good idea to have all this recorded or with proof. If its written and SOUNDS like a contract, even better (both parties get something and there is a termination clause and rules to follow for both parties). women think they can sayor do whatever t…

listen to me very carefully: you are being manipulated WHILE you 2 are separating. This is the reddest of red flags. you need to put a private investigator on her ASAP. you seem to have played it quite beautifully, but there are some conditions that might invalidate the post-nup. Was she in a sound state of mind when she signed it and who can attest to it? collect the evidence now. ANYONE READING THIS POST, ALWAYS HAVE THE FIRST DEAL WRITTEN AND SIGNED BEFORE THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO CHANGE THEIR MIND. This is usually a trick to see how far they can throw you, if he fought over the first deal, she wouldn't have made the second deal demands so atrocious, but...it would have ended up here anyway as the arguments would ensure it becomes a hostile space.

So the people I interviewed had excellent success getting a citizenship and then registering everything through it . Don't mention us citizenry. I do believe this is illegal...but that's what a bunch of people are doing. And ofcourse leaving either the state or USA entirely until the divorce is finalized...it's one of the reasons why the Use is such a popular tourist spot.

let lawyer friend talk to lawyer, i would also advise you to pay your friend something, even if it is 50 dollars, by cheque for "legal services". lawyers can't protect your privilege without having a contract in place.

Honestly this is how men get destroyed...because society accepts illness as a crutch and to be forgiven...if we treat the SO like they're ill...it works against us because the first thing that's going to be asked in court is if there's a diagnosis or if we are just sticking diagnosis onto the woman to belittle, gaslight or undermine her.... No. This is pure and simply planned destructive dehumanization until it could be proven otherwise by a professional.

You may need to talk to a lawyer and the authorities, under no circusmstances think about divorce or mention it. I keep recommending everyone to get an escort with the girlfriend experience package. You get someone to talk to and do fun stuff with but having no judgement and emotional baggage. Or get a real girlfriend but make sure they know it's not long term and hope they're good to you.

the question is why would they. the system, society and women treat men like animals and disposable replaceable ATM's. Because that's what it seems like (walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, must be a duck..) The path before us is whether we steer into the skid and straight off a cliff or continue on the path fighting the world that is trying consistently trying to make us into these monsters and throw us off the cliff. MGTOW has a point there, if you stop fighting the battle and even stop res…

umm......get out now. your age WILL work against you in the dating market. But anyone wanting kids because "clock is ticking" is a manipulator. But in her defense, her clock is actually quite ticked up.. if you have sex 2 to 3 times a year, then intimacy seems to be an issue with you 2. sometimes people dull it down and cant physically handle a lot, even then iv heard a minimum of once a month....this is next level. Either you "give her a child" (focus on it being her child...you are just a sper…

most of the population is brainwashed into thinking that the men are evil and wrong and must be the ATM. I would advise not trusting these people as logical thought processes are a joke to them. If you have a penis, then you are evil in the eyes of the police, the court and people in general.

False allegations. Always better to have a criminal lawyer that's your family lawyer. Filing for criminal cases as well as the procedures taken so you're not exposed in your criminal case with your family law filings is crucial. Child abuse, assault, Rape and other a scary stuff have seperate proceedings, things that might benefit you in family law might be used against you in the child abuse case. Cross examination of "witnesses" in family law is easier and less strict than in criminal proceedi…

There is no saving this.

she was never yours, it was just your turn. also, you can make a big stink with a lawyer, stating how introducing new people to them or in their "environment" home/mom/dad at "such a young age" could be detrimental and caus them to develop trust issues. this can backfire though and if you ever get someone, she would do the same to you. my advice? get a hot as fuck escort. the deal should be that the ex never knows and it seems like you can screw her brains out. every three dates, change the es…

actually no. I am writing a book to help men through nasty divorces by using nasty tricks themselves. The shocking thing i am finding is that the law and history see men as animals, vicious, capable of vile acts while they view the women as opposite. The law has never been so strong as it has now in history. Men haven't been so...civil as they have now. The old judgements, the basis, the law, the customs, etc.. are all based on men being savages and women being helpless, the equation gets fucked…

Get the dog thing in writing. I admit you have a good chance of keeping custody but if you get false allegations, unless you have proof already...this could be. A shit show. Courts put the custody in the non offenders hand and the time it takes to sort it out the custody gets established with the other parent. Also be sure you document every bruise or "ouch" the kids have and make sure to show their doctor. Take pictures and video and save then in the cloud. False allegations of child abuse are.…

When you're about to drown and you have someone you're trying to save, the practical/survivor advise is to save yourself first. push them under if you have to. or put them between yourself and an oncoming obstacle and/or rock. i was in the same boat, 5 lawyers later, i know what is what. This isn't blackmail, this is you protecting yourself. Even if she claims that she is going to sue you for recording her in her own home, call the bluff. stop renegotiating. its a tactic to squeeze the most out of you. use the courts if you can and accept the shitty custody agreement, but see if you can file a tort of emotional distress due to the "depression" that this has caused you and sue her for around half a million dollars. Hire a "forensic" accountant on upwork or fiverr...as long as they are licensed in the country you are in, you can use their work as "professional" or have someone (even unlicensed, but knowing) do it for you and claim you did it yourself. i would honestly ask someone to look into this before going to your lawyer, your lawyer is going to bill you endlessly. go to them with near-final product of the claim investigation. You should also look into everything and collect as muc…

I'm sorry if you feel that way. Hmm maybe thats something to think about. Taking the semester off would help with expenses and letting yourself idle. My entire point was you should change your environment however possible. 2nd murder capital is not...a conducive situation. You need parks and recreation and ability to go on walks and to read in peace, all of these help, trust me. Maybe travelling through vanlife?

Ah see that's an indication of depression, ironically having shown value in yourself through female companionship is the easiest yet toughest solution. I would recommend prostitutes/escorts and carrying personal recording devices. Go for the girlfriend experience There's a whole bunch of stuff out there for personal recording and I recommend you keep some on you and. Try to live your life free of terror, it's not easy though. No one cares about recording laws when shit hits the fan, just don't t…

Listen to what precisely? And man look. You can be a cynic all you want but you don't got to be open about it. You can completely distrust women but you can pretend to like them enough to go out on a date and get to know one, then make your decision. Sociology and society is all about the personal masks you wear. The way you intend to go through with this is basically what "antisocial" means.

ummm.... i really don't get it. Why do you despise yourself? did you cheat on her? does she know and started it herself? did she start herself? usually 2 people are at fault in an altercation or issue, but i do notice that women are usually at fault in divorces. It might be the case in yours too. You were in your prime and earning in your prime. You did everything. i keep wondering if going to the news is a good idea. every fibre of my being is telling me its not a good idea, but looking around, i think the legal advice of staying silent is exactly what allows logical people to be easy prey. Send an email asking for written confirmation. If a call comes ask for it again and get it on recording, so they send you an email or letter. If it doesn't work out in under a week, you get another lawyer. I would honestly suggest you start looking for one now.

Get in legal writing your "agreement". tell her how you'll always love and miss her, make sure the legal agreement protects every fart you ever have. her mental health is no longer your concern, but your mental health definitely is. keep telling everyone who is siding with her how bad you feel, emotionally devestated ...yada yada...be careful and play the part.

lol, the amount differs for people who have been through a nasty divorce and those who havent. they might actually have a case for the screen time thing. your arguments are valid, bring along scientific backing, because they sure as hell would be backing their claims with something. their goal is breaking your bond with your son, nothing else, if you can prove that is academically capable with the amount of screen time you give him, it would do wonders for your situation.

Yes.
