My STBX and I do not live in the same house she filed for divorce by herself (no attorney). I on the other hand acquired one, he’s filing counter and going to file temporary orders for primary custody, I currently have the children and she hasn’t asked about spending time with them until today. Should I let her pick them up? State is Texas, sorry if I left any other pertinent info out.
