So what do I do when they tell me to do something they could've easily done themselves with no effort at all? I don't mind helping someone with a complex task, but when someone tells me to move a wine bottle 2 metres away when they're doing nothing else because "im closer to it", what do I do? Do I just do everything they say to keep them happy? Will this kill attraction? I don't even fucking know what I want from these girls. Yes I want to fuck them, but when they turn in to monsters it's a hug…

I'm only kind of insecure about it because I think girls will perceive me differently and flake on me, especially because it's cold approach. I don't see the difference between making a new one and keeping this one I have now.

Why not just use my existing one?

This. Head over to /r/nofap and check out the porn addiction link in the sidebar. Porns fucks up your perception big time.

Can you explain how you got your first female friends and how this turned in to your "harem"?

What's your view on porn? Do you guys still watch it? Do you recommend that people new to the cold approach quit porn?

Much agreed OP. Quitting porn and masturbation help make your brain wire your experience to real life instead of fantasy, thus making you learn faster. www.yourbrainonporn.com

Facial hair is unconsciously associated with masculinity and therefore attraction. Keeping it trimmed to a decent stubble is the best bet.

Meet them in real life and then game online them after. Doing it the other way round is super lame.

You have to be the best version of yourself. "AMOGing" in the PUA community is flawed, as it assumes that you to "out-alpha" an AMOG by doing such things as back-patting, dominant handshake, taking control of the frame all the time etc. This is the opposite of what a guy completely comfortable in his reality is, as that behaviour shows insecurity (especially when the AMOG is consciously doing this to try and be percieved as the AMOG to "attract tha laydeez"). You should realize you are strong en…

Primal blueprint is basically the same thing. I've read philosophers notes before, very good info. Just checked out authentic king, bit too much softcore to activate my limbic brain? lol.

Thanks. You seem like a guy who knows his self-help. Have you looked in to the paleo diet? I'm doing it in conjunction with HIIT and weights too.

Thank you. This is exactly it! People of reddit are resistant to change, and I expect that. But if they've never tried it in their life how will they know?

You're in an LTR, so that's better than a lot of people here. Have you ever had to fantasize to porn scenes to get it up with your girlfriend? Ever couldn't get it up at all around her?

You're right about all those things! To be honest you have to see it as process. You will relapse a lot, but you can easily overcome it. Just don't beat yourself up when you relapse. Keep reading the YBOP site and benefits every day. After about 6-8 weeks of no porn, masturbation or orgasm all cravings fade away and you're a free man!

If you've never jacked off, then something is probably off with your testosterone levels. You should probably check that out.

I can't find the proper source but it states it here: http://ezinearticles.com/?Can-Increasing-Your-Sperm-Count-Make-You-More-Attractive-to-Women?&id=2798977 It's a Spanish one.

You need to go more than a month without porn to feel the benefits. It took me over 9 months to get where I am now. However most people feel the benefits within a week or two without porn, masturbation and orgasm. (were you masturbating an orgasming as well?) I am interested in the taoist way of cultivating sexual energy - is there any interesting links to read?

More likely to be a change in how your projecting yourself to others because of your different neurochemistry. Maybe more pheromones are released when abstinent? I remember reading a study once where identical twins were dressed the same and looked completely identical, but the one with the biggest sperm count was perceived to be the most attractive every time.

Well then if those PUA's all stopped watching porn they'd become mPUA's ;)

Guys indeed masturbated before porn, but masturbation isn't the problem. Porn is. For more information on why porn is the problem and not masturbation, check out the YBOP site. Fantasy is generally not a good idea too (although it's better than porn). However, during the 'reboot', people recover best when they go without masturbation as well. You shouldn't feel angsty or on edge when you go more than 2 days without masturbating; it's just a classic sign of porn withdrawal. In fact every day that…
