A video of him appearing on the Graham Norton show. In this clip he exudes confidence and masculinity. Notice how he kisses his beta competition on the cheek within the first 30 seconds, and notice the "awwwwws" from the women. Very patronizing but somehow it's accepted as "sweet". Notice his body langauge and his story telling ability through out.

Although I thought it was interesting that he has had battles with alcoholism and prescription pain killer addiction. I guess it's hard to be perfect.
