Don't go 6 days a week - go 3 to start. Basically, have a starting program, learn some core lifts [youtube vids], learn how to work out for the first few months. Adjust your routine as you see fit. I'd suggest 'A New Earth' over 'The Power of Now' - I've only read part of the later, it went a bit far-out compared to A.N.E. I think Eck.Tolle tries to find the good insights within religion, not really necessary for the main content of the book though. Personally, it helped me really step back and reflect on how I behave, notice my ego and made me figure out why I should be happy with myself. I wouldn't take everything he says as a fact, but just as something to reflect on.

Note I'm traveling through Europe currently and live in America. RSD Blueprint Decoded - he thinks highly of himself because he has himself figured out (and often other people), and when he interacts with people he knows how to make it a positive interaction. When you're able to do that, to bring a fun, positive vibe, looks and weird quirks generally go out the window if you have confidence.

While simple, that is actually pretty helpful. The next question might then be 'why make those goals?' - later in the book he talks about purpose (inner/outer), which probably has an answer for that question. I imagine this is one of the books you can get a lot out of on re-reading.
