Just keep talking with more girls, going out with more girls, and making friends with more girls. You may or may not fuck these friends, but that's not relevant to being friends. Get more experience and a wider social net - you'll stay a lot less invested in that one date coming up next week if you have three more in the meantime, and friends that you need to spend time with over the weekend.

Good job so far - you know what makes you awesome? You're taking the initiative to improve your own life - keep that shit up and you'll continue being more and more awesome. Know that the future you will just keep getting cooler, and trust in that now. Even if you don't have the social circle you want right now, know that you'll be there soon enough.

Also, about caring what people think - realize most people who generally would think bad about you have deeper issues that they haven't dealt with. If you approach a girl or a group with a fun vibe and they blow you off, that's more of a reflection on them than you - you presumed they were cool enough to chill with you, but unfortunately they are otherwise.

I'd suggest re-reading some of the core stuff in the sidebar, and reflecting on yourself, and you'll likely figure some things out about yourself that will help you get where you want to be.
