This is so true. I feel like marriage was designed to be a trap for women ( ironically many men have been indoctrinated into believing it's a trap for them hahaha).

Some people are completely delusional. The worst part is that they sometimes get lucky and find someone who is willing to level up to their delusional expectations.

Typical of a narcissist. with all respect to your father. Narcissists are deeply envious people and they do remember someone who hurts their ego for a long long time. I was with a narcissist who would remember things to the smallest detail that happened years ago, and it's usually something that hurt his fragile ego.

His harmless sexist jokes and his behavior when he is made are the biggest red flags in my books because that's what tells you who they really are behind the mask.

I'd rather be single than having a bad marriage, going through a divorce that bankrupts me and raising kids alone...If men were better maybe we could have regrets...but they are not. I am choosing peace and happiness being alone than misery being with a LVM.

I congratulate you for playing along, offering no resistance to see what comes out of him...unfortunately I learned this way too late. but for all the ladies out there going on dates, do the same, be a good listener and play along, they will tell you everything you need to know to make a decision that is in YOUR BEST INTEREST.

So so true...I remember asking one of my colleagues to assist my ex husband when he was "struggling" to get a job, only for him to get a better job and to show his true colors and ask for a divorce. my story is way too long to share here but trust me I regret wasting my own time and energy and another woman's just to assist someone who does not need it and resents you for it, and will be ungrateful anyway.

What you took for signs he might be interested are your (biased) interpretation for his behavior. Surely he was nice to you but when a woman likes a man she will take "nice" for "he is interested in me". Trust me if he was he would have made a move, especially now that he knows you are leaving soon. Not to mention "interested" is not good enough, he has to be head over heels for you. https://www.fromwithin.net/3z3e

I feel like being "Nice" is the opposite of being "Real" and I choose being "Real" everyday of the week. I also used to force myself to be what people expected from me which is to be nice and polite and all it got me was a painful divorce in which I almost lost my being. Now I am just me and It keeps the fakes away from me and strengthens my relationships with the real friends and that's all I care about. I even wrote a post on this topic of being nice...and yeah sorry to say but nice women fini…

Most times, men who think that the worst a woman can experience is to be considered not F* able are LVM who don't know her value. A HVM won't think that for starters, and won't reduce a woman to her level of F* ability...that's how I view it

I could not say it any better. Really not all men are meant to spread their seeds. Back in the stone age, cavemen had to fight and kill each other in order to have a chance to reproduce and nowadays everybody thinks they deserve a trophy.

Well it all depends on how you feel about yourself being in that situation. If you are happy and content and live your best life being in your parents...then a hvm would see it as a positive that you are happy the way you are...but if somehow it makes you feel bad or unfulfilled or whatever then a hvm would sense that and may not be attracted...so as long as you are happy you should be able to attract happy people. Do they live together? If so, then a good but bold move would be to move out saying that she is ready to get married and thought he d be ready by now but he does not seem so so she has to pursue her goal without him because that is what she wants. If he really cares about her he will not want to see her go meet other guys and will propose...but again this is a bold move and she might be too young for this kind of moves.

High standards is just one of the most important thing for successful dating. I wrote a whole post about it which was not even popular for some reason because women are still struggling with the idea that they deserve the best and are shamed for having high standards and called "high maintenance".

I would say, although I don't know all the details, that your only mistake is to entertain these relationships longer than you should ( I was guilty of this myself and lost a few years of making them better for someone else) and when I got it...I simply stopped making anyone better. There are no dumb questions don't worry. HVM stands for high value men
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/01/20 12:29 PM

Ok but I was not particularly talking about HVM. I just said "if young ones cant see your value...check older ones cause they also get a lifetime experience and a lot of them realise how dumb they were and how many good women they left behind and so they behave themselves"...and yes HVM treat women well regardless ..but how many do you find on the market place?...

There is good and bad at every age. I know what you mean but one of my deepest belief is that men can be good or bad depending on how they value the person in front of them. I was treated badly myself in the past. The same man can be very bad to a woman and be lovely to another one. It is terrible but I have seen it in action.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/01/20 11:57 AM
-14

No that's not true...if a young woman dates an older man it does not mean she cant handle the younger one...in the same way an older man does not necessarily have a "need" to date younger...of course this is not a rule and sometimes it is very much the case. As a general advice, a woman should look for whoever sees her value...regardless of age. The comment about older men was just to support the message of the post. It is undeniable though that men mature a bit older than us women.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/01/20 11:54 AM
12

That's why they should look for older...because most young people are too dumb to see our value...did not have enough experience for that

Exactly...it's none of your business anymore and while you might still be thinking of him...he has already moved on. I am a believer of RP principles but I think you need to test the guy first to see if he is worth being RP with him. Something to learn for your next relationship...don't give your all until you see reciprocity.

He simply "used" the TRP principles to advance his own cause which is not always to find true love and value it. Sorry you are going through this but don't worry too much because there are good men out there.

I actually did not read " Why men love bitches" but I am glad to hear that the post has similar aspects to the book as It all came from my personal experience. and of course I agree that there is pleasure in serving a man ( I am redpilled) so long as it is done from a place of confidence and security and not trying to get his validation.

I totally agree with you, the looks is just the first thing to look into. Then there is the character. The only thing I would say is that men dont even get to look into character if looks are not there...and I even noticed that character alone is never enough for them while looks can be enough when the person is really hot...I realised that sad reality when I took the redpill. So definitely work on both. Give him a little reminder of how awesome of a person you are.

I have to agree with this...my instinct says the same. if not interested in someone else, he is not as interested in you as he was in the past. If his behavior makes you angry and uncomfortable, that tells me there is something wrong in it. And the fact that he is asking you to change your reaction and stop being angry means he disregards your feelings because he is mostly preoccupied by his own...very bad sign...it does not mean he wants to leave you or anything but his level of interest is low…

I agree with what you said. It is not a relationship I would invest in. It is also very unhealthy to hang out with a circle of people that include girls he slept with even if you guys were on a break. If you guys are young and have been on a relationship for years, he may be feeling like he is missing out. So even if he is with you now, it does not sound like he is committed to you ( and thats totally fine maybe you should do the same) I would not want to be in a position like that.

There is a definitely a pretty girl privilege and that is just how the world is ( I know it because I took the red pill and I can see things exactly the way they are) . Now that you know the rules, you need to make them work for you. First of all, you need to ask yourself why are you the least pretty of the group? Is it really because you are born like this or is it because there are things which are totally under your control that you are not doing like going to the gym, taking care of yourself…

To complete H2orocks3000 comment with whom I agree 100 %, it seems that you guys have different attachments style ( he could be the avoidant and you could be the anxious style) which would explain why you "need" reassurance from him while it makes him pull away from you and need space for himself. This is an unhealthy relationship dynamic and taking time to think about it is actually not a bad idea, because if you feel that you need reassurance from your bf, it is probably because you were not g…

I just would like to make a point that marriage does not guarantee the man will stick around even though it is definitely safer than just being in a relationship. I would not advice to let your guards down just because you got married to him ( speaking from experience). The two points discussed in those books seem contradictory only on the surface. From a red pill perspective, you should be doing both and almost living two life in your own head, one life where you build everything around the man…

This guy's comment was definitely rude and you should not feel bad about what he said, but at least he said what he thinks...Other guys would think that and never say anything. If this comment hurt you, It means you do not like the idea of you having casual sex with many guys or the idea that other people would perceive you that way. If so then you should avoid doing things that suggest that...and apparently having sex with a guy for a year in a motel suggests that. ( a year is a very long time …

You should not be worried that you will never find anyone for many reasons: You are very young and you have plenty of time, many things can happen in just a few months when you meet the right person ( Meghan Markle was in her mid 30's when she met her prince). You are probably dating men your age who are not emotionally ready for a serious relationship, so do not take these relationships as a benchmark. Once you change your environment ( start working...etc) you will meet men who are at a differ…
