Any exercises for posture? Before quarantine, I did have a stronger body with deadlifts, situps, pull-ups, squats, t-bar rows and multiple mile runs a week etc. However, even then I still my shoulders kind of low and my thumbs pointing inwards when my hands were at my sides. I have a gym membership still and am way weaker in the covid era. Also any advice on bum knees when squatting? Box squats are fine for me, but only my left knee is messed up ever since I did a bjj class.

Devils advocate here, but some servers/bartenders make more money than in their profession. Some server would walk away with 300-400 dollars in tips 5 nights a week, he probably made the most. An expediter, the last person to inspect food before going out, would make 300 in tips give or take, plus 11 an hour and got to take home food every shift. Most other servers and bar tenders walk away with 160 give or take in tips per shift. Obviously they are probably on govt assistance right now.

The majority of people in Russia/Belarus/Ukraine are barely scraping by. Most women here try their best to look feminine, cook, be slim in order to attract a guy that does well. Poland does slightly better and their women are becoming more westernized its hit or miss.
