It'll get better in your 30s if you continue to work on yourself. You'll know you're hitting the paradigm shift when your priorities really start to change. Im 33 and the pendulum is slower swinging back in my favor (with women). But it's a constant up and down for the rest of your life. You can 'peak' every decade of your life if you keep pushing yourself and going for new goals.

Love yourself and the rest will fall into place. Life is long and full of surprises. Work on inner game before everything else.

Orange county outside LA is pretty conservative still but the girls are just as entitled, though not as SJW. I was experiencing the same thing, met a more conservative good Christian girl in Upland a few years ago, she was hot and way different then all the entitled girls I was meeting in LA. Recently I've extended my search radius on the dating apps to include more suburban religious areas outside the big city ... Could help a bit. If not, I'd consider places like Chattanooga or Texas.

I wouldn't burn any bridges, and if you really care about certain ones try to communicate the issue in a productive way to them. "Hey, I really value our friendship, but when you say XYZ it feels a little immature. I'm working on myself and really focusing my time and energy these days - maybe we can both grow the hell up together. You down?" Watch if their behavior changes at all, if it does, positively reenforce and repeat. Takes time and energy but you decide who's worth that in the end.

I agree. I started meditating twice a day while I was overseas because I was stuck in a hotel room much of the time. It does really help with control in conversations.

Or go to any place with a dance floor and bust a move like you don't give a fuck, generally have fun just dancing by yourself or with friends, and babes will be drawn to you. Can do wonders for you if you're not Chad.

So much goodness in this post I may tape it to my wall. Thank you. Biggest hurdles for me personally are acting happy when you're not, not dwelling in the past, and having true confidence by getting rid of anxiety, shame and doubt. Would love for OP or someone to expand with any further wisdom on these.

While still being somewhat vulnerable, I toned it back a bit with girlfriends. I stopped thinking of them like a therapist. It's still hard not to emotionally vomit past shit when we get into the deeper convos. Still, it's hard to keep many things a mystery when you're two years into an LTR. The changes have been hard to see, but I've become more self reliant and able to be happy on my own, though it's still an every day challenge for me. The six pillars of self esteem is a good book I've seen m…

Realized recently that this is exactly what happened to me as a child and why I feel such a hole in my heart that must be filled by a nurturing love as an adult. While I know from TRP learning how not to treat any current GF like my mom, the yearning I have for a love I never got from my mentally ill mother and absent father leaves me constantly desiring and searching for it in girls. Her 'love' was needy and only for her self, and she'd say things everyday to tear me down. Girls I date can feel…

Christ, if there were more women with the TRP understanding of this all that you have I wouldn't be stuck in the bitter/angry phase.

I grew up with a single mother and no siblings. She has BPD as well as bipolar disorder and denies it. Get the fuck out now, for your own good.

Mostly calling them out on their shit. "Whyd you flake on me?" "You don't dance cause you're too shy." "You party at those clubs but you're smarter than that so why do you do it?" These types of comments usually end up rubbing them the wrong way. So I just try to keep my mouth shut these days.

I was raised by a single mother, but it made me totally BP, because I was forced to supplicate and provide for her and that was has always been normal for me. Then in my dating life, I felt I had to help these women I was hooking up with and appease them. No more!

It is not innate for me at all. I grew up with a single mother, no father, and no siblings. My mom is bi-polar as well as went through many medical treatments, and I've have to take care of her and deal with her BS my whole life, which turned me into a beta/nice guy. I started getting into TRP and No More Mr. Nice Guy etc. about a year ago. Paradigm shifts don't come easy, and everyday I struggle with letting go of my old ways in exchange for new ones. I've noticed a little more success here and…

I've also noticed recently I'm attracted to girls with sexual intimacy issues. Sometimes our vibes attract similar vibes, and yeah we try to work out our own issues through working out theirs. Trying to save them. Keep working on yourself. Put yourself first in every relationship.

I think this is a fair point. Currently dating a girl with mostly guy friends, and she was raised in a strict Muslim household and was kinda nerdy in HS and college. I don't know whether she's a slut now that she got hotter or just used to having guy friends for the above reasons you stated.

Just started reading this book as well. I feel like it can have a positive effect on my life... like my problems have been a sickness that I've been addicted to. It's really hard for me to change myself at this point, but the book is definitely helping.

You're not gay. emotions will get in the way and fuck all this sexual shit up. I've been going to therapy but it hasn't helped. I get good looking girls in my bed, then I get anxiety. why? whatever it is, that is the root of it all. I think kicking all other thoughts out of your head helps. stay focused.

going through same thing. some one please chime in. i think it's important to remain focused on your own pleasure and to remember it's all about enjoying the feeling. focus on the physical ecstasy.

Take them both in your car to a bar. On the way, stop at an ATM and take a long time getting your cash out. While your girl and the other girl are in the car, your GF should pose the threesome to her in a playful way, setting it up as a surprise for you that you don't know about. Take them both to the bar, get loose, then on the drive/walk back to your place, start kino with both of them individually. Once back at your place, have your GF go to the bathroom while you start making out with the ot…

The book made me realize I was often operating with an unspoken agenda with girls I was into. I'll now catch myself doing something for her simply because I expect something back from her in exchange. This is not a good way to operate. The book also points out how nice guys will sabotage themselves by becoming extremely uncomfortable when they actually get what they want. I found this to be true in myself and how it relates to my fear of actually getting the girl to come home with me then experi…

I heard controlling mothers can lead to delayed ejaculation and ED. I know feelings of shame and not thinking you're good enough (to have sex with the girl currently on your bed) can also come from controlling/'crazy' moms.

Honestly, there could be some childhood related shame and fear going on there. Do you have a therapist? I'd also recommend the book No More Mr. Nice Guy. There's a chapter in there called something like Getting the Sex you deserve. Check it out to start you off. If this is happening consistently, there may some psychological issues to resolve before you can get back to normal. Takes time man, and it sucks, but this might be all you can do.

Talking about shame. Good for him. This is a topic that doesn't get discussed enough. Toxic shame as a result from childhood can really affect one's game.

I posted about my first threesome a few days ago here . Yes, it definitely helps if one girl is bi, which was true in my case. Here is the thing I think that worked in my favor in my particular case as I had never hooked up with either one of the girls: never show interest in either of them. Be as non-creepy, non-threatening, cool with yourself, DGAF as possible. Make them feel safe, make them feel comfortable in your room, and let them make you the conduit through which they both pleasure each …

I'm 25. I know guys younger than me that have had multiple threesomes and guys older than me that have had none. Honestly, I don't think you have that much control over when it happens, because it's the girls that have final say. I don't think I would ever try and make a threesome happen. I'll just go with the flow if it looks like it's going to. To be in that situation requires some luck, but also just being your awesome self and letting other people see that. A big part of this was just about …

I think a lot of us have that same problem regarding the development of feelings from both people involved. Look, what happened to me in these situations was somewhat unique, and there are a million different scenarios in life. I knew the Australian girl was leaving for another city in a few days, so it took some pressure off. So next time you meet a girl visiting your hood for a limited time, go for it. Go to bars and clubs, that's where you're going to meet one night stands and girls that won'…

They later told me the threesome was brought up between them before we entered the club, they were in the car while I was at the ATM. Which means the way I acted in there had little to do with the outcome of the night. That being said, the social proof was amazing and empowering, but the fact that I was just there to have a fun time anyways showed them I was somewhat aloof about their beauty. So #1 was actually the biggest contributor to it actually happening at the end of the night bc if I did …

Sometimes luck is involved in these things, but the fact that all this started soon after I started telling my close friends I was trying to make a change and everything I was reading was starting to click in my mind just seems too weird to ignore. Guys I know that are always happy and in a good state seem to attract more happiness. I believe the Law of attraction seems to be true.

I guess I just meant with the DGAF attitude. If I know a song I'm dancing to, it's way easier, since I just vibe off the lyrics and act out the song. If you find a place that spins 90's or 80's music like this place I was at, it's so much easier to dance to IMO. I can be super insecure and body image conscious, but the girls will sense that usually, so just say fuck it and be the first guy to dance at the prom kinda thing. Just be energetic.

Fuck, even Leonardo Dicpario has gotten rejected. I think you're right, take it personally, get over it, but goddammit learn from it. I try not to get too play by play with it and try to stay away from obsessing over it, but I do want to take something valuable away from certain rejections in order to better myself.

This is a good community of guys trying to evolve themselves. Whatever is holding you back in life, be it your past or your present, identify the problems and then slowly push away those bad thoughts and habits. It's fun when you actually start to see it work with women. Hard Work. Self reflection. Practice. Analyzation. Feedback. Correction. Focus. Exposure. Positive belief. Learn from your mistakes and grow into a man.

Toxic shame is a big problem for a lot of 'nice guys.' Realizing where this originates from within one's childhood can be a huge step toward becoming a happier person. Glover talks a lot about this in his book 'No More Mr. Nice Guy.'

Similar situation happened to me recently and this is something I'm really trying to improve in, just like you. Pretty much dealing with the same characteristics... we went on a few dates, I would always initiate it, etc. I got to a point where I was thinking why the hell do I always have to text HER, she should text ME at least sometimes (if she's interested). And more importantly, I always felt like the one trying to get her to come out with me, and then sometimes she wouldn't even text back! …

True, that last thing you said makes me feel a little guilty, or wrong sometimes, now that I've been practicing the system. But if you want an attractive girl to stay interested in you, it may be best to have the upper hand in the first 3 months in this regard.

Dealt with a similar problem over the last month. My interest level in this amazing girl was above 90% after the first 4 dates, and I slipped up and started telling her how I felt about her, I made a jealous statement, and other mistakes. Things went South quickly, and now I can't even set a firm date with her. I've been studying 'The System' lately and it states clearly not to share your feelings with a girl at least for the first 9 dates, or until you are in a relationship. I think the best th…
