I think you should put more effort into being yourself, though this may get downvoted. My guess is that to get these "plates" you are disconnecting from what you truly think you need to be happy. No bar in the gym at my place. I do some sort of cardio, then move to curls with the dumbells, as well as multiple others like overhead press. Then I do core at the end. I'm pretty consistent with it, and make sure to go at least three times a week. And by the way, all the things I do are to help my mind. Therapist, Zoloft both were necessary to getting where I am and I still have a long way to go. Getting drunk alone isn't ideal, but I don't have that group to go out with right now, no drinking…

It's a theory. Supported by many articles. These articles, explanation and rules do a good job with explaining different parts of the theory. The theory can not be put into a simple sentence. It is an idea, a mind set, and it is something that may take large sums of literature to learn properly.
