Girls look at me but when I look them back they look somewhere else. They don't keep eye contact more than 1 2 seconds or smile. What does that mean? What am I supposed to do?

Edit: They don't look at me just once, they look at me a lot of times. When I stop looking to them, they start looking at me again.
