Any new exercise, focus on getting as many reps as possible. If you can do 1 pull up, you can do 30 sets of 1 rep. 1 rep. Rest. Next rep. In a couple of weeks you should be doing 3-4 in a single set.

Work on things under your control and stop being a bitch. Lift, dress nice, basic skin care, educate yourself, be social and game. Ultimately if you end up with what you want who cares if you look like you got run over by a truck?

If you have figured out your mission, ask yourself what role do women play in your mission? Just a hole, status symbol, growth, trophy, kid, social connections, fun, support? Whatever, I don't care. There are a variety of answers you'll receive from different people in this sub for this question. It's subjective and personal. You need to know your answer. Find girls or a girl who will be a small part of your mission. Trp can help find those girls, maintain them, keep them the way you want to, bu…

what exactly is the end goal of trp? Trp doesn't have an end goal, but it'll help you achieve your end goal. Define your mission that'll tell you your end goal.

Confidence builds with familiarity and knowledge. You cannot be confident about things not under your control. They are uncertain. The only thing you can control are your actions. Develop familiarity and knowledge of first your own actions and then anything surrounding you as much as you can. First, discipline your mind and your body. In the midst of chaos and uncertainty, this discipline makes sure you have complete control over yourself and you can be certain that you'll do the best you can. T…

Women make up 50% of the population. If you ignore them, you're living in ignorance- you're not red pill. With the statement "all I see is a wet hole in a girl", you have reduced yourself to a tiny penis in all of your interactions with females. If that's the view of yourself you want to have, then chasing girls might seem like a huge investment for sticking your teeny peen in a hole. By spending on escorts, you are merely substituting the effort of courting a girl with hard-earned money. High q…

Red pill = viewing reality. Simple. After you have made tons of sanity checks to verify that's true and have seen reality you may apply it your life in whichever way you feel best. Red pill is not a cult. Don't blindly follow instructions. Be cerebral about the concepts and practice them in your life to test their validity. It is a constant process and involves a lot of study and hard work, which should be second nature for a man. Slowly imbibing red pill concepts along with others resources and…

Dopamine is the reward. You can't eliminate it, otherwise you won't be motivated to do anything in life. But, don't give out free rewards because you'll devalue the reward. Make it hard for you to get to a reward. When you find the feeling of wanting junk food, that's your cue to do 100 push ups and then claim the junk food as reward. Another way of making it harder to get is by getting rid of junk food from your house. Good to see someone striving to control their urges for a long-term benefit.

Do your own research. Internet is filled with resources. If you are incapable, learn the skill to read and research. If you don't have the time, you don't care about the question as much; move on. Based on that research, create a good repeatable experiment in real life to test out what you have learnt. In your case will be sleeping early and waking up at 4:30 say. See what difference it makes to your life. Is it a positive or negative difference? Take notes. Pick what is best for you and incorpo…

By doing things that help other living creatures (finds meaning to your existence) without asking for anything in return (OI). Take joy in seeing others happy because of your doing. For a start, I'd recommend making piano-teaching videos and upload to YouTube and share with people. Again expect nothing in return. It'll come back. If you still feel lonely, reach out to some family members or through hotline. People on the internet can't help you beyond a certain point. You need to talk to a human…

Being in control does not mean boring and letting go does not necessarily mean you're fun. Being in control is to take charge and ownership of what you do and how you do it. In other words, establishing structure and discipline, which is the back bone of executing your mission. You know precisely what to do. You are a fun guy because you enjoy each and everything you do with the utmost focus, mindfulness, joy and life. Most people are bored when they see structure not because structure is boring…

Put your thoughts together on all the concerns you have with her objectively and how it is hurting/affecting everyone's life without getting too emotional. Decide what outcome you want: fights to stop or her to leave. Prepare words concisely to that effect. Make sure your mum will back you up. Gather your mum and her. Express your concise words objectively without getting emotional and keep calm. If interrupted, say you aren't done yet. Stand your ground. Remember you did all the work of conscio…

I don't see reading on your list. Get into the habit of reading books and researching any topic of interest. Know yourself and know everything around you. Knowledge is power.

Ahh. The "What's the point?" question. Look, you were born through action of your ancestors. You did nothing to be born. You were just born. You are made of stuff on Earth. Your genes contain information on how to create a brain, a dick, a heart, etc.. As a result, you can think and type shit asking questions like this. Other than that you are really the same as a rock. It's empty. There is no meaning to your existence you simply just exist because your parents fucked. However, you have a brain …

You feel insecure because your value system is based solely on SMV. SMV is a value system for fucking. As you recognize but reject there are other value systems. Second, you seem to try to 'feel better' about others' comments by blaming it on their insecurities. Your thoughts on others usually mirror your thoughts on yourself that you are subconsciously trying to bury away. Only thing that has worked for me with emotional challenges is compassion. Compassion towards others and more importantly c…

With constant reinforcement, just like anything else. It takes time. Slowly, but surely. Come up with moderate challenges for yourself. Crush it, overdo it, feel good, come back for more. Say you can run a mile. This weekend set a goal to run and finish a 5k. The goal is to finish. Don't worry about pace. Finish it somehow. Ride that rush of dopamine! Next weekend come back to do a goal of 5 miles. Over a period of time, you'll feel that you can take up any challenge and crush it with hard work.…

I think you are mistaking ego for confidence. Trying to one up everyone is not confidence and is a losing battle. Confidence is knowing what you know and what you don't know and accepting and acting according to this reality. If someone points out something you don't know, learn, appreciate the opportunity and become better- doesn't matter if they are your senior or junior. Your knowledge will increase over time. No one is an expert in everything.

Your job is done. Don't reply unless she reschedules. She will either flake, in which case you saved a ton of time or chase you giving you power.

I guess that in the back of my head, i thought getting my shit together and getting good at game will make getting her easier. You know it. This is the wrong mindset and frame to have. You are prize to be won. Be wonderful to everyone and to her without any expectations. No agenda, just pure fun. That's the frame you want to be in. Invite her to parties with your friends and other girls. Show her how social and fun you're to hangout and make her jealous. If you have the right frame, this should …
